In the conditions of economic crisis the most actual technologies are technologies used local materials or waste as a fuel. The technological equipment for pressing of fuel briquettes from fibrous materials (straw with flammable powder) was developed. It allowed to transfer mechanical vibrations of high-intensity ultrasonic frequency on the press-form and provided the quality improvement of produced fuel briquettes.

There are two methods for determination of the elementary pulse length in a seismic guard system. They are compared in this paper. One of the methods is based on a maximum likelihood equation solution. The alternative method is based on a special signal transformation. Only the form of the signal is needed to know for this method.

Designing and introduction in clinical practice the new high effective method in postoperative complication treatment of larynx cancer carriers is validated. Method uses the ultrasonic and ozone/NO generating devices which is resolved for clinical application and provides the possibility for treatment of cancer carriers by the way of complex application of low frequency ultrasound and high active ozone/NO-contained medicals in various phase states during various stages of surgery treatment and rehabilitation actions. This method have been clinically tested and can be recommended for introduction into the system of treatment and rehabilitation actions within the limits of treatment programs for larynx cancer carriers.

In this paper the theoretical and experimental investigations of efficiency of known algorithms for directional fields constructing (by criterion of noise stability) are presented. An analysis carried out by us provides the conditions for exceeding the algorithm described in [6] over the algorithm described in [4]. It is shown, that this superiority is caused by principal features of a structure of algorithms. As well, the conditions for approximately identical noise stability of both these algorithms are formulated.
