The library of a specific MTS school in Cianjur currently employs a manual data processing system, which involves the utilization of handwritten notes in the form of notebooks. This research aims to transform the manual process of book data input and borrowing into a web-based digital medium utilizing object-oriented system development techniques and descriptive research methodologies. The application features a library menu that enables users to access a comprehensive list of available libraries remotely without needing a physical presence at the library. The software system has been developed utilizing the PHP programming language and MySQL database and is furnished with the Bootstrap framework. The findings of this investigation suggest that the utilization of computerized data processing procedures would facilitate ease of processing and yield outcomes of greater precision in contrast to manual methods.

HARTADINATA ABADI TBK (HRTA) is engaged in manufacturing gold jewelry and jewelry. The company has a product marketing distribution network with wholesalers, retailers and own stores. Those who have data collection problems are still using the manual system. The author makes a web-based goods monitoring information system using qualitative descriptive analysis research methods. This type of research is generally used in social phenomenology. One of these social studies is related to guidance and counseling research. This research aims to know the effect of Work-Life Balance and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction in one of the manufacturing companies in the city of Bandung. Moreover, this research analyzes the factor that has the most dominant influence between Work-Life Balance and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction in a manufacturing company in the city of Bandung, which is the object of research for as many as 60 employees using a questionnaire. Based on path analysis research, the work-life balance and work environment variables on job satisfaction in one of the manufacturing companies in the city of Bandung are declared valid. As for the conclusion, suggestions concerning the research results are paying attention to Work-Life Balance and Work Environment to increase Employee Job Satisfaction.

With this, it is necessary to implement an information system, namely the Population Data Collection Application which is implemented through the website. By utilizing a computer or laptop device, the system will be developed using object-oriented software development and programming (OOAD) methods. The workability of an employee in a company or organization has an essential role in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, various efforts need to increase the workability of employees to an optimal level. One effort that needs improvement is to determine the ideal leadership style according to the characteristics of employees so that they are more optimal in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that their abilities are maxim. Authentic leadership and servant leadership styles can significantly change employee work abilities. In this study, the respondents were all field employees in one of the electricity generation sectors, totaling 566 employees. The analytical method used is a different pair t-test with this test, which aims to see how the changes made by the two leadership styles improve employee performance.

This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of company growth and profitability on company value at one of the well-known national private banks in Indonesia for the 2012-2019 period. In this study, data collection techniques were used to obtain research data in the form of secondary data obtained from financial report documentation. There are two types of data used in this study: qualitative data in the form of a general description of the company and quantitative data in the form of the company's financial statements consisting of a profit and loss balance. Then the data were analyzed according to research needs: company growth proxied by Assets Growth, Profitability proxied by ROA, and company value proxied by PBV. The results showed that company growth (Asset Growth) positively and significantly affected firm value (PBV). In addition, profitability (ROA) positively and significantly affects firm value (PBV). As a result, company growth (Asset Growth) and profitability (ROA) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV) at one of the national private banks in Indonesia for the 2012-2019 period. The implications of research on companies need to increase company growth and profitability on firm value. Companies must increase the company's total assets and high return on assets. From an investor's point of view, a company with good growth will produce a reasonable rate of return—the higher the company's ability to earn profits, the greater the return expected by investors.

Men's grooming is growing, and data confirms that sales of men's facial creams have doubled, and the use of men's facial cleansing products in India has jumped 60-fold between 2009-2016. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many industries, including the beauty industry, were negatively affected. However, the local beauty industry sector continues to emerge in Indonesia. Beauty and body care products are one of the business units that have enlivened the Indonesian industrial sector. The projection of the Indonesian skincare product market for the 2020-2027 period, the male and millennial generations will experience the fastest growth. The sampling method is based on a non-probability sampling technique with a judgmental sampling technique. The sample was taken based on the criteria formulated, namely the millennial generation men in Bandung, with an age range determined according to the criteria. The data analysis technique uses factor analysis or Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with SPSS tools.
