Actually, planners always need more and more updated plans to satisfy eventual changes. Those plans usually bring immediate and even sustainable solutions. According to the nature of problems, and decision-makers yearnings, the allocated time to establish plans is still tight. Therefore, adequate technics and methods are suitable to tackle this problem. Recently, a primer research field called Machine learning (ML), whose technics are based on learning by studying data or by applying known rules to categorize things, to predict outcomes, to identify patterns, or to detect unexpected behaviors. Reinforcement learning (RL) is an active research field of ML, based on learning how to map situations to actions, so as to maximize a numerical reward. By employing RL methods, the aim is to provide better plans for urban projects, wherein they are modeled to form a multi-agents system, acting cooperatively and optimally.

For decision makers, the Business Model is crucial for the success of organizations. It reflects manager's assumptions about what customers want, and how an enterprise can best meet those needs and get paid for. Decision support systems can assist in making Business Model design decisions. However, previous work on decision support systems for business models provides no solution for explaining their reasoning for managers. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the development of a new generation of intelligent decision support system that have ability of providing explanations to increase confidence in proposed solutions. The intelligent system by giving some support for the suggested conclusions could be used as learning tool in business schools. The proposed system uses Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) as the resolution methodology, which is an important aspect of artificial intelligence. It is a computational methodology designed to generate new solutions to given problems by analyzing known solutions to previously solved problems. The Business Model decision-making tool would provide both the solution and explanation on how it is obtained.

Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network, or VANETs, is a form of MANET, through which cars will exchange messages to detect dangerous situations and announce them to drivers. In VANETs, vehicles (nodes) are characterized by a high dynamics and high mobility, in addition to the high rate of topology change and density variability. Quality of service in VANETs represents a major challenge, not yet solved, due to the characteristics and strict constraints of VANETs. In order to improve the performance and reliability of message dissemination on VANETs, congestion control must be taken into account. Many studies asserted that proper congestion control algorithms are essential to ensure an efficient network operation. However, most of the existing congestion control solutions have limitations. In this paper, we propose congestion control algorithm as solution to avoid congestion in VANETs environment. The proposed solution is based on a combination of two approaches: the event-oriented and the measurement-based, with message scheduling. The proposed solution is to reduce congestion and increase reliability to VANETs by assigning higher priority to critical security message.

This paper shows a new Double Gate Junctionless (DGJL) MOSFET design based on both highly doped drain/source extensions and gate material engineering. The device electrical behavior at the nanoscale level is investigated using an accurate numerical computation based on TCAD simulation provided by ATLAS 2D simulator, where quantum confinement effects and the modified drift-diffusion transport model that takes into account SCEs are included. Circuit performance parameters are also developed incorporating the impact of dual-material gate engineering and highly doped extension regions. The effect of the proposed design amendments on the performance of the common source single stage amplifier circuit based on DGJL MOSFET is also performed, where the proposed design exhibits an outstanding capability for offering improved amplifier properties. In order to analyze the characteristics and circuit performance of the device, we have adopted mixed mode simulation under Silvaco environment for the implementation of the inverter circuit. Based on the numerical, outcomes satisfactory results are recorded in comparison with the conventional nanoscale junctionless design.

In this paper, we present our hybrid methodology for building a bidirectional Amazigh-English machine translation. The architecture of the proposed system is based on both Interlingua-Based Machine Translation (IBMT) and Statistical-Based Machine Translation (SBMT) approaches. Amazigh is a less-resourced language. It does not have parallel corpora with enough size. So, using statistical approach for such language will not be a good choice, because this approach requires large parallel corpora to well train probabilistic models, and to ensure a translation of good quality. Since we dispose of an Amazigh IBMT based deconverter, we thought, firstly, to use it in building an Amazigh-English parallel corpus. This latter have been exploited to train the necessary models in SBMT.

The water meter is used as a gadget in order to calculate water consumption. This gadget use a water flow and shows an arithmetic result with a mechanical number counter. In practice, The operator manually checks the number counter periodically. The operator makes records of the number displays by the water meter for water consumption. This process takes time and is Vulnerable to human error. In this article, we suggest an Android mobile device that calculates water consumption for the customer in real time. By owning applications that support Android smartphones, Customers can have access to their water bill at any time by creating their own account. when the subscriber account is created, the subscriber can take a picture of the water meter that will then be sent to the server for processing, and the level of consumption and any alerts will be definitely transferred to the user on his smartphone according to the picture sent. absolutely, the client will use this application by connecting to the internet.

GIS is becoming a necessity in a wide variety of application domains and the extraction of such geographic information has taken an important part in the computer science field. This thesis has the objective of extracting geographic data from Wikipedia to make it easier for users to obtain the information they want. One problematic aspect is the large volume XML file processing, we try to use text mining and machine learning techniques to solve this problem. In this work, we present and evaluate an approach to extract geographic data from Wikipedia from a very large XML file and create a geographic databae. Our technique is to extract infoboxes from geographic articles using the supervised machine learning (SVM) technique. We create after that tables containing geographic data (name, longitude, latitude ... etc) and we make the joins between different tables that will help us to structure our result.

To immerse a person is to give him the feeling of being present in a virtual space. To concatenate immersive with analytic we obtain "The immersive analytics". Immersive Analysis is an area that explores new interaction and display technologies for analytics to support multi-discipline data reasoning. Monitoring systems and routing algorithms are two disciplines that have greatly beneficiated from this area since that the image is the basis on which we build our decision in this kind of systems. Since these techniques increase the human capacity for analysis and to understand heterogeneous, massive and often multiform data sets, and because a good detection of routing or performance degradation anomalies depends on a good data analysis, using a visual analysis system we show in this article how immersive analysis immerse the user in his task to better support data analysis allowing him to provide clear and timely information to make the right decision specially in emergencies

An XML schema definition can be organized according to one of the following design styles: "Russian Doll", "Salami Slice", "Venetian Blind", or "Garden of Eden"; otherwise, it is said to be in "Bologna" style, which actually means free format. Converting a complex XML schema from a style to another without automated support is not a trivial task. The "Garden of Eden" style can be considered as a normalized format since the definitions of all components (i.e., elements, attributes and types) are global and, thus, can be re-used in the definition of other XML schema constructs (e.g., when expanding the schema or importing it into another schema or using it to define an XML namespace). In this work, we present a Normalize procedure, which can be used to convert any given XML schema to the "Garden of Eden" style, by automatically transforming and rearranging all declarations and definitions it contains.
