In the article construction of ultrasonic coagulation camera designed on the base of disk piezoelectric irradiator is described. The experimental results are also given, which prove its effectiveness. The developed construction of the camera insures not only aerosol coagulation but also further its settling.

Structural and morphological transformations of an atomically clean Si(111) surface at initial stages of copper deposition were studied by in situ ultrahighvacuum reflection electron microscopy. The monatomic steps motion in the step-down direction and the change of the electron microscopy contrast along atomic steps were observed during the submonolayer copper deposition onto the substrate at 850°C. It was shown that the change of the contrast was caused by the formation of Cu/Si(111)-(5×5) reconstruction domains and the shift of monatomic steps was provided by the incorporation of silicon adatoms been generated during the formation of the superstructure.

Kinetics of quantum dots (QDs) formation in droplet epitaxy is investigated. Optimal growth parameter values are specified for deposited indium amount and growth interruption. It is shown that droplet epitaxy allows to decrease QDs density by an order of magnitude and get spectrum red-shift in comparison with Stranski-Krastanov method. As it follows from spectra analysis, growth interruption increase results in the increase of a ratio large QDs peaks area/small QDs peaks area which indicates that there are transient processes with material redistribution.

Ultrasonic welding is the most perspective method of obtaining of qualitative welded connection of thermoplastic polymer materials. In the article the results of investigations on the development of specialized ultrasonic vibrating systems for ultrasonic circular welding are presented. The designed ultarsonic vibrating systems are recommended to apply for ultrasonic welding of the goods made of thermo-plastic materials, where it is necessary to obtain the tight connection of the circular seam.

The new high effective thermo- and Ozone/NO ultrasonic method in palliative treatment and rehabilitation prostate cancer carriers (PCC) is designed and introduced in clinic practice. Method uses the thermocontact, ultrasonic and ozone/NO-generating devices which is resolved for clinical application and provides the possibility to palliative treatment and rehabilitation of PCC by the way of complex application of thermal contrast temperatures, low frequency ultrasound and high active ozone/NO-contained medicals in various phase states during various stages of palliative treatment and rehabilitation actions. This method have been clinically tested and can be recommended for introduction into the system of treatment and rehabilitation actions within the limits of treatment programs for PCC.
