The Belt and Road” has promoted the in-depth cooperation between China and many countries in various fields. And the versatile Russian talent is the indispensable communication bridge. The innovative wisdom classroom teaching model relying on artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing has created a teaching ecosphere with good interaction and easy evaluation for teachers and students. This study follows the construction process of the wisdom classroom model in Russian teaching, and carries on the analysis on the teaching data. The result shows that wisdom classroom can effectively improve college students’ professional ability of Russian, and effectively enhance their coping capacity in communication.

Innovative talent training as an immense and complex system engineering matters the universities, governments and the whole social environment. Taking students' perspective as the entry point, this paper focuses on the functions the university Counsellors play in the cultivation of innovative talents from students' perspective. The purpose is to clarify to what degree students have so far understood the cultivation of innovative talents, and what’s the role of university counsellor in fostering the innovative talents from the students’ perspective. A questionnaire survey conducted among students show that it is important for university counsellors to participate in the innovative talent cultivation. With reference to pertinent literature, we build a framework system for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities, based on which, a thorough analysis is made on the role the university Counsellors should play in cultivating the innovative talents.

With the coming of the era of big data and the introduction of personalized education concept, how to provide students to value their valuable resources quickly has become hotspot. The efficiency of personalized recommendation service of large educational data is mainly reflected in the accuracy of the recommended algorithm. Semantic similarity computation is essential to be improved for the accuracy of calculation. The research will provide guidance for big data in education area. The development of the Semantic Web has led to new breakthroughs in many fields, such as semantic search, knowledge engineering, knowledge maps, and data connections. The core of the Semantic Web lies in the representation and representation of knowledge in the ontology layer. At the same time, it involves relevant rules and reasoning. Many research fields are based on the ontology lay-er and carry out related research. The semantic similarity technology is a major is-sue in these research fields. Due to the large-scale, heterogeneous, and loosely organized nature of Internet content, it poses a challenge for people to obtain in-formation and knowledge effectively. The Knowledge Graph has powerful open organization capabilities and semantic processing capabilities, laying the foundation for the knowledgebased organization and intelligent applications in the Internet era. At present, the work of the main semantic similarity methods focuses on the structure of the semantic network between concepts (eg, path length and depth), or only on the conceptual information content (IC), and at the same time uses the ontology-related properties for calculations. However, there are some flaws. Therefore, this paper proposes a semantic similarity method, wpath, which com-bines these two methods and uses IC to weight the shortest path length between concepts. In the experiment, it is verified that the proposed method has a certain degree of feasibility and credibility in computing semantic similarity in knowledge graphs. Compared with other methods, the results are superior to other methods.

As the foundation of lifelong education, preschool education is related to the sustainable development of children's life and the prosperity of the country. Its importance has been paid more and more attention by the society, and the balanced allocation of preschool education resources has gradually been put on the agenda. This paper adopts literature review method, comparative analysis method, mathematical statistics analysis method and other research methods, and takes preschool education compensation function theory, education equity theory, education resource allocation theory, etc. as the theoretical basis; it selects Shandong Province as an example, from the two dimensions of rural and urban areas, with human, financial, and material as resource allocation indicators, it compares and analyzes the allocation of preschool education resources in 13 prefecturelevel cities and counties in Shandong Province, and summarizes the influencing factors that cause pre-school education resource imbalance. On this basis, this paper proposes a balanced allocation method of preschool education resources based on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, so as to provide a reference for the balanced allocation of preschool education resources and the sustainable development of preschool education.

This research aims to investigate the contributions of Turkish pre-school children’s levels of positive/ conflicting relationships with their mothers and close/conflicting relationships with their teachers in predicting their adjustment to school. The sample of the study consists of 190 six-year-old children attending public preschools in Adana (a city in southern Turkey), as well as their mothers and teachers. For the data analysis, hierarchical regression analysis has been conducted. The results of the study show the positive relationship established with the mother and teacher to be related to an increase in children’s school-adjustment behaviors. A positive relationship has been noted for positive mother-child relationships with children’s cooperative participation, self-directedness, and total school adjustment. The results indicate a positive link for closeness in the teacher-child relationship with school liking, cooperative participation, self-directedness, and total school adjustment. Additionally, a positive relationship has been observed for the conflictive teacher-child relationship with school avoidance. An inverse relationship has also been observed for the conflictive teacher-child relationship with cooperative participation, self-directedness, and school adjustment. As conflicts with a teacher increase, the child’s school adjustment decreases.

With the development of a series of educational reforms in China, transforming to applied colleges and universities has become a hot spot for the development of higher education. Under the background of college and university transformation, the optimization and promotion of the teaching quality of applied courses is the core and difficult point for the connotation construction of applied colleges and universities. Taking the teaching of steel structure course as an example, this paper comprehensively applies the case analysis method, literature analysis method and experiential summary method to determine the nature of the problem speculatively, and puts forward method and path selection for optimizing teaching effect of the course and improving the teaching quality from several aspects of precise course orientation, reconstruct teaching content, innovate teaching mode and strengthen security conditions. The method and path selection for optimization and promotion of the teaching quality of applied courses proposed in this paper have important practical and theoretical significance for improving the quality of talent training in applied colleges and universities.

Now education management methods are changing people’s perceptions, which have a major impact on the development of education. The traditional education method has the problem of incomprehensive management. To this end, an education management method based on MOOC analysis platform was proposed in this paper. Massive open online course (MOOC) analysis platform was introduced to design education management system, and realize education management. Besides, by relying on education management system, online open classroom was embedded to realize education management. The experimental data shows that the proposed education management method based on MOOC analysis platform is more comprehensive than the traditional education management method. It’s suitable for modern education management.

As the universal language of the world, English has played an increasingly important role in the communication process between China and other countries around the world. However, the classroom teaching of English in colleges and universities in China has many problems, which are affecting the teaching effect of English in colleges and universities, such as the content of English teaching is too abstract, the teaching activities are relatively simple, and the classroom activities are dominated by teachers. Therefore, this paper combines the “guidance-learning-interaction” teaching mode to study its influence on the teaching effect of college English during the process of English classroom teaching in colleges and universities in China. This paper first briefly summarizes the significance of the research, the current situation, methods, ideas and related core concepts of the “guidance-learning-interaction” teaching, second, it studies the operating procedures and teaching strategies of college English teaching activities under the "guidance-learning-interaction" teaching mode; at last, it takes the teaching of New Horizon College English Volume 2 as an example to analyze the "guidance-learninginteraction" teaching. The results show that the "guidance-learning-interaction" teaching mode in college English teaching activities can help improve students' academic performance and cultivate students' inquiry spirit and cooperation consciousness. We hope this study can provide supports and references for effectively improving college students’ abilities in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

The results show that the \"guidance-learning-interaction\" teaching mode in college English teaching activities can help improve students' academic performance and cultivate students' inquiry spirit and cooperation consciousness.
