KONTRIBUSI ENVIRONMENT BEHAVIOURS DAN INTERPERSONAL BEHAVIOURS TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA PADA PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI (Studi pada Peserta didik Kelas XI SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Banjarmasin TA. 2016/ 2017)

AbstractSocial studies have an important role in the formation of social skills by applying the five principles of meaningful learning, integrative, value-based, challenging and active. Environment behaviors and interpersonal behaviors are included in social skills that affect job readiness on industrial work practices. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contribution of environment behaviors and interpersonal behaviors to the readiness of work on industrial work practices. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. Subjects of students of Accounting and Office Administration expertise. The object of this study is the skills of social environment behaviors and interpersonal behaviors in industrial work practices. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analyzed through SPSS and calculation of description. The results showed that: 1) the contribution of environment behaviors by 75.5% in high level. 2) the contribution of interpersonal behaviors of 17.9% in very low level and 3) the contribution of environment behaviors and interpersonal behaviors in the readiness of industrial work practices 61.6% in high level.Keywords: Environment, Green Behaviors, Interpersonal, Social Studies, Job Readiness.AbstrakIPS berperan penting dalam pembentukan keterampilan sosial dengan menerapkan prinsip meaningful learning, integrative, value-based, challenging dan active. Perilaku lingkungan (environment behaviors)  dan  perilaku interpersonal (interpersonal behaviors) termasuk dalam keterampilan sosial yang mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja pada praktik kerja industri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kontribusi environment behaviors dan interpersonal behaviors terhadap kesiapan kerja pada praktik kerja industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Muhammadiyah 3 Banjarmasin keahlian Akuntansi dan Administrasi Perkantoran. Objek penelitian ini adalah keterampilan sosial environment behaviors dan interpersonal behaviors dalam praktik kerja industri. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisa melalui SPSS dan perhitungan deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kontribusi environment behaviors sebesar 75,5% dalam level tinggi. 2) kontribusi interpersonal behaviors sebesar  17,9% dalam level sangat rendah dan 3) kontribusi environment behaviors dan interpersonal behaviors dalam kesiapan kerja praktik kerja industri sebesar 61,6% dalam level tinggi.Kata Kunci: Environment Behaviors, Interpersonal Behaviors, IPS, Kesiapan Kerja.
摘要社会学习运用有意义学习、综合学习、价值学习、挑战学习和主动学习五项原则,对社会技能的形成具有重要作用。环境行为和人际行为被包括在影响工业工作实践工作准备的社会技能中。本研究的目的在于分析环境行为与人际行为对工业工作实践中工作准备的贡献。本研究采用定量描述方法。会计和办公室管理专业的学生。本研究的对象是工业工作实务中社会环境行为与人际行为的技巧。通过问卷调查、访谈和文件收集数据。通过SPSS对数据进行分析,计算描述。结果表明:1)环境行为的贡献率为75.5%,处于较高水平。2)人际行为对产业工作实践准备度的贡献为极低水平的17.9%,3)环境行为和人际行为对产业工作实践准备度的贡献为高水平的61.6%。关键词:环境、绿色行为、人际关系、社会研究、工作准备。[摘要]社会发展的基本原则是有意义学习、整合学习、价值学习、挑战学习和主动学习。环境行为与人际行为termasuk dalam keterampilan social yang mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja padaktik kerja industry环境行为与人际行为的关系分析,对我国农业发展具有重要意义。Penelitian ini mongunakan方法的定量描述。Subjek penelitian peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Muhammadiyah 3 Banjarmasin keahlian akuntanisi dan Administrasi perkanteran。目的:研究社会环境行为与人际关系行为的关系。数据分析,数据分析,数据分析,数据分析。数据分析采用SPSS统计软件进行。1)农村农村居民的环境行为为75,5%。3)环境行为、人际行为、社会行为、社会行为、社会行为、社会行为、社会行为、社会行为、社会行为、社会行为、社会行为、社会行为、社会行为等;Kata Kunci:环境行为,人际行为,IPS, Kesiapan Kerja。

NILAI-NILAI HAUL GURU SEKUMPUL SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR IPS 吸引教师的价值观集合为ip学习资源

AbstractThis research discussed moral values of haul K.H. Muhammad Zaini bin Abdul Ghani (Guru Sekumpul). The purpose of this research is to describe the preparation the event of haul Guru Sekumpul and the values which is  included of haul Guru Sekumpul and whether these values can be used as a learning resource of social studies. This study is a qualitative research with a historical approach. The results of the research showed that the preparation of haul Guru Sekumpul includes security, health, transportation, accommodation, facilities and infrastructures. The Implementation of haul Guru Sekumpul carried out within three days that take places  at the house of Guru Sekumpul, at the dome of the Guru Sekumpul and Mushalla AR-Raudhah. The values  from the event of haul Guru Sekumpul  are consist of  (1) religious values (faithfulness, tolerance, love of the environment), (2) nationalist values (love of the homeland and respect for diversity), (3) values of integrity (honesty, politeness, love for truth), (4) independent values (hard work, creative, disciplined, courageous), and (5) the value of mutual cooperation (cooperation and mutual assistance). Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana persiapan dan pelaksanaan haul Guru Sekumpul, serta nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalam haul Guru Sekumpul dan apakah nilai-nilai tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar IPS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan historis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persiapan haul Guru Sekumpul mencakup bidang pengamanan, kesehatan, perhubungan, akomodasi, dan sarana prasana. Pelaksanaan haul Guru Sekumpul dilaksanakan dalam waktu tiga hari yakni di rumah kediaman almarhum Guru Sekumpul, di Kubah Guru Sekumpul dan di Mushalla Ar-Raudhah. Nilai-nilai yang terdapat di dalam haul Guru Sekumpul yakni (1) nilai religus (beriman-bertakwa, toleransi, cinta lingkungan), (2) nilai nasionalis (cinta tanah air dan menghargai kebhinnekaan), (3) nilai integritas (kejujuran, kesantunan, cinta pada kebenaran), (4) nilai mandiri (kerja keras, kreatif, disiplin, berani), serta (5) nilai gotong royong (kerjasama dan saling menolong).Kata Kunci: Guru Sekumpul, haul, IPS, nilai-nilai
摘要本文探讨了穆罕默德·扎伊尼·本·阿卜杜勒·加尼(Guru Sekumpul)的道德价值观。本研究的目的是描述haul Guru Sekumpul事件的准备和haul Guru Sekumpul包含的价值观,以及这些价值观是否可以作为社会研究的学习资源。本研究采用历史方法进行定性研究。研究结果表明,拉古鲁·塞昆普尔的准备工作包括安全、卫生、交通、住宿、设施和基础设施。在古鲁·塞昆普尔的房子里,在古鲁·塞昆普尔和穆沙拉·拉哈的圆顶上,在三天内实施古鲁·塞昆普尔。拉古鲁·塞昆普尔事件的价值观包括:(1)宗教价值观(忠诚、宽容、热爱环境),(2)民族主义价值观(热爱祖国和尊重多样性),(3)正直价值观(诚实、礼貌、热爱真理),(4)独立价值观(努力工作、有创造力、自律、勇敢),(5)相互合作的价值观(合作和互助)。关键词:古鲁·塞昆普尔,haul,社会研究,道德价值观摘要:penelitian ini membahas tentang nilai-nilai haul K.H. AbstractSocial learning in SMPN 4 Kurau based textbooks with question and answer method. This method is placed the teacher as the center and the students to be passive. Its causing student’s motivation to studying IPS are very low and has an impact on low student learning outcomes . This study aims to describe the planning, implementation and improvement of student learning outcomes with the utilization of the surrounding environment as a source of learning in class IX SMPN 4 Kurau Year 2017.Key Word : Environment, source learning, student activity, Learning Outcomes AbstrakPembelajaran IPS di SMPN 4 Kurau pada dasarnya menggunakan buku teks dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Pembelajaran seperti ini hanya berpusat pada guru sehingga peserta didik cenderung pasif dan  menyebabkan motivasi peserta didik untuk belajar mata pelajaran IPS sangat rendah dan berdampak pada hasil belajar peserta didik yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar di kelas IX SMPN 4 Kurau Tahun 2017.Kata kunci: Lingkungan, sumber belajar, kegiatan peserta didik, hasil belajar

AbstractEducation is an important important thing that can produce children who are smart and well behaved. Behave well related to aspects of attitudes and morality built through education to enhance the potential of self-educated learners the values, attitudes and morals to shape the characters. Independent character is necessary because the development of global society and various information requires the power of society, individuals, and learners to choose appropriately positive information. Independent character is required for students to equip themselves able to compete to face the media challenge seen as an indication of moral decline, independent character such as cheat action, search for exam answers, research aimed at analyzing independent character education implemented through Civic learning and character independent education through school culture. Research uses qualitative research methods. Research location at SMK Negeri 2 in Banjarmasin South Kalimantan. Techniques of collecting interview data, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques qualitative data analysis that is data collection, summarize, select data, data presentation, conclusion, data verification. The results of the study for self-character education through learning Civics carried out necessary planning from the beginning, planned in an organized curriculum program according to Curriculum 2013. Implementation of learning Civic teachers conducted 83.48%. Self-learning activities of students reached 75%. The program planning of extracurricular activities of independent character education carried out the deputy head of student affairs, counselor of OSIS, extracurricular. Researchers suggest improving teacher management through IHT, workshops, technical guidance.Keywords: Education, Self  Character, Civic Learning, School Culture.AbstrakPendidikan merupakan hal penting yang penting yang dapat menghasilkan anak yang cerdas sekaligus berperilaku baik. Berperilaku baik berhubungan dengan aspek sikap dan moralitas dibangun melalui pendidikan untuk meningkatkan potensi diri peserta didik pendidikan nilai-nilai, sikap dan moral untuk membentuk karakter. Karakter mandiri diperlukan karena perkembangan masyarakat global dan berbagai informasi memerlukan kekuatan masyarakat, individu, dan peserta didik  untuk memilih dengan tepat informasi positif.  Karakter mandiri diperlukan peserta didik membekali diri mampu bersaing menghadapi tantangan media terlihat indikasi penurunan moral, karakter mandiri seperti tindakan menyontek, mencari jawaban ujian, penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pendidikan karakter mandiri yang dilaksanakan melalui pembelajaran PKn dan pendidikan karakter mandiri melalui budaya sekolah. Abstract Learning Civics in the Junior High School 2 Salam  Babaris generally still delivered by lecture and question and answer, the teacher-centered learning is that students tend to be passive. This problem is one of the factors that lead to a lack of critical thinking ability of students to the problems that are facing today, where students always want to be successful in the achievement but do not want the business or in other words to learn, so much replay value of the unfinished or under KKM (KKM: 70). The research objective was to determine the application of problem-based learning model to increase students' critical thinking subjects Citizenship Education (Civics) classes IX B  in SMP Negeri 2 Salam Babaris in 2012.The research method used in the study of this class action is a method of qualitative analysis, which essentially emphasizes the depiction of business any matters related to improving students' critical thinking skills in depth. In qualitative analysis, the researcher emphasizes the deepening of the subject matter especially on critical thinking skills of students in Civics subject, so that can be identified and analyzed the problems that arise and then held reflection to look for alternative solutions. AbstractThe research conducted aims to analyze how the economic learning model that has been applied by the teacher and its influence on students' rational thinking skills. Furthermore, how the influence of the learning model emphasizes solving problems with Polya's version of students' rational thinking skills, because previously this model was never used in economic learning. This research was conducted in one of the private high schools in Panyipatan sub-district, namely Abdul Kadir High School. The research method used is quantitative method with quasi-experimental design of pre-test and post-test, the class chosen is class X semester 2 with the subject of inflation. The results of the research and hypothesis testing show that there are significant differences in students' rational thinking abilities taught through the Polya problem solving learning model with students taught with conventional models. Based on the results of the post-test it can be seen that there are differences in mean learning outcomes, where the experimental class has an average value of 74.26, and control class 41.47. This difference is also seen from the results of the two index gain index, where the control class shows a gain index of 0.26 or <0.30 with low criteria. While the experimental class has a gain index of 0.66 with the criteria being. In addition to the gain index, differences in students' rational thinking skills are also seen from the results of different test results (t), from the above calculation, it is obtained thitung = 8.121 while t table = 2.131. So that if it is included in the hypothesis formula, t count> t table, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. While the experimental class has a gain index of 0.66 with the criteria being. In addition to the gain index, differences in students' rational thinking skills are also seen from the results of different test results (t), from the above calculation, it is obtained thitung = 8.121 while t table = 2.131. So that if it is included in the hypothesis formula, t count> t table, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. AbstractIn the people of South Kalimantan, there are sub-ethnic groups who are well-known as successful business people / entrepreneurs and can maintain their business in a relatively long time, namely Alabio. historically, Alabio have become traders/businessmen who are undoubtedly their trade characteristics. His success in commerce even began when there was a belief in "mysticism", namely since the days of the state of Daha and Dipa were founded. AbstractThe purpose of research to describe social values at Japin Dance Kuala in learning art dance class VII SMP Negeri 1 Alalak with qualitative research methods. The main purpose of using this method is to describe the nature of a situation that is temporarily running at the time of the study, and examine the causes of a particular symptom. The research result of Japin Kuala dance is one of South Kalimantan people dance. Japin dance is derived or grow and develop in the coastal area of the Martapura River or often called kuala area. Japin Kuala dance is a young promiscuous dance in Banjar area, which describes the tight feeling of silaturrahmi and brotherhood. This dance is very liked by young people Banjar Land because in addition to express the joy in an event, not infrequently also  Japin dance is a medium for finding a mate. AbstractThis study aims to: (1) Describe the stages in the Dayak Maanyan traditional marriage in the city of Banjarmsasin (2) Describe the requirements in the Dayak Maanyan traditional marriage in the city of Banjarmasin, (3) Analyze the social values contained in each stage of Dayak Maanyan marriage in the city of Banjarmasin. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method with the number of respondents as many as 7 people, 3 key respondents and 4 people supporting respondents. Data collection using interview, observation, documentation and literature study techniques. Data analysis with data reduction, display and verification. The results of this study are: (1) The stages of the Dayak Maanyan customary marriage held in Banjarmasin city consist of the Ngantane/Itunti (introduction) stage, the Adu Pamupuh (engagement) stage, and the Piadu stage (fulfillment of customary law). The most interesting and sacred stage is the Piadu stage because at this time the two brides were officially inaugurated as husband and wife. (2) Requirements in Dayak Maanyan customary marriage in Banjarmasin city. Both the bridegroom and the bride must prepare the requirements of each stage in question. The most prepared requirements are at the Piadu stage, in which there are seven conditions that must be met, namely Tajau Tuak, Keagungan Mantir, Lanjung Ume Pintan Gantung, Eteh Kadiwai, Palangkahan, Tutup Uwan, and Sangku Dite Sangku Lungkung. (3) The Social Values contained in the Dayak Maanyan traditional marriage have at least 8 social values, namely the value of love and appreciation for tradition, the value of sincerity (seriousness) & courage, politeness, family values, values of loyalty, togetherness and mutual cooperation , the value of independence & responsibility, and the values that characterize the Dayak Maanyan, namely the value of kinship. The social values contained in the marriage of the Dayak Maanyan motivated the Dayak Maanyan ethnic population in the city of Banjarmasin to carry out faithfully and genuinely the traditions, especially the indigenous Dayak Maanyan marriage. 摘要本研究旨在:(1)描述班加尔马辛市达雅克马扬传统婚姻的各阶段;(2)描述班加尔马辛市达雅克马扬传统婚姻的要求;(3)分析班加尔马辛市达雅克马扬婚姻各阶段所包含的社会价值。本研究使用的方法是描述性定性方法,受访者人数多达7人,主要受访者3人,支持受访者4人。使用访谈、观察、文献和文献研究技术收集数据。数据分析,数据还原,显示和验证。研究结果表明:(1)班加马辛市达雅克马扬族习惯法婚姻分为Ngantane/Itunti(介绍)阶段、Adu Pamupuh(订婚)阶段和Piadu(履行习惯法)阶段。最有趣和神圣的阶段是皮亚度阶段,因为在这个时候,两个新娘正式宣誓为夫妻。(2)班加马辛市达雅克·马扬族习俗婚姻的要求。新郎和新娘都必须准备好每个阶段的要求。准备最充分的要求是在Piadu阶段,其中有七个条件必须满足,即Tajau Tuak, Keagungan Mantir, Lanjung me Pintan Gantung, Eteh Kadiwai, Palangkahan, Tutup Uwan和Sangku Dite Sangku Lungkung。(3)大雅马燕传统婚姻所包含的社会价值观至少有8个社会价值观,分别是热爱和欣赏传统的价值观、真诚(认真)和勇气的价值观、礼貌的价值观、家庭的价值观、忠诚、团结和相互合作的价值观、独立和责任的价值观,以及大雅马燕特有的价值观,即亲情的价值观。达亚克·马扬人的婚姻所包含的社会价值促使班贾尔马辛市的达亚克·马扬人忠实而真诚地执行传统,特别是土著达亚克·马扬人的婚姻。摘要penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk:(1) Mendeskripsikan tahapan dalam perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan di kota Banjarmasin; (2) Mendeskripsikan persyatan dalam perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan di kota Banjarmasin; (3) menganalis nilai-nilai Social yang terkandung dalam tiap tahapan perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan di kota Banjarmasin。方法yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah方法deskritif quality dengan jumlah responsebanyak 7猩猩,responkunci 3猩猩,responpendukung 4猩猩。彭普兰的数据是由技术、观测、文献和研究组成的。分析数据、还原数据、显示数据、验证数据。Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah:(1) Tahapan perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan yang dilaksanakan di kota Banjarmasin terdiri ata tahap Ngantane/Itunti (perkenalan), tahap Adu Pamupuh (pertunangan), dan tahap Piadu (pemenuhan hukum adat)。塔哈潘,杨,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林,佩林。(2) Persyaratan dalam perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan di kota Banjarmasin。Baik pihak mempelai laki-laki maupun perempuan harus menyiapkan persyaratan dari tiap tahapan dimaksud。Persyaratan yang paling disiapkan adalah pada tahap Piadu, didalamnya terdapat tujuh syarat yang harus dipenuhi yitu Tajau Tuak, Keagungan Mantir, Lanjung me Pintan gantong, Eteh Kadiwai, Palangkahan, Tutup Uwan, dan Sangku Dite Sangku lunkung。(3) nilai - nilai social yang terkandung dalam perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan sedikitnya ada 8 nilai social, yitu nilai keecintanan dan penghargaan pada tradisi, nilai kesungguhan (keseriusan) & keberanian, nilai kesopanan, nilai kekeluargaan, nilai kebersamaan & gotong royong, nilai kemandirian & tanggung jawab, serta nilai yang menjadi ciri khas Dayak Maanyan yitu nilai kekerabatan。Nilai-nilai社会yang terdapat dalam perkawinan Dayak Maanyan ini memotivasi warga etis Dayak Maanyan yang ada di kota Banjarmasin untuk melaksanakan dengan setia dan sunguh - sunguh tradisi, khususnya perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan。Kata kunci: Nilai social, Perkawinan Adat, dan Dayak Maanyan

UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERFIKIR KRITIS PESERTA DIDIK KELAS IX SMPN 4 KARANG INTAN MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN IPS DENGAN PENDEKATAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL)

Abstract:This study aims to describe the process of social studies using a contextual learning model and improve critical thinking skills in social studies for grade IX students of SMPN 4 Karang Intan. This research is a Class Action Research with the model of Kemmis and Taggart. The research subjects were students of grade IX of SMPN 4 Karang Intan, amounting to 24 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation sheets, interview guidelines, test questions, and field notes. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The results show that the application of contextual learning models can improve critical thinking skills of IPS. The enhancement of students critical thinking skills is indicated by cognitive assessments obtained by students at the end of each cycle. Based on the results of pre-test analysis until the end of the second cycle the average score of critical thinking skills achieved by students, namely from the activities of pre-test to cycle I percentage obtained by 14% to 67%, an increase of 53% of students who were completed, while the percentage of critical thinking from cycle I to cycle II was 67% to 88% an increase of 21% of students who experienced completeness in the ability to think critically, KKM students were 75 while the minimum percentage of indicators of success of this study at least 70% of all students must meet the KKM categorized into moderate, based on the results of this study that the ability to think critically students of SMP Negeri 4 Karang Intan can increase through the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) models, an increase of 88% of students have met the KKM from critical thinking indicators included in the category high. so that the learning process using the model is successful.Keywords : Students Critical Thinking Ability with CTL Approach Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran IPS menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual dan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis IPS pada peserta didik kelas IX SMPN 4 Karang Intan.
