The purpose of this study was to examine the role of endorser credibility on brand equity. How to mediate brand credibility also supports this role. This study uses a qualitative approach by using secondary data in the form of literature and literature study. The results of this study show that brand credibility has actually become a mediation that can be used on endorser credibility and brand equity. This study states that an endorser must be someone who has been declared competent and credible, has attractiveness, ability or skill, and trust. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CR, GPM, DAR, and asset guarantees on dividend policy in basic industrial and chemical sector companies in 2016-2019. The sample population in this study were 17 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the basic industrial sector and chemical companies, the statistical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially CR has a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy. Meanwhile, GPM, DAR and Asset Guarantee have a positive and insignificant effect on dividend policy in basic and chemical industry sector companies in 2016-2019.

With the evolution of technology and information, the concept of informal communication such as online discussions have developed to the emergence of the term E-WOM (electronic word of mouth). In addition, to make a consumer decide in buying a product on a brand, a brand is expected to have advantages or strengths. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and Brand Image could influence the decision to purchase a Sariayu face mask for students at the Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur University. Quantitative method is the method applied in this research. The sampling of this research accomplished by applying the non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique with total 50 respondents. SmartPLS is a test tool in this research. The results obtained are Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Image contribute to purchasing decisions.

The ratification of the qanun for islamic financial institutions in Aceh Province has influenced the condition of banking services. The regulation only allows Sharia banking system to operate in Aceh. It limits the alternative of banking services to be chosen by the customers. This condition has generated significant impact for generation Z, who deal with various digital financial transactions and services such as mobile banking. This study aims to obtain actual information about the quality of mobile banking services perceived by Generation Z after the implementation of regulations for Islamic financial institutions in Aceh. Data was collected from 168 respondents from various cities in Aceh. Data was analyzed by importance performance analysis method. The result shows that there is one indicator of service quality in the first quadrant, four indicators in the second quadrant, four indicators in the third quadrants and one indicator in the fourth quadrant. This research provides relevant recommendations to improve mobile banking services quality in the future. This study aims to see the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, South Aceh Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research population is all civil servants and non-civil servants who work in the service, totaling 50 people. Questionnaires were distributed to all respondents with 33 respondents who returned the questionnaire which were then used as research samples. The results showed that partially work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, South Aceh Regency. Simultaneously, the variables of work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, South Aceh Regency. Overall, work discipline and work environment variables can only explain employee performance variables as much as 33%, while 77% percent are explained by other factors not mentioned in the study. Sustainability shows that the organization has the attitude to be able to contribute in maintaining and developing sustainable development. In its development, sustainable living can be applied through the concept of effective and efficient work, for example by applying the supply value with a sustainable concept. IKEA has become a company that has approved the ten principles of sustainable development by the UN Global Compact, making it one of the most successful companies in adopting the concept of sustainability. This study aims to find out how to implement the sustainability principle, which has 4 supporting aspects, namely risk management, transparency, strategy and culture of IKEA company through sustainable Supply Chain Management to realize Good Corporate Governance. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection using library research and literature study to produce descriptive data. In this article, the authors find the fact that there has been alignment between IKEA's commitment to the 10 principles of sustainable development with their sustainable living report in 2021. The results show that IKEA has successfully implemented the sustainability principle which consists of 4 supporting aspects that are considered to be able to generate competitive advantage. IKEA's success in implementing sustainability principles can make it a role model for the organization towards positive change nilai pasokan yang berkonsep sustainable. The commitment of investors to invest their funds in Islamic stock instruments is influenced by various rational considerations because the decision to invest in stocks is closely related to risk and return. This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge and investment motivation on purchasing decisions of sharia stock by society in the city of Bukittinggi. This type of research is a field research with a quantitative approach. This research picks up Bukittinggi as a sampling area with a sample of 100 Sharia stock investors, which were selected purposively. The results of the study prove that there is a significant positive influence of knowledge and investment motivation on sharia share purchase decisions with a contribution of 63.8%, while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model. The higher the level of knowledge and investment motivation, the greater the decision to purchase sharia stock. This finding convinces potential investors and policy makers of the importance of stock knowledge and investment motivation in order to avoid risk. This study can be an important reference regarding the need for appropriate socialization and marketing strategies based on consumer behavior in developing market share of Islamic stocks in the secondary market.

This type of research is a field research with a quantitative approach. This research picks up Bukittinggi as a sampling area with a sample of 100 Sharia stock investors, which were selected purposively. The results of the study prove that there is a significant positive influence of knowledge and investment motivation on sharia share purchase decisions with a contribution of 63.8%, while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model. The higher the level of knowledge and investment motivation, the greater the decision to purchase sharia stock. This finding convinces potential investors and policy makers of the importance of stock knowledge and investment motivation in order to avoid risk. The purpose of this study was to test the non-financial and financial feasibility of the kala cake home industry in Kawai XVI District, West Aceh Province. The research sample consisted of 5 entrepreneurs of the karah cake home industry in Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency. The method of analysis in this study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of non-financial analysis include technical, human resources, environmental, legal, market and economic and social aspects, and financial analysis proves that the net present value (NPV) is positive, the value of Internal Rate of Return (IRR) > discount factor (14%), PBP > 1, the value of BEP production and BEP price < the amount of cake karah production and the price of cake karah and the value of Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) > 1 business, it concludes that the home industry of karah cake in Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency is feasible to be developed. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan rata-rata kepuasan masyarakat dan menganalisis indeks kepuasan masyarakat desa atas pelayanan administrasi di kantor desa. Jumlah sampel diambil sebanyak 260 warga dalam 26 gampong di Kecamatan Meureubo, Kabupaten Aceh Barat, Provinsi Aceh. Data dianalisis dalam dua tahapan, yaitu uji one way Anova dan analisis indeks kepuasan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata kepuasan masyarakat diantara 26 gampong. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, gampong yang masuk dalam peringkat sepuluh besar dengan skor tertinggi rata-rata kepuasan masyarakat adalah Meureubo, Langung, Buloh, Paya Peunaga, Ujong Tanoh Darat, Pucok Reudeup, Ranto Panyang Barat, Peunaga Rayeuk, Ujong Tanjung, Mesjid Tuha, dan Paya Baro. Selain itu, terdapat sebanyak 7 gampong memiliki tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dengan mutu ‘A’, kinerja ‘sangat baik’, yakni Ranto Panyang Barat, Ujong Tanoh Darat, Buloh, Meureubo, Langung, Paya Peunaga, dan Pucok Reudeup. The achievement of employee performance targets is one of the important indicators in the organization. When employees achieve the performance targets that have been set, it indicates that the abilities and competencies of employees are comparable to the targets that have been set. Digitalization of technology is one of the challenges in carrying out work, on the one hand it will facilitate the achievement of performance targets, on the other hand it requires the adaptability of employees. This study analyzes in depth the effect of digital work intensification and job specifications on employee performance moderated by self-efficacy. The research was conducted by involving research samples working in organizations that experience dynamics in technological developments. The research was conducted using a questionnaire instrument with a total sample of 104 respondents. The results showed that digital work intensification had an effect on employee performance. In addition, this study has proven that job specifications have an important role in determining employee performance.
