ABSTRACT Teachers’ performance determines the quality of educational system. Education will be qualified when teachers are referred to the organized vision, mission, purpose, and goal in order to respond to various changes by generating all potential resources in educational institution. Teachers’ work satisfaction is one of the important aspects which have to be heeded by management in order to increase teachers’ quality of performance. When work satisfaction is fulfilled, teachers will tend to have high morale in doing their job. The research used descriptive explanatory quantitative method which was aimed to measure the correlation between two or more variables. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study. The population was 39 teachers as the government employees at all public junior high schools in Meureubo Subdistrict who had received certification allowance, and all of them were used as the samples, taken by using census sampling technique. The gathered data were analyzed by using interval scale, and multiple regression. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja terhadap perolehan laba bersih,seberapa besar pengaruh dan faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebabnya. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besarpengaruh korelasi regresi terhadap perhitungan X (Modal Kerja) Y (Laba Bersih). Dan menghasilkan r = 0,254berarti bahwa efektivitas penggunaan modal kerja terhadap laba bersih pada koperasi ini memiliki hubungan yanglemah. Maksudnya, penggunaan modal kerja secara efektif hanya memberi sedikit efek pada perolehan laba bersih.Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dilihat juga determinan koefisien kd = r2 x 100% = 6,45% yang berarti bahwalaba bersih mempengaruhi efektifitas penggunaan modal kerja sebesar 6,45% dan sisanya 93,55 %Dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar Studi. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and job security on workmotivation and its impact on the performance of the Contract Employees Civil Service Police Unitand Wilayatul Hisbah Banda Aceh. Data analysis is the process of simplification of data into aform that is easier to read and implement. The method chosen to analyze the data must match thepattern of research and variables to be studied. This study using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) with a research tool or software such as Partial Least Square (PLS) from the research thathas been done through observation and secondary data it can be concluded that compensation, jobsecurity, work motivation and employee performance contracts Police Unit Praja dan WilayatulHisbah Banda Aceh still not good, then the hypothesis 1 is rejected. From the research that hasbeen done can be concluded that the hypothesis that compensation and job security simultaneouslyand partially effect on work motivation can be received from the research that has been done canbe concluded that hypothesis stating that compensation and job security simultaneously andpartially effect the performance is acceptable. From the research that has been done can beconcluded that the hypothesis that motivation influence on work motivation can be accepted. AbstractCompetition ornamental fish in Banda Aceh increasingly stringent, requiring appropriatemarketing strategies to excel compete. One way that can be taken by employers ornamental fishincluding Banda Aceh Aquarium, is a strategy to increase sales volume by studying and knowing thefactors that influence consumers decide to buy ornamental fish. The purpose of this study was todetermine (1) the consumer characteristics of ornamental fish in Banda Aceh Aquarium, (2)ornamental fish type whatever demand by consumers, and (3) factors that influence the purchaseof ornamental fish in Banda Aceh Aquarium.The method used in this study is a survey method.The data will be used in this study are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique usedwas purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data : (1)descriptive analysis to get an overview of consumer characteristics and type of ornamental fish thatconsumers demand; (2) factor analysis with factor analysis PCA extraction method. The resultsshowed that the majority of respondents were male (71%), aged 20-30 years (81%), unmarried(73%), family size 3-5 people, educated scholars (49%), private sector employees ( 42%), andthe average monthly income of more than Rp. 2,500,000. Ornamental fish species are widelypurchased by consumers in the top five is Clown Fish, Blue Stone, Rivet, Beauty and Six Letter /Dori. This study took 99respondents of re-purchasing of FireFly airline tickets in Banda Aceh. This research was conducted at the SultanIskandar Muda airport in Banda Aceh. Data analysis method which used in this research is multiple linearregression. ABSTRACT This study analyzes bank liquidity, both precautionary and involuntary liquidity. This study uses dynamic panel estimation on individual bank data covering 2002 to 2011. The results show that preventive liquidity is more determined by the operation of the bank. On the other hand, involuntary liquidity is more influenced by the condition of the financial system. Regarding size, the effect of financial and macroeconomic system conditions is greater for small banks. In addition, monetary policy in the form of minimum reserve requirements affects precautionary liquidity from small banks; while the central bank's interest rates have less influence on bank liquidity. The case study identified the issue through secondary data collected from online resources. It is a descriptive article to describe the condition of unethical issues by employing children in the cocoa plantation and factory. It is a giant industry which involved giant companies and big market as well as huge number of the customers. However the benefit was not always distributed to all of the participants or contributors of the industry. Especially for those who work at the cocoa plantation in west Africa region. There are two parties which raised the ethical issues of employing child labour in the chocalate industry, the supporting and contrary parties. It is a dilemma. Both sides have strong argument to deal with the issue and the method to solve it. However it could be concluded the child labor are increased because of four main problems, poverty,education, culture and political issue. In many case these issues are combined to contributed in the used of child labour. In conclusion it needs comprehensive programs involved all the stakeholders of the chocolate industry to take the responsibility to improve the quality of life of the child and families in the west africa especially those who are living around the cocoa plantation. Abstract This research was conducted to analyze and illustrates the used of AIDA model in marketing communication or an advertisement to engages and persuades the consumers in purchasing decision or choosing the brand. The descriptive analysis research methodology was used as the method to implement the research through qualititave reseach . It will describes the marketing communication strategy used by PT. Bank Aceh to promote their product to the consumers in Aceh Province. AIDA theoritical approach which was introduced by Wilbur Schramm, has been used to analyze the marketing programs and the effectiveness of programs to target the consumers. The respondents are the consumers of PT. Bank Aceh which were considered had better understanding of the marketing programs and the impacts to their choice when they have to make decision of purchasing banking products and facilities. The result shows that the marketing communication strategies which have been implemented by PT. Bank Aceh have been considered as the effective strategy to approach new customers and to maintain customer retention. However, it needs improvement in term of media and the dilivered messages to adapt to the latest customers lifestyle. Keywords : AIDA Model, Marketing Communication, Promotion
摘要本研究旨在分析和说明在营销传播或广告中使用AIDA模型来吸引和说服消费者做出购买决策或选择品牌。采用描述性分析研究方法,通过定性研究来实施研究。它将描述PT. Bank Aceh使用的营销传播策略,以促进他们的产品在亚齐省的消费者。AIDA理论方法是由Wilbur Schramm提出的,已经被用来分析营销方案和方案的有效性,以目标消费者。受访者是PT.
