ABSTRAKThe global economy today has encouraged the growth of rapidly growing service business. Many jobscan be developed, such as healthcare, hospitality, service station, fast food, laundry,telecommunications, and others. The presence of a variety of business services has sparked fiercecompetition among service businesses. To anticipate this service managers should seek to provide or payattention to the quality of services offered, so that consumers are satisfied. To maintain the quality ofservice always remains good, the service managers need to pay attention to dimensions-dimensionalmeasurement of service quality. By measuring the quality of services, the manager informed about theextent of services provided has to meet consumer expectations.Keyword:service quality , performance score, services provided, Hopes services

PENGARUH TUNJANGAN SERTIFIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI SEKECAMATAN MEUREUBO KABUPATEN ACEH BARAT

ABSTRACT Teachers’ performance determines the quality of educational system. Education will be qualified when teachers are referred to the organized vision, mission, purpose, and goal in order to respond to various changes by generating all potential resources in educational institution. Teachers’ work satisfaction is one of the important aspects which have to be heeded by management in order to increase teachers’ quality of performance. When work satisfaction is fulfilled, teachers will tend to have high morale in doing their job. The research used descriptive explanatory quantitative method which was aimed to measure the correlation between two or more variables. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study. The population was 39 teachers as the government employees at all public junior high schools in Meureubo Subdistrict who had received certification allowance, and all of them were used as the samples, taken by using census sampling technique. The gathered data were analyzed by using interval scale, and multiple regression. The result of the research showed that certification allowance had positive and significant influence on teachers’ performance. Keywords: Certification Allowance, Teachers’ Performance
教师的绩效决定着教育体系的质量。只有将教师与组织的愿景、使命、目的和目标联系起来,调动教育机构的所有潜在资源,以应对各种变化,教育才能称得上是合格的。教师的工作满意度是提高教师绩效的一个重要方面,必须引起管理者的重视。当工作满意度得到满足时,教师在工作中往往会有很高的士气。本研究采用描述性解释定量方法,旨在衡量两个或多个变量之间的相关性。通过访谈、问卷调查和文献研究等方法收集数据。人口为meurebo街道所有公立初中领取证照津贴的39名教师作为政府雇员,全部作为样本,采用人口普查抽样技术。采用区间比例尺和多元回归对收集到的数据进行分析。研究结果表明,认证津贴对教师绩效有显著的正向影响。关键词:认证津贴;教师绩效

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja terhadap perolehan laba bersih,seberapa besar pengaruh dan faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebabnya. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besarpengaruh korelasi regresi terhadap perhitungan X (Modal Kerja) Y (Laba Bersih). Dan menghasilkan r = 0,254berarti bahwa efektivitas penggunaan modal kerja terhadap laba bersih pada koperasi ini memiliki hubungan yanglemah. Maksudnya, penggunaan modal kerja secara efektif hanya memberi sedikit efek pada perolehan laba bersih.Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dilihat juga determinan koefisien kd = r2 x 100% = 6,45% yang berarti bahwalaba bersih mempengaruhi efektifitas penggunaan modal kerja sebesar 6,45% dan sisanya 93,55 %Dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar Studi. Dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, yaitudengan rasio aktivitas analisis deskriptif.Kata Kunci:Efektivitas, Modal Kerja, Sisa Hasil Usaha

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and job security on workmotivation and its impact on the performance of the Contract Employees Civil Service Police Unitand Wilayatul Hisbah Banda Aceh. Data analysis is the process of simplification of data into aform that is easier to read and implement. The method chosen to analyze the data must match thepattern of research and variables to be studied. This study using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) with a research tool or software such as Partial Least Square (PLS) from the research thathas been done through observation and secondary data it can be concluded that compensation, jobsecurity, work motivation and employee performance contracts Police Unit Praja dan WilayatulHisbah Banda Aceh still not good, then the hypothesis 1 is rejected. From the research that hasbeen done can be concluded that the hypothesis that compensation and job security simultaneouslyand partially effect on work motivation can be received from the research that has been done canbe concluded that hypothesis stating that compensation and job security simultaneously andpartially effect the performance is acceptable. From the research that has been done can beconcluded that the hypothesis that motivation influence on work motivation can be accepted. Theresult of this research of which it can be concluded that the hypothesis of compensation and jobsecurity simultaneously and partially influence performance through work motivation isacceptable.Keywords: Compensation, Job Security, Work Motivation, Performance

AbstractCompetition ornamental fish in Banda Aceh increasingly stringent, requiring appropriatemarketing strategies to excel compete. One way that can be taken by employers ornamental fishincluding Banda Aceh Aquarium, is a strategy to increase sales volume by studying and knowing thefactors that influence consumers decide to buy ornamental fish. The purpose of this study was todetermine (1) the consumer characteristics of ornamental fish in Banda Aceh Aquarium, (2)ornamental fish type whatever demand by consumers, and (3) factors that influence the purchaseof ornamental fish in Banda Aceh Aquarium.The method used in this study is a survey method.The data will be used in this study are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique usedwas purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data : (1)descriptive analysis to get an overview of consumer characteristics and type of ornamental fish thatconsumers demand; (2) factor analysis with factor analysis PCA extraction method. The resultsshowed that the majority of respondents were male (71%), aged 20-30 years (81%), unmarried(73%), family size 3-5 people, educated scholars (49%), private sector employees ( 42%), andthe average monthly income of more than Rp. 2,500,000. Ornamental fish species are widelypurchased by consumers in the top five is Clown Fish, Blue Stone, Rivet, Beauty and Six Letter /Dori. The factors that influence consumer decisions in the purchase of ornamental fish are culturalfactors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors.Keywords: consumer behavior, Banda Aceh aquarium, ornamental fish
摘要班达亚齐观赏鱼的竞争日益激烈,需要适当的营销策略才能在竞争中脱颖而出。包括班达亚齐水族馆在内的观赏鱼雇主可以采取的一种方法是,通过研究和了解影响消费者决定购买观赏鱼的因素来增加销量。本研究的目的是确定(1)班达亚齐水族馆观赏鱼的消费者特征,(2)消费者需求的观赏鱼类型,以及(3)影响班达亚齐水族馆观赏鱼购买的因素。本研究采用的方法是调查法。本研究将使用的数据有一手数据和二手数据。抽样技术采用目的抽样法,共抽样100人。数据分析:(1)描述性分析,概述消费者特征和消费者需求的观赏鱼种类;(2)因子分析采用因子分析PCA提取法。调查结果显示,大多数受访者为男性(71%),年龄在20-30岁之间(81%),未婚(73%),家庭规模为3-5人,受过教育的学者(49%),私营部门雇员(42%),平均月收入超过250万卢比。消费者购买最多的观赏鱼品种是小丑鱼、蓝石鱼、铆钉鱼、美人鱼和六字母/多利鱼。影响消费者购买观赏鱼决策的因素有文化因素、社会因素、个人因素和心理因素。关键词:消费者行为,班达亚齐水族馆,观赏鱼

AbstractExperiential marketing gives customers an opportunity to engage and interact with brands,products, and services in sensory ways that provide the icing on the cake of providing information. Personalexperiences help people connect to a brand and make intelligent and informed purchasing decisions. Theterm “experiential marketing” refers to actual costomers esperiences with the brand/product/services thatdrive sales and increase brand image and awareness through sense, feel, think, act, and relate to Companyand Brands. It’s difference between telling people about features of product or service and letting themexperience the benefits for themselves. ABSTRAKThe aim of this research is to know the influence of brand awareness, consumer satisfaction andconsumer trust on brand toward the re-purchasing of Firefly airline ticket in Banda Aceh. This study took 99respondents of re-purchasing of FireFly airline tickets in Banda Aceh. This research was conducted at the SultanIskandar Muda airport in Banda Aceh. Data analysis method which used in this research is multiple linearregression. The research results showed that the variables Brand Awareness, consumer satisfaction andconsumer trust for brand have significant influence to the repurchasing of Firefly airline tickets in Banda Aceh.In the future, it is expected that the re-purchasing of Firefly airline tickets in Banda Aceh should be able tomaintain their brand awareness, consumer satisfaction and consumer trust for brand and to improve otherfactors which is capable to creating consent to the consumer so that the consumer wants to recommendate to theothers.Keywords: Brand awareness, Consumer trust for brand, Cunsumer satisfaction, Repurchasing
摘要本研究旨在了解品牌认知、消费者满意度和消费者信任对班达亚齐地区萤火虫航空公司机票再购买的影响。本研究选取了99名在班达亚齐重新购买萤火虫机票的受访者。这项研究是在班达亚齐的苏丹伊斯坎达穆达机场进行的。本研究采用的数据分析方法是多元线性回归。研究结果表明,品牌意识、消费者满意度和消费者品牌信任对班达亚齐地区的萤火虫机票再购买有显著影响。在未来,预计在班达亚齐的萤火虫机票的再购买应该能够保持他们的品牌知名度,消费者满意度和消费者对品牌的信任,并改善其他因素,能够创造消费者的同意,使消费者想要推荐给其他人。关键词:品牌意识,消费者对品牌的信任,消费者满意度,再购买

ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN DANA TERHADAP LIKUIDITAS BANK DI INDONESIA 资金管理分析银行流动性

ABSTRACT This study analyzes bank liquidity, both precautionary and involuntary liquidity. This study uses dynamic panel estimation on individual bank data covering 2002 to 2011. The results show that preventive liquidity is more determined by the operation of the bank. On the other hand, involuntary liquidity is more influenced by the condition of the financial system. Regarding size, the effect of financial and macroeconomic system conditions is greater for small banks. In addition, monetary policy in the form of minimum reserve requirements affects precautionary liquidity from small banks; while the central bank's interest rates have less influence on bank liquidity. Keywords: bank liquidity, monetary policy, financial system

Case Study of The Ethical Issues of Child Labor in Chocolate Business in The West Africa Regions 西非地区巧克力业童工伦理问题个案研究

Abstract : This case study was conducted to identify ethical aspect of chocalate industry which related to the used of child labour in farming and harvesting process in West Africa region. The case study identified the issue through secondary data collected from online resources. It is a descriptive article to describe the condition of unethical issues by employing children in the cocoa plantation and factory. It is a giant industry which involved giant companies and big market as well as huge number of the customers. However the benefit was not always distributed to all of the participants or contributors of the industry. Especially for those who work at the cocoa plantation in west Africa region. There are two parties which raised the ethical issues of employing child labour in the chocalate industry, the supporting and contrary parties. It is a dilemma. Both sides have strong argument to deal with the issue and the method to solve it. However it could be concluded the child labor are increased because of four main problems, poverty,education, culture and political issue. In many case these issues are combined to contributed in the used of child labour. In conclusion it needs comprehensive programs involved all the stakeholders of the chocolate industry to take the responsibility to improve the quality of life of the child and families in the west africa especially those who are living around the cocoa plantation. They are just the children who should have the life as the children, similar right as other children around the world have. Keywords: business ethics, child labour, chocolate industry

Abstract                                                                     This research was conducted to analyze and illustrates the used of AIDA model  in  marketing communication or an advertisement to engages and persuades the consumers in purchasing decision or choosing the brand. The descriptive analysis research methodology was used as the method to implement the research through qualititave reseach .   It will describes the marketing communication strategy used by PT. Bank Aceh to promote their product to the consumers in Aceh Province. AIDA theoritical approach which was introduced by Wilbur Schramm, has been used to analyze the marketing programs and the effectiveness of programs to target the consumers. The respondents are the consumers of PT. Bank Aceh which were considered had better understanding of the marketing programs and the impacts to their choice when they have to make decision of purchasing banking products and facilities. The result shows that the marketing communication strategies which have been implemented by PT. Bank Aceh have been considered as the effective strategy to approach new customers and to maintain customer retention. However, it needs improvement in term of media and the dilivered messages to adapt to the latest customers lifestyle.  Keywords : AIDA Model, Marketing Communication, Promotion
