Limbah batik memiliki kandungan organik dan warna, yang sulit untuk digredasi. Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan teknologi Sequenching Batch Reactor (SBR) yang dimodifikasi dengan adsorben dari tempurung kelapa dan bamboo. Konsentrasi limbah batik awal, untuk COD sebesar 1965 mg/L, warna 1603 mg/L, TSS 1140 mg/L. Pelaksanaan penelitian terbagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu tahap pertama limbah diolah menggunakan proses koagulasi dan flokulasi, selanjutnya tahap dua menggunakan Sequencing Batch Reactor. Pada tahap koagulasi-flokulasi, menggunakan koagulan PAC (Poly Aluminium Chloride). Sedangkan pada tahap dua yang menggunakan SBR, diatur Hydraulic Retention Time (HRT) dan berat adsorben (tempurung kelapa, bamboo dan zeolite). Hasil penelitian, didapatkan proses koagulasi dan flokulasi mampu menurunkan kandungan organic (BOD5 dan COD) pada kisaran 80%, Total Suspended Solid (TSS )26% dan warna 55%. Sedangkan pada SBR, didapatkan bahwa penambahan adsorben mengoptimalkan pendegradasian kandungan organic. Didapatkan pada HRT optimal 48 jam, jenis adsorben tempurung kelapa optimal menurunkan kandungan BOD5 sebesar 93%, COD 93.7% sebesar , TSS 81% mg/L dan warna 81% mg/L. Limbah cair industri tahu mengandung zat organik yang tinggi seperti BOD5 dan COD sehingga perlu adanya pengolahan sebelum dibuang ke lingkungan. Salah satu alternatif pengolahan yaitu menggunakan sistem biofilter anaerob. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penurunan kadar BOD5 dan COD pada limbah cair industri tahu menggunakan sistem biofilter anaerob. Reaktor yang digunakan terdiri dari 2 buah reaktor dan terbuat dari kaca dengan ketebalan 10 mm. Reaktor pertama bervolume 0,081 m3 yang diisi dengan media batu kerikil setinggi 70 cm dan reaktor kedua bervolume 0,059 m3 diisi dengan media bioball rambutan setinggi 45 cm. Limbah cair industri tahu dialirkan ke dalam reaktor biofilter anaerob secara kontinyu dengan arah aliran down flow. Parameter yang diukur yaitu kadar BOD5 dan COD pada inlet maupun outlet reaktor biofilter anaerob. Reaktor 1 bermedia batu kerikil mampu menyisihkan kadar BOD5 dengan penyisihan tertinggi terjadi pada waktu operasi hari ke-4 yaitu sebesar 943,8 mg/L dan penyisihan kadar COD tertinggi pada waktu operasi hari ke-4 yaitu sebesar 1931,2 mg/L. Sedangkan pada reaktor 2 bermedia bioball rambutan mampu menyisihkan kadar BOD5 dengan penyisihan tertinggi terjadi pada waktu operasi hari ke-4 yaitu sebesar 936,7 mg/L dan penyisihan kadar COD tertinggi pada waktu operasi hari ke-4 yaitu sebesar 1856,6 mg/L. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pipa distribusi air minum adalah kehilangan air. Kehilangan air mengurangi kualitas pelayanan dan pendapatan PDAM. Studi pustaka terhadap artikel ilmiah yang relevan menunjukkan adanya peluang penerapan pengendalian kehilangan air berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan penerapan IoT untuk pengendalian kehilangan air khususnya pada PDAM sebagai operator penyelenggara. IoT berpeluang mengendalikan kehilangan air melalui tiga cara yaitu manajemen tekanan, manajemen aset, dan mempercepat waktu tanggap saat terjadi kebocoran. Tantangan penerapan IoT pada PDAM di Indonesia berkaitan dengan kelembagaan dan pembiayaan PDAM, infrastruktur jaringan pendukung, kemanan data, serta ketidakakuratan dan kesalahan data. PDAM di Indonesia berpeluang menerapkan IoT namun hendaknya harus memperhatikan tantangan-tantangan yang telah dijabarkan pada penelitian ini. The water losses reduce the service quality and the revenue of PDAM. The literature reviews of relevant scientific articles show that there are opportunities for implementing water losses control based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This study aims to identify the opportunities and the challenges of implementing IoT to control water losses at PDAM as an operator. The IoT has the opportunity to control water losses in three ways: pressure management; asset management; and accelerates the response time when a leak occurs. The challenges of implementing IoT at PDAM are related to the institutionalization and financing of PDAM; supporting network infrastructure; data security; and data inaccuracies and errors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari keberadaan sumber air tanah. Metode yang digunakan adalah geolistrik resistivitas konfigurasi schlumberger dan proses pengeboran. Pengukuran dilakukan pada 4 titik dengan bentangan 400 meter dan jarak antar elektroda 10 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indikasi keberadaan air tanah ditemukan pada titik pengukuran 3 kedalaman 36-55 meter dibawah permukaan tanah dengan nilai resistivitas sebesar 0,97 Ωm. Proses pengeboran dilakukan pada titik 3 sesuai rekomendasi, adapun hasil dari pengeboran menunjukkan informasi keberadaan air tanah ditemukan pada kedalaman 46 m dibawah permukaan tanah, hasil ini sesuai dengan informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian. Identifikasi keberadaan air tanah menggunakan metode geolistrik resistivitas terbukti cukup ramah lingkungan, karena tidak ada kerusakan lingkungan yang ditimbulkan. Kata kunci: air tanah, geolistrik resistivitas, konfigurasi schlumberger, pengeboran. This study aims to determine the existence of groundwater. The method used in this research is the geoelectrical resistivity method with schlumberger configuration and drilling process. Measurements were made at 4 points with a span of 400 meters and a distance between electrodes of 10 meters. The results showed indications of the presence of groundwater were found at measurement point 3, a depth of 36-55 meters below the ground surface with a resistivity value of 0.97 Ωm. The drilling process was carried out at point 3 according to the recommendations, while the drilling results showed information on the presence of groundwater at a depth of 46 m below the ground surface, this result is the same as the information obtained from the research results. The identification of groundwater using geoelectrical resistivity method is proven to be quite environmentally friendly because there is no environmental damage caused. Proses pengeboran dilakukan pada titik 3 sesuai rekomendasi, adapun hasil dari pengeboran menunjukkan informasi keberadaan air tanah ditemukan pada kedalaman 46 m dibawah permukaan tanah, hasil ini sesuai dengan informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian. Identifikasi keberadaan air tanah menggunakan metode geolistrik resistivitas terbukti cukup ramah lingkungan, karena tidak ada kerusakan lingkungan yang ditimbulkan. The method used in this research is the geoelectrical resistivity method with schlumberger configuration and drilling process. Measurements were made at 4 points with a span of 400 meters and a distance between electrodes of 10 meters. The results showed indications of the presence of groundwater were found at measurement point 3, a depth of 36-55 meters below the ground surface with a resistivity value of 0.97 Ωm. The drilling process was carried out at point 3 according to the recommendations, while the drilling results showed information on the presence of groundwater at a depth of 46 m below the ground surface, this result is the same as the information obtained from the research results. The identification of groundwater using geoelectrical resistivity method is proven to be quite environmentally friendly because there is no environmental damage caused. Sampah sudah menjadi persoalan serius bagi masyarakat. Produksi sampah di dunia semakin meningkat, sedangkan laju pengurangan sampah lebih kecil dari pada laju produksinya, hal ini menyebabkan sampah semakin menumpuk. Berbagai upaya pemanfaatan sampah organik dengan teknologi baru telah dilakukan, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan larva Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia illucens). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis besar persentase kemampuan larva BSF dalam mereduksi sampah organik sayuran/buah-buahan dan lauk. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode percobaan skala laboratorium. Sampah organik yang digunakan sebagai sampel adalah sampah yang berasal dari sampah makanan khususnya sampah sayuran/buah-buahan dan lauk dengan frekuensi feeding sekali dalam 3 hari. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 kali replikasi (pengulangan) dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Berdasarkan penelitian ini, persentase terbesar reduksi sampah oleh larva BSF sebesar 74% dan berdasarkan persentase yang diperoleh ditentukan bahwa variasi jenis sampah sayuran/buah-buahan dengan frekuensi feeding sekali dalam 3 hari lebih efektif untuk menghasilkan persentase reduksi sampah yang optimal. Based on this study, the largest percentage of waste reduction by BSF larvae is 74% and based on the percentage obtained it is determined that variations in the type of vegetable/fruit waste with feeding frequency once in 3 days are more effective to produce an optimal percentage of waste reduction. Kondisi Waduk Batujai saat ini memperihatinkan akibat pencemaran. Beragam sumber pencemar masuk dan terakumulasi di waduk diantaranya berasal dari kegiatan produktif dan non produktif dari permukiman dan dari kegiatan di badan perairan waduk sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kondisi kualitas air, sumber dan kontribusi bahan cemaran yang mendominasi air Waduk Batujai sebagai sumber air bersih serta strategi pengendalian pencemaran air Waduk Batujai. Identifikasi kualitas air bersih menggunakan pengujian parameter fisika, kimia dan mikrobiologi dibandingkan dengan baku mutu air PP No.82/2001. Penentuan status mutu air menggunakan metode indeks pencemaran berdasarkan Kepmen LH No.115/2003. Strategi pengendalian pencemaran air menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kualitas air Waduk Batujai mengalami pencemaran, ditunjukkan adanya parameter TSS sebesar 527 mg/L, BOD 6,6 mg/L, COD rata-rata 48,5 mg/L, Fe 0,39 mg/L, MPN Coliform 14000 MPN/100ml dan MPN colitinja sebesar 3300 MPN/100ml yang melebihi baku mutu air bersih. Status mutu air sudah tercemar ringan dengan indeks pencemaran tertinggi sebesar 6,34. Sumber cemaran Waduk Batujai secara keseluruhan berupa limbah rumah tangga, sisa-sisa pupuk pertanian, pakan ternak dan ikan mati. Beban pencemaran Waduk Batujai yang terbesar berupa padatan tersuspensi (TSS) sebesar 527 kg/hari dan parameter COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) 48,5 kg/hari. Strategi pengendalian pencemaran air dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan inventarisasi dan identifikasi sumber pencemar, meningkatkan pengelolaan limbah, menetapkan daya tampung beban pencemaran, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan limbah, meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap pembuangan air limbah dan meningkatkan pemantauan kualitas air waduk. Daerah Irigasi Tampa yang terletak di Kecamatan Paku, Kabupaten Barito Timur, Provinsi Kalimantan dengan luas baku sawah pada 2000 Ha, memiliki layanan jaringan irigasi sebesar 1.278 ha, Namun pada hanya terdapat 500 Ha yang dapat di manfaatkan untuk pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketersediaan serta kebutuhan air untuk pola tanam yang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan solusi pola tanam yang optimal terhadap luasan lahan pertanian menggunakan sorfware bantu (weap, cropwat dan pomqm). Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa perhitungan antara lain perhitungan curah hujan efektif, evapotranspirasi serta debit andalan. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan ketersediaan air eksisting pada Daerah irigasi Tampa sesuai pola tanam yang ada. Tahapan selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan kebutuhan air untuk pola tanam optimal. Hasil analisis ketersedian air dan kebutuhan air memberikan nilai debit maksimum 0,226 m3/dtk dan untuk debit minimum sebesar 0,154 m3/dtk dan kebutuhan air maksimum sebesar 9,684 mm/hr. Pengoptimalan dilakukan dengan 2 alternatif pola tata tanam dan menggunkan jenis tanaman padi unggul yakni alternatif pertama padi-padi-palawija dan alternatif ke dua padi-palawija-padi. Hasil perhitungan alternatif pertama adalah kebutuhan air maksimum sebesar 0,117 m3dtk dan kebutuhan minimum sebesar 0,003 m3/dtk. Untuk alternatif ke dua didapat kebutuhan air maksimum sebesar 0,146 m3/dtk dan kebutuhan minimum adalah sebesar 0,025 m3/dtk. Hasil pengoptimalan alternatif kedua didapat tanaman Padi 109 Hektar dan 111 hektar. Untuk Hasil Optimasi alternatif ke dua didapat 378,52 hektar padi dan 250,9 hektar tanaman palawija. Berdasarkan analisis diatas, alternatif pola tata tanam ke dua lebih optimal dalam memberikan produktifitas hasil tanaman dengan asumsi untuk padi unggul adalah 10 ton/ha dan palawija 2,3 ton/ ha maka didapat sebesar 3785,2 ton/ tahun untuk tanaman padi unggul dan 577,1 ton/ tahun untuk tanaman palawija. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketersediaan serta kebutuhan air untuk pola tanam yang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan solusi pola tanam yang optimal terhadap luasan lahan pertanian menggunakan sorfware bantu (weap, cropwat dan pomqm). Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa perhitungan antara lain perhitungan curah hujan efektif, evapotranspirasi serta debit andalan. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan ketersediaan air eksisting pada Daerah irigasi Tampa sesuai pola tanam yang ada. Tahapan selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan kebutuhan air untuk pola tanam optimal. Hasil analisis ketersedian air dan kebutuhan air memberikan nilai debit maksimum 0,226 m3/dtk dan untuk debit minimum sebesar 0,154 m3/dtk dan kebutuhan air maksimum sebesar 9,684 mm/hr. Pengoptimalan dilakukan dengan 2 alternatif pola tata tanam dan menggunkan jenis tanaman padi unggul yakni alternatif pertama padi-padi-palawija dan alternatif ke dua padi-palawija-padi. Hasil perhitungan alternatif pertama adalah kebutuhan air maksimum sebesar 0,117 m3dtk dan kebutuhan minimum sebesar 0,003 m3/dtk. Untuk alternatif ke dua didapat kebutuhan air maksimum sebesar 0,146 m3/dtk dan kebutuhan minimum adalah sebesar 0,025 m3/dtk. Hasil pengoptimalan alternatif kedua didapat tanaman Padi 109 Hektar dan 111 hektar. Untuk Hasil Optimasi alternatif ke dua didapat 378,52 hektar padi dan 250,9 hektar tanaman palawija. Berdasarkan analisis diatas, alternatif pola tata tanam ke dua lebih optimal dalam memberikan produktifitas hasil tanaman dengan asumsi untuk padi unggul adalah 10 ton/ha dan palawija 2,3 ton/ ha maka didapat sebesar 3785,2 ton/ tahun untuk tanaman padi unggul dan 577,1 ton/ tahun untuk tanaman palawija. The Tampa Irrigation Area, which is located in Paku District, East Barito Regency, Kalimantan Province, with an area of 2000 Ha of raw rice fields, has an irrigation network service of 1,278 ha, however only 500 Ha can be utilized for agriculture. This study aims to analyze the availability and demand for water for optimal cropping patterns. This research provides optimal cropping pattern solutions for agricultural land area using auxiliary software (weap, cropwat and pomqm). This study uses several calculations including the calculation of effective rainfall, evapotranspiration and mainstay discharge. Furthermore, the calculation of the availability of existing water in the Tampa irrigation area is carried out according to the existing cropping pattern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi suhu, pH dan kelembapan pada bioremediasi metode composting, mengidentifikasi perubahan sifat fisika dan kimia tanah bekas tambang intan sebelum dan sesudah proses composting juga mengidentifikasi komposisi terbaik pada composting berbahan dasar sampah organik pasar sistem open windrow. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu A (100% tanah) sebagai kontrol, B (25% tanah : 75% kompos), C (50% tanah : 50% kompos), D (75% tanah : 25% kompos). Hasil penelitian suhu, pH dan kelembapan keempat perlakuan selama proses bioremediasi dengan metode composting mengalami fluktuasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji T terdapat perbedaan nilai C-organik, N-total, Rasio C/N, KTK serta warna sebelum dan sesudah proses composting. Hasil Uji LSD 5% variasi komposisi terbaik yang mampu memperbaiki kualitas tanah tambang adalah variasi komposisi 25% tanah : 75% kompos. Kata kunci: composting, C-organik, N-total, KTK, warna tanah. The research design used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment referred to is A (100% soil) as control, B (25% soil: 75% compost), C (50% soil: 50% compost), D (75% soil: 25% compost) with the weight of each one treatment / 40 kg stack and 30 cm stack height. The results of the research of temperature, pH and moisture of the four treatments during the bioremediation process by composting method are fluctuated. Based on the results of the T test there are differences in the value of C-organic, N-total, C / N ratio, CEC and soil color before and after the composting process. LSD 5% test results of the best composition variations that can improve the quality of mine soil is a variation of the composition of 25% soil: 75% compost. Plastik sintetis merupakan plastik yang biasanya berbasis konvensional. Sumber bahan baku plastik sintetis merupakan energi yang tidak dapat diperbarui yaitu minyak bumi. Plastik sintetis memiliki sifat fisik yang fleksibel, ringan, kuat dan ekonomis. Plastik sintetis dapat menyebabkan permasalahan lingkungan yaitu sulitnya plastik sintetis yang terdegradasi oleh tanah. Sehingga dapat menurunkan kualitas tanah dan mikriorganisme. Upaya pencegahan permasalahan sampah plastik dapat dilakukan dengan pengembangan pembuatan plastik dari bahan polimer alami yang disebut bioplastik. Plastik biodegradableumumnya terbuat dari bahan polisakarida dan dapat terbuat dari sumber protein, salah satunya limbah tahu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan limbah tahu yang diekstrak untuk diambil proteinnyasebagai bahan dasar pembuatan plastik biodegradable, serta untuk mengetahui sifat mekanik dan lama bioplastik protein ampas tahu terdegradasi oleh tanah. Pembuatan bioplastik membutuhakan bahan pemlastis dan bahan aditif untuk menghasilkan plastik yang fleksibel. Penelitian ini menggunakan penambahan plasticizerglycerin dengan variasi 30%,40%,50% dan bahan pengisi 20%. Penambahan chitosan sebanyak 5 ml. Hasil penelitian pembuatan protein ampas tahu menunjukkan bahwa kadar protein ampas tahu yang dihasilkan dari tahap diekstraksi sebesar 29.72%. Hasil pengujian kuat tarik bioplasik dari protein ampa tahu menggunakan alat UTM (Universal Testing Machine) yangberkisar antara 1.04-2.12 Mpa yang telah memenuhi standar bioplastik menurut Japan Industrial Standard (JIS). Sedangkan hasil pengujian daya serap air menggunakan metode swelling memiliki nilai tertinggi pada glycerin 50% sebesar 196% dalam kurun waktu 30 menit. Sedangkan daya serap paling baik terdapat pada variasi glycerin 30% sebesar 49.7%. Bioplastik berbahan dasar protein ampas tahu dapat terdegrdasi dengan sempurna dalam kisaran waktu 7-14 hari. Pengelolaan persampahan di Kelurahan Cisaranten Kulon saat ini belum optimal terlihat dari adanya masalah penumpukan sampah di rumah warga akibat keterlambatan pengumpulan sampah di wilayah pelayanan ataupun tidak adanya jadwal tetap untuk pengumpulan sampah. Untuk menangani masalah tersebut dibutuhkan peran aktif masyarakat dan aspek pembiayaan untuk menunjang upaya perbaikan, maka dilakukan analisis Willingness To Pay (WTP) terhadap peningkatan pelayanan pengelolaan persampahan di wilayah ini. Didapatkan nilai WTP total sebesar Rp 124.989.122. Faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai WTP masyarakat Kelurahan Cisaranten Kulon adalah penghasilan dan kepuasan pelayanan. Rekomendasi peningkatan pelayanan pengelolaan persampahan yang direncanakan adalah pengelolaan sampah di sumber dengan program Kang PisMan, program komposter tong, serta pemanfaatan bank sampah dan optimalisasi sistem pengumpulan sampah dengan pembuatan jadwal pengumpulan sampah rutin serta penambahan alat pengumpul. Kata Kunci : CVM, pengelolaan sampah, persampahan, WTP. Waste management in Cisaranten Kulon Village is currently not optimal, as can be seen from the problem of garbage accumulation in residents' homes due to delays in collecting waste in the service area or the absence of a fixed schedule for waste collection. To deal with this problem, an active role from the community and financing aspects are needed to support improvement efforts, so Willingness To Pay (WTP) analysis is carried out on improving waste management services in this region. The total WTP value is IDR 124,989,122. The factors that influence the WTP value of the people of Cisaranten Kulon Village are income and service satisfaction. Recommendations for improving the planned waste management services are waste management at the source with the Kang PisMan program, the composter barrel program, as well as the use of waste banks and optimizing the waste collection system by making routine waste collection schedules and adding collection tools.
