Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Industri Kuliner Terhadap Nilai Pelanggan 烹饪行业质量服务对客户价值的影响

To be able to increase value of customers at restaurant is to build a restaurant high quality services so as to pleasing customers. However, service quality in culinary industry is often not enough to increase the customers value. There are complaints that the time conformity, speed and inconsistency of the services provided involved culinary industry should improve services quality and customer value. This study aims to measure services quality, customer value, and the influence between the two on culinary industry. The methodology used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results of the research that has been done to 117 customers of culinary industry on the service and customer value are high. Similarly, the regression analysis shows that service quality has a positive effect on customer value on culinary industry.

Peran Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Jasa Transportasi Online 服务质量对在线运输服务客户忠诚度的作用

Service quality is a form of activity undertaken by a company that aims to meet the wants and needs of customers by providing good service. Customer loyalty is a consumer's assessment of the quality of the product or service it receives based on existing expectations in the mind. Loyal customers will always tend to only one brand even though there are many similar brands. Sample in this study amounted to 135 respondents, is the people of Bandung who have or often use online transportation. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of service quality on online transportation customer loyalty. The result obtained shows that service quality influence significantly customer loyalty by 24,1%.
服务质量是公司通过提供良好的服务来满足顾客需求的一种活动形式。顾客忠诚度是消费者对产品或服务质量的评估,是基于他们心中现有的期望。即使有许多相似的品牌,忠实的顾客也总是倾向于只选择一个品牌。本研究样本共135名受访者,均为拥有或经常使用网络交通工具的万隆人。抽样技术采用简单随机抽样。本研究的目的是找出服务品质对线上运输顾客忠诚度的影响。结果表明,服务质量对顾客忠诚度的影响显著,影响幅度为24.1%。

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (Studi Kasus PT Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia)

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. This research uses quantitave descriptive method. The sample in this study was 150 employees of Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia Ltd, using non-probability sampling - saturation sampling. The collection of information in this study was conducted by providing questionnaires to employees and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior by 31,5% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Analysis results show that transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 
本研究的目的是分析变革型领导对组织公民行为的影响。本研究采用定量描述方法。本研究以印尼小松底盘有限公司150名员工为样本,采用非概率抽样-饱和抽样。本研究通过向员工发放问卷的方式进行信息收集,并运用描述性分析、相关分析、回归分析、决定系数分析、假设检验等方法进行分析。本研究结果表明,变革型领导对组织公民行为的影响为31.5%,其余为其他因素的影响。分析结果表明,变革型领导对组织公民行为有显著影响。

The study was conducted to determine the effect of product innovation on competitive advantage at SME of “Duren Kamu Pasti Kembali” in Serang City. This study uses quantitative and was analyzed descriptively the hypothesis was tested by using simple linear regression analysis. This study uses descriptive research-causality. Sampling technique used was saturated sampling type under non-probability sampling, with the 19 respondents. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis with the t-test, product innovation significantly influenced on competitive advantage at SME “Duren KPK” in Serang City. The results of coefficient of determination showed that product innovation at SME “Duren KPK” was able to explain 77,8% competitive advantage, and the remaining 22,2% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The conclusion of this study is product innovation at SME “Duren KPK” is categorized as good, but there are several aspects that need to be improved such as product innovation that is still easily imitated by other competitors, and the price of products that are not yet affordable.
本研究旨在探讨产品创新对雪朗市“Duren Kamu Pasti Kembali”中小企业竞争优势的影响。本研究采用定量分析和描述性分析,采用简单线性回归分析对假设进行检验。本研究采用描述性研究——因果关系。抽样技术采用非概率抽样下的饱和抽样方式,共19人。基于t检验假设的检验结果,产品创新对雪朗市中小企业“Duren KPK”的竞争优势有显著影响。决定系数的结果显示,“都仁KPK”中小企业的产品创新能够解释77.8%的竞争优势,其余22.2%的竞争优势受到本研究未考察的其他因素的影响。本研究的结论是,中小企业“Duren KPK”的产品创新被归类为良好,但有几个方面需要改进,如产品创新仍然容易被其他竞争对手模仿,以及产品价格尚未负担得起。

This study aims to asses influence the financial ratios of stock prices on issuers of automotive sector companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016. This study is a documentation study, where the data used is a secondary data obtained from company reports that have been available. The population in this research is all companies of automotive sector and components listed in IDX and reporting company's finance in period 2011-2016. From a total of 13 companies, 12 companies were taken as samples because one company did not meet the requirements of the financial statements for the period in this study. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test by using t test and F test. 
本研究旨在评估2011-2016年期间在印度尼西亚证券交易所上市的汽车行业公司和零部件的财务比率对发行人的影响。本研究是一项文献研究,其中使用的数据是从公司报告中获得的二手数据。本研究对象为2011-2016年期间在IDX上市的所有汽车行业及零部件公司和报告公司财务状况的公司。从13家公司中选取了12家公司作为样本,因为有一家公司不符合本研究期间的财务报表要求。数据分析采用多元线性回归分析,假设检验采用t检验和F检验。

Pengaruh People, Process dan Physical Evidence Terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa Memilih STIBANKS Al Ma’soem (Tahun Akademik 2017/2018)

This research aimed to analyze the influence of People, Process and Physical evidence on the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. This research uses quantitative associative method. The research data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires to students in STIBANKS Al Ma'soem and then processed with IBM SPSS Statistic 23. The results showed that correlation is weak and there are not significant People, Process and Physical evidence on the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. F test results showed that the factors of People, Process and Physical evidence does not significantly affect the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. The R-square value obtained amounted to 0.1615, or 16.15%, that meaning simultaneous People, Process and Physical evidence contributes 16.15% to the effect on the students choice  STIBANKS Al Ma’soem, and while the rest (1-R²) of 83.85% is the number of contributions made by other factors not examined. The study reveals that students expect fast response from the officer while giving information to students, such as academic information. Students also expect a simple procedure in order for their needs, such as to make academic letters. The management of STIBANKS Al Ma’soem must improve on other factors that can increase the number of students in the next period, such as service quality and promotion mix.

The current business organization is important to review the conflict between work and family. It can impact on the survival of employees in business organizations. Work-family conflicts can be one reason employee dissatisfaction with work. The relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction. Based on research conducted on 118 respondents employees Bank Bjb Office Main Branch Bandung obtained results that show there is a relationship between work family conflict with job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of correlation analysis between work family conflict variables with job satisfaction included in the negative and significant relationship. Furthermore, work family conflict also has a negative effect on job satisfaction in the regression analysis done.

Analisis Intensi Kewirausahaan Sosial Mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis 企业管理学生社会创业计划的意图分析

Social entrepreneurship is kind of business process that creates product or services which needed by society and/or environment and one of the solution to help the government to solve many kinds of social problems such as health, education, and environmental problems. The purpose of this research is to identify the degree of social entrepreneurship intention of the student in the business administration program. The questionnaire is distributed to 100 respondents. The result shows that the intention of social entrepreneurship from students in the business administration program is high (M= 3.6). The personal characteristics that support the social entrepreneur such as agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness, and extraversion has a higher degree than other personal characteristics. Those characteristics have a positive impact on the social entrepreneurship intention of students in the business administration program.

The personal characteristics that support the social entrepreneur such as agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness, and extraversion has a higher degree than other personal characteristics. Analisis Kelayakan Investasi Dendeng Daging Sapi (Studi Kasus di PD “Carole Jaya”) 牛肉肉干投资可行性分析(卡罗尔雅的案例研究)

Beef trading industry in Indonesia is growing, both in terms of quantity and quality lead to the emergence of intense competition, therefore every trading company is required to be creative in the face of business competition in order to meet and satisfy the needs and desires of consumers. One way is through product development. One way is through product development. Product development is an important thing for a company to maintain its existence or at least can guarantee the survival of the company. It is also encouraging PD Carole Jaya which is engaged in beef and mutton trade, to create a new innovation that is the development of beef products by making beef jerky, as an alternative in the development of beef products and to increase sales productivity for maintaining the existence of its business. But of course, in the development of this product, should consider the investment plan, whether worthy or not product development is done, given the amount of capital required for the manufacture of this jerky. In the development of this product, there are three stages of the activities undertaken: preparation, execution (manufacturing process) and final stage. In the final stage of the activities undertaken is to process data, analyze the results of research and make conclusions. In this financial data processing using financial feasibility analysis tool with PayBack Period method, ARR (Average Rate of Return), NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and (R / C Ratio) Business Efficiency and BEP (Break Event Point). The results of the investment analysis show that the PBP (Payback Period) of this investment is 3 months, ARR (Average Rate of Return) of 1.35%, NPV (Net Present Value) generated 27.998.634, - which means when NPV> 1, then the feasible investment, PI (Profitability Index) of 1.35 means that the investment can be run (Feasible), R / C Ratio of 1.35 means is, this investment is very efficient and profitable and BEP (production) of Rp. 258,500, - and BEP (unit) of 44.4 kg. Thus, the product development effort by making beef jerky is feasible to be implemented by PD. Carole Jaya.

Nowadays, a company should be able to survive and compete against a changes in the business, therefore companies must be competitive in order to survive from changes that happen. One of actions that company takes to survive and compete is to improve the ability of major assets of the company itself, human resources. Job training in a company is the company's actions to improve the ability of employees to be able perform the duties and obligations as an employee, so the company's objectives will be achieved. One of job training often done by company is on-the-job training. Training the work which is done by the company will have an impact on both the poor level of the employee's performance. This research aims to determine the relationship between on-the-job training and employee performance. In this research , the object is PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Bandung Head Office which is a state-owned company engaged in the field of land transportation services. To know the relationship of both, the research method that is used is quantitative with interview techniques, questionnaires, literature, and calculations using SPSS for testing the hypothesis that using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and test R square.
