At this time the use of computer device technology has developed rapidly and the community. Most people use it not only for commercial purposes, but also to get information on disease detection quickly and efficiently with a computer-based application that can help the general public to find out the causes and symptoms of the disease. for that, a system is needed to imitate the expertise of an expert in answering questions and solving problems in accordance with the knowledge of an expert who is entered into a computer system. The development of artificial intelligence technology that has occurred has made it possible for expert systems to be applied to detect disease using programming languages. One of them is in providing information about various problems, especially Vasculitis. The expert system method used is a Variable Centered Intelligent Rule System (VCIRS) used to handle diagnosing vasculitis. With the facilities provided for users and administrators, allowing both users and administrators to use this system according to their individual needs. Users are given ease in knowing information about Vasculitis disease, its causes and deterrents. Small micro business is a business that is very helpful in various aspects of the Indonesian economy. In Padang city has various types of SME businesses. One of them is Catering. The development of catering business in this city is very rapid because of the many interests of the community to use these services. As a result, competition arises between businesses which shows a significant impact on the catering business so that each of these businesses must be able to create their own market by creating a Brand for their catering business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system to create E-Branding with the concept of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The results of this study are the creation of E-Branding Catering, which has benefits as a form of actualizing the character of SME Catering businesses and supporting marketing and increasing competitiveness.Keywords: Brands, customer releationship management, Catering, small medium enterprise, e-branding

IMPLEMENTASI METODE TRANSFORMASI FOURIER DAN SIMILARITY MEASUREMENT UNTUK PERBAIKAN CITRA UNDERWATER

Nowadays many people pursue photography, some make it a job and not many people pursue photography as a hobby and for fun. The object sought also varies, for example public places and even underwater objects. Underwater photography activities are usually called underwater photography which is done during scuba diving. There are several factors that influence image quality in underwater photography activities, one of which is caused by absorption and scattering of sunlight when it reaches the sea floor. This is an obstacle if you want to get high quality images. This is because some pixels are brighter than other shimmering pixels [1]. Image quality improvement is the right solution to fix the problem in the underwater imagery described above. The method used to improve image quality is Fourier Transformation and Similiarity Measurement. First improvements using Fourier transformation and after repairing, the distance between the two objects is similar, the image after repair and before repair.Keywords: Underwater Imagery, Fourier Transform, Similarity Measurement

As the development of research technology on Digital Image Processing continues to grow. Likewise, the improvement of the quality of sharpness / subtlety of the Gorga Batak images is an important thing to improve. This is one of the ways to preserve the Batak tribe area so that Gorga-gorga are still remembered and more interpreted. The cause of the need to be improved is the image of Gorga Batak is caused by several factors that cause the image to be less beautiful if it is interpreted by human beings such as the shape has been blurred (dark) due to shooting / shooting, has noise black spots on the image (noise), and the color is dull out of date. As an effort to improve image, the segmentation process is carried out by doing edge detection on the image, then the Morphological Operation Method will be implemented as one of the methods in Digital Image Processing that implements image quality improvement based on the shape and structure of the image. In this image processing, the Dilation Operation Technique and Operation Technique will be carried out. In Operation Dilation Techniques works by adding several segments (pixels) in the image so as to increase the integrity / sharpness of the structure of the image. While the Erosion Operation Technique will reduce / refine unnecessary parts / segments of the image so that the resulting image looks smoother, so that it can be more interpreted by humans and can be reused both as documentation of regional culture and so on. Using this method is expected to be able to improve and improve the quality / sharpness of Citra Gorga Batak. The One of many way to connect to the database through the android application is using volleyball and RESTAPI. By using RestAPI, the android application does not directly connect to the database but there is an intermediary in the form of an API. In android development, Android-volley has the disadvantage of making requests from large and large data, so an evaluation is needed to test the capabilities of the Android volley. This research was conducted to test android-volley to retrieve data through RESTAPI presented in the form of an application to retrieve medicinal plant data. From the test results can be used by volley an error occurs when the back button is pressed, in this case another process is carried out if the previous volley has not been loaded. This error occurred on several android versions such as lollipops and marshmallows also on some brands of devices. The problems that occur in chef selection have been carried out by the Head of Chef and most likely not all criteria for lexis are made judged, sometimes only a few criteria are assessed. A good restaurant certainly needs to reconsider the chef who will be accepted according to predetermined criteria. The success of a restaurant business in the background of pengelolahan in it, including the selection of a good chef will encourage the success of the restaurant. In dealing with chef selection problems conducted by the Head of Chef, a decision support system can be developed in the face of chef acceptance selection problems, namely by using the Composite Performance Index method. The criteria that will be used as an assessment are the taste of cuisine, experience, speed, creativity, education, and cleanliness. Fitness instructor is someone who trains and gives direction to someone or a group of people who educate their clients (members), to help their clients achieve goals in terms of health, both physical and performance by exercising. Fitness instructors can also be called sports teachers. The obstacle faced at the time of acceptance of the Fitness Instructor is that the recruitment process is still done manually by looking at the data reports of prospective Fitness Instructors. Another obstacle is that the Fitness Instructor recruited does not have the quality capabilities desired by fitness owners. To overcome the selection process of Fitness Instructors who experience these obstacles by using an application called the Decision Support System. Decision Support Systems in determining the acceptance of Fitness Instructors can be generated based on several criteria in determining a criterion made to prevent mistakes made by certain parties. ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) is a comprehensive framework method of consideration of hierarchical processes which is then calculated by weighting to calculate a criterion in determining the acceptance of a Fitness Instructor.Keywords: Fitness Instructor, Decision Support System, Additve Ratio Assessment (ARAS)

One method used in Artificial Neural Networks is a backpropagation algorithm that is widely used in predicting and pattern recognition. Songket is one of the works of skilled hands of the original Silungkang craftsmen, Sawahlunto City, West Sumatra who have varied and unique patterns and motifs. This study uses a back propagation algorithm to find the best training pattern to facilitate the determination of the production prediction of Silungkang songket business using the Matlab application. The best training patterns obtained are expected to be used in data processing at the testing stage in order to obtain predictions for the production of songket business for the future.
