Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Stratejik Terhadap Strategi Bersaing UKM Café dan Restoran 战略领导对中小咖啡馆和餐馆竞争战略的影响

Along with high competition, the ability to survive in the business world strategic leadership is needed to face the competition. Strategic leadership that has dimensions of vision, business model articulation, information delivery well, clever in handling power, and emotional intelligence is one of the factors needed in the company in choosing the appropriate strategy competitiveness. While the competitive strategy itself has a dimension of leadership that low cost, differentiation, and focus. This study aims to measure great strategic leadership, competitive strategy and how much strategic leadership relationship and competitive strategy in SMEs cafe and restaurant. The population of this study is 557 SMEs cafe and restaurant it Kecamatan Bandung Wetan, with a sample of 50 SMEs. The methodology used is descriptive method associative. In this study using simple regression method obtained regression equation Y = 16043 + 0,306X, it means to have a positive relationship of 0.401. The result of research stated that strategic leadership influence 16,08% toward competitive strategy at SMEs cafe and restaurant.

Pengaruh Struktur Modal Terhadap Profitabilitas (Studi Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2011-2015) 资本结构对盈利能力的影响(2014 -2015年印尼证券交易所上市矿业公司的研究)

Capital structure is one of the issue that attract many researchers in the field of finance and an important issue for any company because of its capability to directly effect on companies’ financial position. This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) and debt to assets ratio (DAR) as the dimension of capital structure to return on equity (ROE) and return on assets (ROA) as dimensions of company profitability ratios, either simultaneously or partially on mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. This research was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis and yielded two equations of regression model. The data obtained are secondary data using documentation method. The result of regression analysis shows that the two dimensions of capital structure have significant effect to both dimensions of profitability simultaneously. While partially, only DAR which have a significant effect on the ROE and ROA.
资本结构是金融领域众多研究者关注的问题之一,对任何公司来说都是一个重要的问题,因为它能够直接影响公司的财务状况。本研究旨在确定债务与权益比率(DER)和债务与资产比率(DAR)作为资本结构的维度,同时或部分影响股本回报率(ROE)和资产回报率(ROA)作为公司盈利能力比率的维度,在印度尼西亚证券交易所上市的矿业公司2011-2015年期间。本研究采用多元线性回归分析,得到两个回归模型方程。采用文献法获得的数据为二次数据。回归分析结果表明,资本结构的两个维度同时对盈利能力的两个维度都有显著的影响。而部分地,只有DAR对ROE和ROA有显著影响。

Kepercayaan Sebagai Anteseden Berbagi Pengetahuan 先行信仰分享知识

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust on knowledge sharing among Employees in Telkom Corporate University Center Bandung. A phenomenon employees will be selective for the exchange of knowledge with colleagues. Trust measured by affect based trust and cognition based trust. While, knowledge sharing behavior measured by knowledge donation and collecting. The approach uses the quantitative in total 131 respondents. The results of the analysis highlighted that value of trust in Telkom CorpU Center is in high category with cognitive based trust as the highest dimension of mean. The value of knowledge sharing is in high category with knowledge gathering as the highest dimension of mean. The result also shows significance relationship between trust and knowledge sharing. In order to increase knowledge sharing, trust should improved. Author suggest that leader should telling the truth no matter what, management must build an opportunity to show that teamwork is important as well.
本研究旨在分析信任对万隆电信企业大学中心员工知识共享的影响。这是一种现象,员工会有选择性地与同事交流知识。信任分为基于情感的信任和基于认知的信任。知识共享行为通过知识捐赠和知识收集来衡量。该方法对131名受访者进行了定量调查。分析结果显示,电信企业中心的信任值处于较高的类别,其中基于认知的信任是平均值的最高维度。知识共享的价值属于高范畴,知识收集的价值是均值的最高维度。结果还显示信任与知识共享之间存在显著关系。为了增加知识共享,应该提高信任。作者建议,领导者无论如何都应该说实话,管理层必须创造一个机会来表明团队合作的重要性。

Pengaruh Brand Image Produk Private Label Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan

The purpose of this research is to analyze how the influence of brand image on customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitave descriptive method. The sample in this study was 112 consumer of private label products (YOA) in Griya Supermarket Bandung, using non-probability sampling - judgement sampling. The collection of information in this study was conducted by providing questionnaires to consumers and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the brand image affects customer satisfaction by 15% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Analysis results show that brand image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.
本研究的目的是分析品牌形象对顾客满意度的影响。本研究采用定量描述方法。本研究样本为万隆格里亚超市自有品牌产品(YOA)的112名消费者,采用非概率抽样-判断抽样。本研究通过向消费者发放问卷的方式进行信息收集,并采用描述性分析、相关分析、回归分析、决定系数分析和假设检验等方法进行分析。本研究结果表明,品牌形象对顾客满意度的影响为15%,其余部分受其他因素的影响。分析结果表明,品牌形象对顾客满意度有正向影响。

This research aims to determine the influence, direction, and significance of EPS on stock prices in the property, real estate, and building construction industry which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2011 to 2015. Type of this study is a study where data used in this study is secondary data generated from company reports that have been available. Population in this research is all company of property, real estate, and building construction in IDX and usually report their company financial result in period 2011 until 2015. Total of existing population are 46 companies with 230 samples data which drawn by purposive sampling method. This is a sampling method that takes an object with certain criteria. The data analysis conducted with simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The hypothesis analysis using t test and F test. The result of analysis shows that EPS have positive and significant effect to stock price, proved with correlation coefficient value 0,711 and probability value 0.000 less than 0,05.

Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 工作压力对员工绩效的影响

Every employee must have experienced job stress. Work stress can give positive effect but if excessive it will cause negative impact especially is on employee performance. Therefore work stress must be prevented and handled. Excessive job stress is also experienced by employees of production department at PT Catur Kartika Jaya which is engaged in making mosquito nets. Therefore this research was made to find out how the job stress faced by employees of the production of PT Catur Kartika Jaya and its influence on the performance of these employees. The results obtained through this study is that there is a strong and significant negative influence on work stress on the performance of production employee in PT Catur Kartika Jaya. Therefore, the authors suggest the company to do socialization about work stress management and various activities outside the work that can rest and refresh the soul and body.

Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 智力对员工表现的影响

Culinary business from every new is always increasing, has always been the highest compared with other types of business. Based on data from the print media, Bandung is designated as an Indonesian culinary destination because it contributes greatly to the state revenue. However, there are problems that often occur especially in the culinary field, one of which is from human resources. This study was conducted to determine the effect of human resources viewed from emotional intelligence to employee performance. The method used is descriptive analysis to obtain the results of emotional intelligence is in the high category and employee performance is also in the high category. The result of simple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 13.060 + 0.420X, with R Square of 0.599 means there is contribution between emotional intelligence to employee performance equal to 59.9%.

This study to find out how brand awareness in CFC Bandung, how consumer purchasing decisions in CFC Bandung, and how the influence of brand awareness of purchasing decisions in CFC Bandung. This research is done by using quantitative method with descriptive data analysis. The number of samples in this study was 117 consumers who ever made a purchase in CFC Bandung. Test this instrument, reliability test, hypothesis test, simple regression. The results show that brand awareness has influence with  49% by having a significant positive relationship is very strong. Brand awareness has a simple linear regression value of 0.370. This means that brand awareness increases one unit, the consumer purchasing decisions will increase by 0.370 units. This study shows that brand awareness has an influence on consumer purchasing decision in CFC Bandung.
本研究旨在找出品牌意识如何在氟氯化碳万隆,消费者如何在氟氯化碳万隆购买决策,以及品牌意识如何影响氟氯化碳万隆购买决策。本研究采用定量方法和描述性数据分析。本研究的样本数量为117名曾经在万隆购买CFC的消费者。检验本仪器,信度检验,假设检验,简单回归。结果表明,品牌知名度与49%的企业有显著的正相关关系,影响非常强。品牌意识的简单线性回归值为0.370。这意味着品牌知名度每增加1个单位,消费者的购买决策就会增加0.370个单位。本研究显示品牌认知对万隆CFC消费者的购买决策有影响。

Pengaruh Kualitas Website (Webqual 4.0) Terhadap Penggunaan Kembali 网站(网页质量4.0)对再利用的影响

This study assesses the effect quality of the website Tokopedia using WebQual 4.0 on repeat usage of website services (study on tokopedia website users). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of tokopedia website quality on repeat usage which context is e-commerce. Tokopedia growth until the end of 2016 made them as a refresher in C-to-C Commerce which has the modern services that gather buyers and sellers without face to face interaction so website platform of tokopedia has important role in tokopedia business activity. The research method using descriptive analysis with quantitative approach. Method for data analysis are using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and hypothesis test. Sample on this research are 200 respondents which is users of tokopedia. Based on the results of data, website quality is in good category and repeat usage is in fair category. The conclusion of this research is there is influence of website quality on repeat usage is equal to 40,6%.
本研究使用WebQual 4.0评估网站Tokopedia对网站服务重复使用的效果质量(对Tokopedia网站用户的研究)。本研究以电子商务为背景,分析tokopedia网站品质对重复使用的影响。直到2016年底,Tokopedia的增长使其成为C-to-C商务的更新者,该商务具有聚集买家和卖家的现代服务,而无需面对面的互动,因此Tokopedia的网站平台在Tokopedia商业活动中具有重要作用。研究方法采用描述性分析与定量分析相结合的方法。数据分析的方法有描述性分析、经典假设检验、相关分析、简单回归分析和假设检验。本研究的样本是200名受访者,他们是tokopedia的用户。从数据结果来看,网站质量属于良好类别,重复使用属于一般类别。本研究的结论是网站质量对重复使用的影响为40.6%。

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 工作环境对员工绩效的影响

One of the most important assets owned by a company is human resources because it has an influence on the survival of the company. Employees in a company should be provided with a comfortable working environment to produce optimal performance. The work environment is an important thing to be considered by every company and is one of the factors that determine employee performance. The purposes of this research are to know how is the work environment, employee performance and how much is the impact of the work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 116 employees at the Division of Part Detail Manufacturing Production Directorate of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Based on research that has been done, the regression equation Y = 40 404 + 0,438X. The study states the working environment and employee performance in the Department of Part Detail Manufacturing Production Directorate of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) has a positive relationship (moderate) with a value of 0.438 and the working environment influence on employee performance.
