Currently, new media has been applied to the setting and optimization of higher education curriculums. However, whether the optimization of the curriculum system based on the new media has achieved the expected results remains to be further studied. This paper takes the graphic design curriculum as the starting point and studies the optimization effectiveness model of the curriculum system after the introduction of new media. This paper first analyzes the connotation of new media and its application in some curriculums; then, it analyzes the differences between the graphic design curriculum system before and after the introduction of new media; finally, this paper proposes the optimization effectiveness model of the curriculum system and on the basis of this model, studies the optimization effect of the graphic design curriculum system based on new media. The research results in this paper can be used to guide the setting of graphic design curriculums in the context of new media and also provide a reference for the effectiveness modeling of the optimization of the curriculum system for other curriculums after the introduction of new media.

At present, during the process of leisure sports (LS) talents training in China, the training model cannot meet the actual market demand, which restricts the development of LS industry. In view of this situation, this paper, based on the current development of LS talent training in China, analyses the necessity and urgency of introducing diversified teaching model in the process of LS teaching. Then, through the field research on several selected physical education colleges, it further analyses the current needs and problems existing in the training process of LS talents. Finally, the innovative design path of college LS professional teaching model based on the diversified teaching method was constructed. The results show that the introduction of a diversified teaching model has a positive effect on promoting the construction of a comprehensive training system for LS in China and accelerating the healthy development of the LS industry.

At present, the cultivation of college students in colleges and universities mostly focuses on general education while emphasis is not given to the cultivation of the core competence of college students. Also, there are few innovation researches in the core competence training system. In order to solve this problem, this paper starts from the emphasis on the cultivation of core competence and innovatively proposes a outcome-based curriculum teaching system for the construction of college students' core competence cultivation system. The outcomebased curriculum teaching system adopts the method of teacher-student interview and quantitative analysis to promote the cultivation of college students' core competence and analyzes and discusses the influence of innovative curriculum teaching system on the improvement of college students' core competence. The practice results show that the outcome-based curriculum teaching system can comprehensively enhance students' core competence, especially in terms of their global vision, critical thinking, innovation ability, social and state responsibility, lifelong learning, entrepreneurship and leadership coordination.

The Internet, as a kind of media, has become an important source for people to obtain a large amount of information due to its large information quantity and strong interaction, which has a profound impact on the lives of college students. How to guide students to use the Internet sports information for independent learning has become an important subject in college physical education. Taking Shenzhen University and Hunan University of Science and Technology as examples, this paper studies the influence of the Internet sports information on college physical education by the field investigation, questionnaire, comparative analysis and other research methods. The results show that the Internet sports information has a positive impact on college students’ participation attitude, motivation and interest in sports. The time and frequency of access to the Internet sports information for college students are relevant to their sports self-organization and selfmanagement behaviors, which affect college students' physical exercise time, frequency and intensity to varying degrees. This research provides practical basis for the role of the Internet sports information in college students' sports education.

College English course is one of the highly practical and compulsory courses. However, the traditional teaching model of current college English is seriously lagging behind modern teaching technology, and the teaching effect is not good. In response to this problem, this paper proposes the use of advanced multimedia technology and network technology in the context of “Internet plus” to construct an ecological teaching model for college English courses. This teaching model, by making full use of intelligent terminals and wireless campus networks, establishes Internet classrooms, network self-learning centres and language labs. The research results show that the ecological teaching mode realizes the transformation of the traditional teaching classroom to the multimedia and network teaching platform, enhances the modern English teaching system, and thus improves the English teaching effect.

At present, the number of college graduates continues to increase every year in China. The government, enterprises and other organizations should guarantee the smooth employment of college students from various aspects such as employment recommendation service. But due to the rapid development of Internet technology, which results in the explosive growth of information, the network is full of massive employment-related data. Therefore, in view of this issue, it is very urgent and important to effectively and timely extract the valuable employment data and publish it to the recruitment enterprises and the graduates. Based on this, this paper designs the employment recommendation service platform for college graduates, which creatively applies the data mining technology of big data, analyzes and processes the employment related information, establishes the search link, and helps the college graduates to find the required employment information more effectively and timely. The results show that the function and performance, reliability, availability and compatibility of the employment recommendation service platform for college graduates have been tested and accepted by the thirdparty software, and can be widely popularized and used to better serve the enterprises and graduates.

This paper studies the physical education in schools and for social mass, analyzes the positive role of universities, social groups and civil organizations in China’s national fitness strategy and further promotes investigates the integration of sports industry and physical education promoting the national fitness through questionnaires. The questionnaire is mainly evaluated using the validity analysis method to ensure the validity of the results. The analysis results show that at present, China's national physical education is still in the early middle and stage of development, and it is still necessary to activate the market and establish a sound industrial chain by optimizing industrial policies.

The legal education in China started late, especially the legal education in colleges and universities is mainly based on the American legal talent training model combined with the national conditions of the country and the corresponding legal status. With the continuous enrichment of China's laws and the continuous development of the social economy, people's demand for legal assistance is growing. The legal education system in China's colleges and universities is too singular, and the current situation that drives the lack of development momentum is gradually exposed. Therefore, it is very meaningful to analyze the shortcomings of the current legal system in a timely and effective manner and to conduct a reasonable discussion on the existing problems to obtain a new legal teaching system with practical significance. This paper will analyze and study the problems existing in the legal teaching system of colleges and universities in China, such as the lack of motivation for driving development and the content of legal teaching and the simplification of the form. At the same time, the taskdriven teaching method is used to design the relevant legal teaching mode, and the innovative proposal is based on the task. The application of the driving method in the content of legal teaching, the design and learning of teaching process and the design of teaching evaluation. Based on the theory of this experiment, this paper selects a college law class to conduct actual experimental analysis, and after the experiment, the questionnaire and the unit test data collection are carried out. The results show that the task-driven multi-legal teaching mode proposed in this paper has more traditional teaching than traditional teaching. The model has a better teaching effect.

This paper aims to provide a reasonable architecture for higher education of innovative talents in China's industrial design field. In the future development of manufacturing industry, there is a demand for advanced industrial design innovation talents that depends on the culture and outputs of higher education institution. This paper adopts the qualitative study of literature combing, in phase with the future development trend of China’s economy and society, analyzes the current situation and challenges we face in the industrial design talent cultivation mechanism. On the grounds, a cultivation architecture is proposed with the empathic care of humanistic value as orientation, trans-boundary knowledge system as basis, moulding creative thinking, focusing on the teamwork and building the leadership for students. This talent development framework will help upgrade the industrial design level of China's manufacturing industry and other relevant fields.

In the era of big data, all walks of life are affected by internet, internet of things and cloud computing, the big data brings qualitative change to accounting development, and enterprise's demand for accounting talents is also changing. However, in the traditional higher vocational colleges, there are some problems in accounting teaching, such as the low awareness of internet, too much attention to theoretical knowledge and the weakness of teachers. In the face of the change of the new situation, higher vocational colleges, which train the specialized accounting talents for enterprises, should make positive changes. This paper analyzes the predicament of accounting education in higher vocational colleges, and points out that under the background of big data, the teaching of accounting in higher vocational colleges should emphasize the cultivation of professional practice ability, optimize the setting of accounting courses, and construct the monitoring mode of digital teaching effect evaluation.
