Researchers conducted research intending to know the effect of Achievement Needs and Work Environment on Employee Performance at a Construction Company in Bandung Regency. Moreover, this research analyzes the factor that has the most dominant influence between the need for achievement and the work environment on employee performance at a construction company in Bandung Regency, which is the object of this study; as many as 41 respondents used a questionnaire. Based on research using path analysis, the variable need for achievement and work environment in one of the construction companies in Bandung Regency is valid. Therefore, the conclusions and considerations related to the research results pay attention to the need for achievement and the work environment to improve employee performance. The results showed that the Need for Achievement (X1) significantly influences Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, the work environment (X2) significantly influences employee performance (Y). Companies where employees work, need to pay attention and create a work environment that makes employees feel at home and comfortable working. Companies can provide complete work facilities and tools to support employees at work. Companies need to pay attention to the lighting in the workspace so that employees can work optimally and minimize errors in work. A good work environment will encourage employees to be enthusiastic and feel at home at work. It can increase their sense of responsibility to do a better job towards improving employee performance. In increasing the Need for Achievement of employees at a construction company in Bandung Regency, the company should pay attention to the indicators that influence it. By providing motivation to its employees and monitoring the performance improvement of each employee more so that if the motivation and work environment of the employees is good, then good performance will also be created.

The objective of the research is to examine whether financial factors seen by fraud triangle theory perspective effect to earning management, within Good Corporate Governance as a moderator variable. Financial factor variables consists of Free cash flow as an opportunity in fraud triangle theory, leverage as a pressure and profitability as a rationalitaion from fraud triangle theory. This research is a quantitative research used descriptif method. The population on this study are banks that actively listed on the IDX period 2016 to 2018. This sample is taken by purposive sampling method within 102 bank samples. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and moderation regression. The results showed that free cash flow had a positive effect on earnings management, the leverage had no effect on earnings management, and the profitability had a negative effect on earnings management.

Media pembelajaran yang didesain dengan baik akan sangat membantu siswa dalam mencerna dan memahami materi. Transformasi Linear merupakan salah satu materi yang dipelajari pada mata kuliah Aljabar Linear, dimana materi yang dipelajari berbentuk abstrak. Sehingga peserta didik dituntut untuk dapat berpikir secara abstrak untuk menyelesaikan soal-soal yang diberikan oleh pengajar. Namun, disamping tuntutan yang ada, kurangnya pemahaman ekstrapolasi dan penggunaan model pembelajaran yang tidak memadai dapat menjadi kendala bagi mahasiswa untuk memahami sebuah isi materi. Peneliti mencoba membangun sebuah media pembelajaran berbasis permainan ular tangga dengan model pembelajaran VAK (Visualization, Auditory, Kinesthetic) sebagai mekanisme permainan untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam mempelajari materi transformasi linear dan memperoleh tanggapan dari mahasiswa terkait multimedia pembelajaran tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang dikembangkan oleh Robert Maribe Branch. Penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan yaitu : 1) Multimedia pembelajaran mendapatkan perolehan skor sebesar 78,54% dan masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik” berdasarkan validasi ahli. 2) Multimedia pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman ekstrapolasi mahasiswa dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata nilai sebesar 22,67 dan rata-rata gain yang didapat sebesar 0,51. 3) Mahasiswa memberikan respon positif terhadap multimedia permainan yang dibangun dilihat dari penilaian mahasiswa terhadap multimedia sebesar 81% dan masuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Baik”.

A chili plant monitoring system has been created to increase crop yields, this system monitors soil pH and soil moisture in order to increase the growth of chili plants so that the yield obtained is maximum. This system uses Arduino UNO as its microcontroller with output in the form of automatic plant watering and automatic fertilizer. Important variables to support plant growth are soil moisture, soil pH, and the right watering time and duration. Measurement of soil pH and soil moisture is carried out using soil moisture sensor and soil pH sensor. While the output produced from the water pump and fertilizer and servo motor as the control. The measurement results of the two sensors will then be displayed on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The test results of soil pH monitoring tools and soil moisture in chili plants show measurement results with good accuracy. This study aims to design and implement a circuit that functions to open and close the rice field irrigation door automatically. By using an automatic irrigation control system in order to make it easier for farmers to control the entry of water in the irrigation flow. With the development of technology, the existence of sensors and microcontrollers, it is easier to make automatic irrigation controllers using ultrasonic sensors. To read the water distance when the water distance is normal, the servo motor will open 180º. And if the water experiences a height within a certain distance, the servo motor will move to close. As a water distance controller, the ultrasonic sensor reads the water distance which will be displayed on the LCD screen. The adapter functions as a supply of AC (220V) to DC (12V) current which is used to supply current to the Arduino. In order for the irrigation flow to function automatically, an Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller is needed to receive data sent from the servo motor, ultrasonic sensor. So that this tool can be programmed to control the irrigation flow based on a predetermined command.

As many as 57 consumers became the object of this study using a questionnaire. Based on research using path analysis, it can see that the variables of service quality and price at one of the heavy equipment companies in the city of Bandung are declared valid. Therefore, the conclusions and considerations related to the research results are paying attention to service quality and price to increase customer satisfaction. The results of the study show that Service Quality (X1) has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction (Y). then Price (X2) significantly influences Customer Satisfaction (Y). To improve service quality, companies should pay more attention to service quality dimensions because a slight deficiency can satisfy consumers and impact consumer satisfaction. For example, if there are bad complaints, it will reduce consumer confidence in the product. Therefore, if a complaint occurs, the company must restore customer trust by evaluating the quality of service properly so that customers feel satisfied, one of which is by giving customer surveys when customers are and after using products/services so that customer feelings can be maintained. In terms of price, companies should evaluate more when setting prices for a product/service, such as considering market conditions and the number of competitors. The implementation of the research took place at one of the textile companies in the city of Bandung. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive method approach and a verification method (correlation coefficient, simple regression, coefficient of determination). The population in this study amounted to 30 people. The results showed that the Finished Goods Inventory Accounting Information System was in the pretty good category with a score of 3.24, and the Internal Control of Finished Goods Inventory was in the pretty good category with a score of 3.18. The results of calculating the independent variable, namely the Finished Goods Inventory Accounting Information System, At the same time, the dependent variable is the Finished Goods Inventory Internal Control. Therefore, this study has a strong correlation because it shows the results of calculating the correlation coefficient, which has a value of r = 0.862. Furthermore, simple linear regression that is Y = 1.909 + 0.890 X. Therefore, the coefficient of determination (R2) expressed as a percentage illustrates the magnitude of the effect of the accounting information system on ready-to-use goods inventory (x) on Finished Goods Inventory internal control (y) of 0.744 or 74.4%. The remaining 25 are the influence of other factors that the authors did not examine in this study.

The \u0000research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive method approach \u0000and a verification method (correlation coefficient, simple regression, coefficient of determination). The \u0000population in this study amounted to 30 people. The results showed that the Finished Goods Inventory \u0000Accounting Information System was in the pretty good category with a score of 3.24, and the Internal \u0000Control of Finished Goods Inventory was in the pretty good category with a score of 3.18. The results of \u0000calculating the independent variable, namely the Finished Goods Inventory Accounting Information \u0000System, At the same time, the dependent variable is the Finished Goods Inventory Internal Control. \u0000Therefore, this study has a strong correlation because it shows the results of calculating the correlation \u0000coefficient, which has a value of r = 0.862. Furthermore, simple linear regression that is Y = 1.909 + 0.890 \u0000X. Therefore, the coefficient of determination (R2) expressed as a percentage illustrates the magnitude of \u0000the effect of the accounting information system on ready-to-use goods inventory (x) on Finished Goods \u0000Inventory internal control (y) of 0.744 or 74.4%. This study aims to determine whether inflation and the rupiah exchange rate affect the value added tax (VAT) revenue in the 2017-2021 period. The factors tested in this study are inflation and the rupiah exchange rate as independent variables, while value added tax (VAT) revenue as the dependent variable. The research method used in this study is the verification method. The population in this study is data on inflation reports, rupiah exchange rates, and reports on value added tax (VAT) receipts. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, so that the samples in this study are data on inflation reports, rupiah exchange rates, and monthly value added tax (VAT) receipts published in the 2017-2021 period. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.00. The results of the research partially and simultaneously show that inflation and the rupiah exchange rate affect the value added tax (VAT) revenue. In addition, the magnitude of the influence of inflation and the rupiah exchange rate in contributing to the value added tax (VAT) revenue is 43.7%.

Motivation and work discipline are several factors that can affect employee performance; therefore, this study aims to examine motivation and work discipline on employee performance at one of the telecommunications equipment vendors in Bandung. Sources of data used in this study are primary data in the form of questions (questionnaires) which shows to employees of telecommunications equipment vendor companies in the city of Bandung. The respondents used in this study used a population of 65 people or respondents. Statistical methods used in this research are descriptive and verification methods. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely, motivation and work discipline, positively influence the dependent variable, namely, employee performance. Motivation has a total effect of 36.96%, consisting of a direct influence of 21.97% and an indirect influence through work discipline of 14.99%. Work discipline has a total effect of 28.74%, which consists of a direct effect of 13.84%. An indirect effect through the motivation of 14.99%, testing the coefficient of determination analysis shows that motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect performance by 65.7%. In comparison, at 34.3%, the rest can influence by other variables not examined in the study. The implications of the study recommend that companies improve employee performance. To achieve better work results, management should further improve employee work results and pay attention to employee work needs.
