Online exchange of information is very common now a day. It offers opportunity & challenges to extract knowledge for individual use. There are different techniques to achieve this purpose. Therefore in this paper details about web mining especially about web content mining is presented. A comprehensive review about web mining techniques and their use in getting structured, semi structured and unstructured data from the ocean of information (World Wide Web) is also presented. Further opinion mining is explored as an application of web content mining for academic data to reinforce existing academic teaching learning process.

This paper presents an in-depth examination of 2 degree of freedom robotic arm which moves in a plane. Firstly, a simulation model of this arm is generated on MATLAB. Simulation analysis performed on the model is discussed later for range and accuracy calculations. A hardware model is rendered through it which can perform movements as per requirement. It is refined for real-time operation, moreover it offers high precision for correct positioning on theory plane. The robotic arm is controlled using an arduino microcontroller which is interfaced with MATLAB. This paper concludes with some possible applications of 2 D.O.F robotic arm mechanism based on type of end-effector attached to the robotic arm.

This paper deals with control and stabilization of a quadcopter UAV using Genetic algorithm tuned PID controller. In this work, conventional GA is improved in two ways: firstly, crossover fraction and mutation rate is made adaptive by using a Fussy logic controller. Secondly, an advanced randomness is provided in GA by changing half of its initial population with random candidates after a fixed generations. Simulation results proven to be more optimised with the proposed controller in respect to the doth transient response and robustness in presence of adverse condition or disturbances.

Memory occupies more than 70 percent of area in today's system on chip and the trends continue to be increases in coming years. As the technology is scaling the bulk MOSFET faces various challenges which lead to increased leakage. Below 32nm technology, FinFET is the most promising substitute to bulk CMOS technology because of reduced short channel effect. The proposed 10T SRAM cell is designed using MOSFET, FinFET at 16nm technology node and its performance parameters such as power, delay, Power Delay Product (PDP), leakage current and Static Noise Margin (SNM) are compared with conventional 6T SRAM cell.

In this paper a new approach is suggested for implementing fractional order differentiator in the desired frequency band based on frequency capacitance scaling. The process involves obtaining the rational approximate model of the fractional order differentiator using Matsuda method of approximation and then decomposing it by partial fraction expansion to obtain the circuit parameters (resistance and capacitance). If the frequency band of interest has now to be changed, only the capacitances of the resulting circuit are scaled proportionately. For the choice of the method of approximation and the approach for synthesis, emphasis has been given to accuracy of the model obtained and positive values of resistances and capacitances. The simulations have been performed using OrCAD Capture CIS simulator.

Hospitality sector consumes tremendous amount of energy to meet the needs of guests. There are many benefits of an energy-efficient hotel, which includes greater guest comfort, extended life of equipment, lower operating costs and cleaner environment, over above because of saving from energy the significant financial rewards. To increase the energy efficiency of a building operation, there has to be a proper plan in place. Installation of building automation system is the most important aspect of that plan. Building automation system of a hotel building includes a wide range of services, but lighting and HVAC systems need special attention because they play the most important roles, both in energy efficiency and guest comfort. There are a number of control methods and networking technologies available for automation of various services. This paper presents design concepts of hotel building automation aimed at providing high energy efficiency with maximum guest comfort by using various methods and technologies judicially.

Deregulated power system nowadays is grooming rapidly. Distributed generators are providing support to existing power system to fulfill the demand of power. Solar Photovoltaic system is one of the distributed generators which are being utilized by the customers globally. Small and medium power consumers have started striving on solar power for economically and environmentally reasons. Most of the customers on distribution side have single phase connection. Presently the single phase grid connected photovoltaic system is getting popularity among all renewable energy sources used for the distribution side. This paper mainly focuses on the component analysis of single phase grid connected photovoltaic system. For better understanding of the system and for attaining maximum efficiency of the PV system, an efficient power electronics converter is being required. The paper reviews the existing topologies of the various components used in a single phase grid-tied PV system which leads to identify the efficient system configuration of the PV system.

Short circuit electromagnetic (EM) forces are considered as important factor and should be taken care of while designing a transformer. The effect of forces is more important in case of large transformers, but the procedure of analysis of forces is same for both power transformers and power distribution transformers. Therefore, a 630kVA, 11/.433kV power distribution transformer has been modeled for analyzing the forces using Finite Element Method (FEM). Windings are modeled into twenty three sections and short circuit EM force of each and every section of the winding is calculated. The forces are calculated under worst fault condition of three phase symmetrical short circuit current. In practical transformer, there is some axial asymmetry between the windings. Net axial force experienced by the windings because of absence of symmetry is calculated and effect of tapping on short circuit EM forces is also included in this study.

This paper presents a non linear robust controller for inverted pendulum system (IPS) using continuous sliding mode control (CSMC) technique. The CSMC is obtained by replacing the discontinuous element of integral sliding mode control (ISMC) approach. The super twisting control algorithm is used as a disturbance estimator which rejects the effect of disturbances. The undesirable chattering effect due to discontinuous term present in conventional ISMC has been completely removed using proposed continuous approach. Finally, the superiority of proposed control scheme has been demonstrated throw simulation results to depict its effectiveness.

The advent of computer aided technologies image processing techniques have become increasingly important in a wide variety of medical applications. Intervention between the protection of useful diagnostic information and noise suppression must be treasured in medical images. Image denoising is an applicable issue found in diverse image processing and computer vision problems. There are various existing methods to denoise images. The important property of a good image denoising model is that it should completely remove noise as far as possible as well as preserve edges. This paper presents a review of some major work in area of image denoising. The objective in all discipline is to extract information about the scene being imaged. The rapid progress in computerized medical image reconstruction and the associated developments in analysis methods and computer-aided diagnosis has boosted medical imaging into one of the most important sub-fields in scientific imaging Ultrasound, MRI, CT-Scan, PET Scan are the medical techniques mainly used by the radiologist for visualization of internal structure of the human body without any surgery. These provide ample information about the human soft tissue, which helps in the diagnosis of human diseases.
