ON THE POSSIBILITY OF USING REANALYSIS DATA TO ESTIMATE THE WATER TEMPERATURE OF THE CASPIAN SEA 关于利用再分析资料估计里海水温的可能性

Water temperature is one of the important hydrometeorological characteristics of large bodies of water, because of its influence on biological and chemical processes. In this work, water temperature data from coastal observation points of Kazakhstan and remote sensing data of the Earth, such as satellite images, and reanalysis, were considered. In the longterm context, in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea, the water temperature ranged from 10.8 ⁰С (Peshnoi) to 12.7 ⁰С (Kulaly Island). The effectiveness of the use of reanalysis data with the use of statistical criteria was evaluated. These quality criteria characterize the reliability of the results, and ERA5 realism data are effective and can be used for analysis, and research. All the databases under consideration showed that SST the average monthly minimum values are observed in January, and the maximum values are observed in the summer period. The change in water temperature over the years has a positive trend.

ANALYSIS OF FLOODING OF THE TERRITORY OF THE EAST KAZAKHSTAN REGION 东哈萨克斯坦地区境内的洪水分析

It is known that the state and development of both the biosphere and human society directly depends on the state of water resources. Among the problems facing humanity in recent decades, experts and politicians put the problem of water in the first place. One of these phenomena is undoubtedly flooding. Floods can sometimes be a source of prosperity, but they can also pose a serious threat to many large settlements. Today, in the course of scientific and technological development, humanity has learned to deal with river disasters to a certain extent, regulate the flow of important rivers, control changes in the water level in the river, etc. b. An important issue today is a comprehensive assessment of possible risks of river flooding. In particular, this applies to the territory of developing countries, where the network of monitoring stations is not yet sufficiently developed, and river systems are poorly studied. The territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan cannot boast of a large number of large rivers and lakes. However, every spring in some areas of the republic there are often problems with flooding. The article considers the consequences of floods typical for some areas of the East Kazakhstan region. The characteristic of the state of the river basin in the spring-summer period and the general river network is given. A brief overview of floods in the study area that have occurred over the past 10 years was conducted. The analysis of the flooding of the river basin with the provision of satellite images is given. Based on the generalization of foreign and domestic experience, engineering and non-engineering measures to reduce the risk of flooding were proposed.

For the territory of the international «Manas» airport for the cold season over a 5-year period, the relative frequency of the types of synoptic processes and the positions of the baric field at heights was analyzed, and the relationship between these characteristics was considered. The analysis was carried out based on the journal of substantiation of synoptic processes of the Bishkek aviation meteorological center and maps of baric topography with a frequency of every 12 hours, which made it possible to expand the sample, clarify the initial data and improve the quality of the study results. A total of 911 days and, accordingly, 1822 synoptic processes and positions of the baric field at heights were analyzed. Types have been identified that have a predominant frequency of occurrence during the cold period of the year, from October to March, which largely determine the weather and climate conditions here.

A comparative analysis of the maximum water levels formation of the rivers in the Belarus-ian Lakeland and the Belarusian Polesie for the period from 1946 to 2015 was carried out. Three periods were studied: 1946…1965 – the period before the mass reclamation, the peri-od of minimal anthropogenic impacts, can be conditionally accepted as a natural water re-gime; 1966…1987 – the period of mass reclamation; 1988…2015 – the period of modern climatic impacts. The methodological basis of the research was the scientific provisions on the stochastic nature of the variability of the river level regime and the comparative geo-graphical method. It is established that for the rivers of the Belarusian Lakeland there is a steady tendency to decrease the maximum water levels at a rate of minus 31 cm / 10 years in general for the entire period under review, while there is a slight decrease for the rivers of the Belarusian Polesie.

The paper deals with the research of new structures of concrete hydraulic structures.An important stage in their design is the correct choice of groups of fish passage structures. It is worth noting that the selection of the structure group is carried out mainly on the basis of technical and economic comparisons, and not for structural reasons, taking into account the possibility of fish passing along the entire length of the tract. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, much attention has recently been paid to the development of fisheries. One of the evidences of this is the work of scientists and doctoral students of universities in this field. To create conditions for fish farming in the country, it is necessary to create fish-passing and fish-protection facilities. In any case, we need a new system for the development of fisheries. Indeed, there is no wealth in the fishing industry today. In particular, there is water, little fish. There is a problem here. If there are several reservoirs in the region suitable for fish farming, we will not be able to meet the demand of the residents of the region. If we consider this industry, which forms the basis of the region's economy, as an additional source of income or a subsidiary farm, then it is obvious that the problem will not be solved today or tomorrow.

WATER LEVEL VARIATIONS ON THE BALKASH LAKE IN THE MODERN PERIOD 近代巴尔喀什湖的水位变化

The article considers the nature of long-term and storm surge fluctuations in the level on the Balkash Lake. Statistics are presented and their seasonal distribution in different parts of the lake is described. It is noted that a change in the level entails a change in the morphometric characteristics of the lake; there is a tendency to reduce the area and, accordingly, the water volume of lake. The most vulnerable is the southern coast, which is a low-lying accumulative sandy plain. With wind surges, the coast is flooded in a strip from several hundred meters to several kilometers. Even fluctuations in the lake level (20...30 cm) lead here to significant displacements of the coastline. Surge phenomena in this area are the main factor in the for-mation of the relief. The amplitude of surge fluctuations of the Balkash Lake level signifi-cantly exceeds the annual amplitude of changes in the filling of the lake. The highest ampli-tude of surge oscillations is observed in Western Balkhash and at the end sections of the lake.

Statistics are presented and their seasonal distribution in different parts of the lake is described. It is noted that a change in the level entails a change in the morphometric characteristics of the lake; there is a tendency to reduce the area and, accordingly, the water volume of lake. The most vulnerable is the southern coast, which is a low-lying accumulative sandy plain. With wind surges, the coast is flooded in a strip from several hundred meters to several kilometers. Even fluctuations in the lake level (20...30 cm) lead here to significant displacements of the coastline. Surge phenomena in this area are the main factor in the for-mation of the relief. The amplitude of surge fluctuations of the Balkash Lake level signifi-cantly exceeds the annual amplitude of changes in the filling of the lake. FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF ZOOTONYMS OF THE SHET DISTRICT 片区动物名的形成特征

The article considers the degree of reflection of the animal world in the toponyms of the Shet district of the Karaganda region. Patterns of spatial distribution of zoonyms, areas, and connections with the natural environment are revealed, which provide extensive information about changes in natural conditions and landscapes. The toponymic activity of animal names and their classification are grouped, and a map of the territory's zoonyms is compiled on the basis of actual data. It was found that some extinct animals (bear, antelope, deer, kulan, wild boar, etc.) lived in this territory, and the prerequisites for restoration were created.
本文考虑了卡拉干达地区Shet地区地名对动物世界的反映程度。揭示了人畜共物的空间分布格局、区域分布以及与自然环境的联系,提供了有关自然条件和景观变化的广泛信息。将动物名称的地名活动及其分类进行分组,并根据实际数据编制全港动物名称地图。发现了一些灭绝的动物(熊、羚羊、鹿、kulan、野猪等)生活在这一地区,为恢复创造了先决条件。

At present, the assessment of water content, as well as the results of a study on the impact of economic activity on the hydrological regime of the Zhaiyk River, differ greatly among different authors. As a result, there is no unified methodology for assessing changes in river flow, and this, in turn, hinders the adoption of management decisions to restore the natural hydrological regime of a watercourse. In this regard, this article discusses the issue of an integrated assessment of changes in the water content of the Zhaiyk River.

ASSESSMENT OF THE PERMISSIBLE EXTRACTION OF NON-METALLIC BUILDING MATERIALS FROM THE RIVERBED ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE PRIPYAT RIVER 以普里皮亚季河为例,对从河床中提取非金属建筑材料的允许量进行评估

The article substantiates the possibility of carrying out work on the extraction of non-metallic building materials from the riverbed of the Pripyat River on the basis of comparing the existing flow and determining the predicted ecological flow of the river. The numerical simulation of the longitudinal flow has showed a redistribution of velocities within the slots and technological breaks, which form sections with a flow velocity of less than 0.3 m/s with-in the deepened part of the slot, and increased velocities of more than 0.9 m/s in the sections of technological breaks, which increases the intensity of sediment deposition. The volume of possible intake of material from the river amounted to 33122.5 m3 has been established, which corresponds to carrying out work no more than once every 3 years with mandatory re-peated environmental assessment of hydraulic and hydrological processes. The total com-pensation payments for the harmful effects of the planned works on the ichthyologic fauna of the Pripyat River in the Pinsk district of the Brest region have been determined.
