Indomaret Minimarket is a supermarket in the city of Banda Aceh. The presence of a minimarket can provide convenience for the public to get the goods offered. Goods offered by minimarkets to consumers in general are daily necessities. Many consumers prefer to shop at Indomaret not only because of its convenient location and affordable price, but because the community is satisfied with the services of Indomaret employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of retail marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions on the Lueng Bata Indomaret Banda Aceh Minimarket. This research was conducted at IndomaretLueng Bata Minimarket in Banda Aceh and the object of this study is the relationship between consumer purchasing decisions related to the retail marketing mix including products, prices, atmosphere of store outlets, location and promotion of Minimarket. Sampling was carried out using 50 accidental sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used is using multiple linear regression. The results of the study produced the following equation: Y = 2.031 + 0.294X1 + 0.450X2 + 0.237X3 + 0.249X4 + 0.237X5. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.684 or 68.4% illustrates that the retail marketing mix includes product, price, store atmosphere, location and promotion are closely related to the level of Banda Aceh's IndomaretLueng Bata Consumer Purchase Decision Banda Aceh. 0.583 or 58.3% indicates the level of Consumer Purchase Decision of IndomaretLueng Bata Banda Aceh because of the retail marketing mix including products, prices, store atmosphere, location, and promotions. It means that 41.7% of the level of Consumer Purchase Decision of Indomaret Minimarket Lueng Bata Banda Aceh is explained by other variables not examined

Setiap aktivitas Rumah Sakit untuk mencapai kualitas pelayanan tegantung kepada kinerja perawat. Manajemen rumah sakit harus mengevaluasi kinerja perawat dalam menciptakan persaingan di rumah sakit. Kinerja perawat merupakan salah satu cara rumah sakit dalam mencapai tujuan dan membantu masyarakat dengan menyediakan pelayanan yang mumpuni. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat secara langsung adalah kompensasi dan stress kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Wulan Windy. Populasi penelitian pada Rumah Sakit Wulan Windy adalah 43 perawat dan keseluruhan populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode saturation sampling. Data penelitian didapatkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, studi dokumenter, dan wawancara. Analisis linear berganda digunakan dalam menganalisa data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi secara passial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Stress kerja secara pasial memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Kajian ini bermaksud untuk melihat kausalitas bivariat dan kausalitas multivariat volume ekspor minyak sawit Indonesia, volume ekspor minyak sawit Malaysia, harga minyak mentah dunia, harga minyak kedelai, kurs dan harga minyak sawit dunia. Jenis data dalam kajian ini adalah data skunder ( bulanan periode Januari 2008 - Desember 2017), yang diperoleh dari Laporan BPS, FAO, WTO dan BI . Untuk menjawab masalah dalam p enelitian ini dengan menggunakan model VECM dengan pendekatan P a i r w i se Granger Causality Test dan Wald Test untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel . Hasil uji kausalitas bivariat membuktikan adanya hubungan kausalitas satu arah antara volatilitas harga minyak mentah sawit dunia dengan volume ekspor minyak mentah sawit Malaysia dan harga minyak mentah , kemudian volatilitas minyak mentah sawit dunia dengan kurs rupiah terhadap dollar USA . Kemudian hasil uji Kausalitas Multivariat menjelaskan bahwa adanya hubungan kausalitas dua arah antara volatitas harga minyak mentah sawit dunia dengan volume ekspor minyak mentah sawit Indonesia dan harga minyak kedelai dunia. Hasil penelitian ini menjadikan sebagai rumusan kebijakan dalam menjaga kestabilan harga minyak sawit dunia dan bagaimana pengembangan usaha perkebunan dan industri turunan kelapa sawit.

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana ethical fashion , fast fashion , slow fashion , attitude dan prilaku konsumen terhadap produk hijau. Karena seperti kita ketahui produk etis sangat diminati akhir-akhir ini sebagai bukti dari meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kelangsungan lingkungan dan keadilan sosial. Industri fashion yang berkembang pesat selama beberapa dasawarsa menyimpan dua cerita yang berbeda. Sisi kelam tentang rusaknya tatanan lingkungan dan hancurnya sistem yang berkeadilan terhadap hak pekerja. Cerita baiknya adalah kesejahteraan yang adil merata dan pelestarian lingkungan. Kedua sisi ini telah mempengaruhi sikap seseorang dalam berprilaku. Dari hasil validitas dan reliabilitas terlihat bahwa nilai yang tertinggi diperoleh dari fashion yang etis dari pada sweatshop hal tersebut efek dari faktor kesadaran manusia untuk kelangsungan hidup yang lebih baik dimasa depan

Entrepreneurial leadership dan self efficacy dipandang sebagai faktor utama yang mendorong individu untuk berwirausaha. Dua faktor ini akan mendorong individu untuk berinovasi dalam menciptakan peluang usaha. Inovasi adalah hal yang mutlak diperlukan dalam kewirausahaan. Inovasi mengolah berbagai sumber daya baru untuk menghasilkan nilai tambah. Faktor modal sosial juga sangat menentukan keberhasilan kewirausahaan, karena iklim dan dukungan lingkungan sekitar sangat menentukan kesuksesan kewirausahaan.Saat ini, adanya kecenderungan anak muda berwirausaha di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Hadirnya berbagai produk baru di sektor ini tidak terlepas dari peran tangan pemuda kreatif dalam melakukan eksplorasi peluang usaha baru yang mampu menghasilkan produk dan jasa yang bersaing di pasar global. Abstract . The most important and foremost asset for an organization is employees. Employees' work has an important role in supporting the success of all organizational goals. Work results or job performance in an organization must be realized through the completion of tasks properly. In addition to leadership, variables such as organizational commitment, work climate, job satisfaction and work ethic have a role in the formation of the performance of an employee who works in an organization. Based on previous studies, these variables proved to have a role in the formation of job performance. This study aims to test this with the object of research in organizations in the form of Village Unit Cooperatives. The sampling technique in this study was the simple random sampling method. The population in this study were all employees of KUD Minatani District of Brondong, so a sample of 50 respondents was used. The results showed organizational commitment, work climate, job satisfaction and work ethic have a significant or partially significant effect on the performance of KUD Minatani employees in Brondong District. Keywords : organizational commitment, work climate, job satisfaction, work ethic, job performance Abstrak . Aset terpenting dan paling utama bagi sebuah organisasi adalah para pegawai. Hasil kerja pegawai berperan penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan berjalannya semua tujuan organisasi. Hasil kerja atau kinerja pegawai di sebuah organisasi harus diwujudkan melalui penyelesaian tugas dengan baik dan benar. Selain kepemimpinan, variabel-variabel seperti komitmen organisasi, iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja dan etos kerja memiliki peran terhadap terbentuknya kinerja seorang pegawai yang bekerja di sebuah organisasi. Berdasarkan studi sebelumnya variabel-variabel tersebut terbukti memiliki peran terhadap pembentukan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hal tersebut dengan objek penelitian di organisasi berupa Koperasi Unit Desa. Teknik pengambilan sampel di penelitian ini dengan metode simple random sampling. Populasi di penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai KUD Minatani Kecamatan Brondong maka digunakan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan komitmen organisasi, iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja dan etos kerja memiliki pengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai KUD Minatani Kecamatan Brondong. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the corporate social responsibility towards the environment and the communities where the company runs its business activities. CSR activities was undertaken to realize the benefit for the community, not only to meet legal obligations but also to be able to provide the value of empowerment or improving quality of life. This review article about I mplementation Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. L afarge C ement Indonesia in C ommunity E mpowerment Lhoknga-Leupung in R eviews Maṣlaḥah. The results showed that PT. LCI has been conducting CSR activities in several programs namely education programs, economic development, socio-religious and health sector. As for the conformity with the concept Maṣlaḥah, researchers use the modification of the CSR pyramid Carrol and the Pyramid Maṣlaḥah. When viewed in terms of the program and achievement objectives are appropriate, but not yet in accordance with the concept Maṣlaḥah, by advancing the Al-Ḍharuriyyah, then continued with al-Ḥajjiyyah and lastly is Al-Tahṣiniyyah. Similarly, if assessed in terms of the implementation of the program, there are still problems such as less targeted, lack of transparency in the reporting of CSR programs and there is an element of RIBA in the development of economic expansion. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the corporate social responsibility of the environment and the community where the company conducts its business activities. PT. LCI as a foreign company that conducts business activities in ACEH precisely in Lhoknga has been running CSR activities since the year 2009. CSR activities are done to create the benefits for the community, not only to fulfill the legal obligation, but with the CSR program is able to provide the value of empowerment or improvement of the quality of life of society. This research aims to (1) identify and analyze the factors that become the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of PT Garuda Indonesia at UPBU Frans Seda Maumere. (2) to know the Internal and external factors of PT Garuda Indonesia at UPBU Frans Seda as consideration material to define the policy of the company. (3) to find out alternative best marketing strategy for PT Garuda Indonesia. The population in this study is from internal and external factors of the company. The sample of the study consisted of 4 people from the company and 50 passengers. Data analysis includes data collection stage (external and internal evaluation), analysis Stage (SWOT matrix, external Internal matrix), decision-making phase. Based on internal and external analysis of the company and Cartesius diagram can be obtained that the main strategy of PT. Garuda Indonesia is the Growth strategy where PT. Garuda Indonesia can develop by Make use of local events and better promotions. Based on the SWOT matrix then can be deduced some development through consideration of internal and external factors of the company that can be beneficial to the progress of PT. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan konsep kepemimpinan Teuku Umar dalam konteks ilmu manajemen kontemporer. Kami melakukan kajian ini melalui teknik reviu literatur secara mendalam, baik melalui telaahan referensi buku yang sangat dipercaya, maupun melalui kajian jurnal ilmiah internasional bereputasi. Kemudian kami melakukan analisis dan mencari keterkaitan atau implementasinya dalam bidang ilmu manajemen kontemporer. Hasil kajian tersebut akhirnya kami telah mencoba mengembangkan konsep kepemimpinan Teuku Umar yang patut untuk diteladani dan relevan untuk diaplikasikan oleh para pemimpin atau manajer dalam berbagai jenis organisasi.

AbstractThis research aims to examine the factors that influence the level of internet customer loyaltyTelkomsel in Banda Aceh. The population of this research is the customer who use or are subscrib toInternet service Unlimited Telkomsel Flash, and a minimum for six months subscription. Multiplelinear regression analysis is used to determine the effect of variable customer expectations, productquality, and customer satisfaction is hypothesized to effect on customer loyalty. The results of multiplelinear regression analysis showed that the dominant factor that affect the customer loyalty is thevariable quality of the product, followed by a variable customer expectations, and the least effect oncustomer loyalty is customer satisfaction variables. The variables of this research are quite good inexplaining customer loyalty. The advice from the author to the company is that companies have tocreate products that are superior in quality, and always maintain the quality of the product toconstantly innovate on products tailored to the desires of customers to the product. Furthermore, thecompany have to pay attention to the complaints of customers by minimizing customer complaints.Keywords: Expectations, product quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty
