The Relationship between Organizational Emotional Capability and Employee Innovation Behavior of S&T Enterprise 科技型企业组织情感能力与员工创新行为的关系

The primary aim in this study was to investigate the effects of emotional capability on employee innovation behavior. In this study, hierarchical Regression was used to research among multiple source questionnaires of 304 S&T enterprises. The results shows: organizational emotional capability has significantly positive influence on employee innovation behavior; External interaction partly mediates the influence of organizational emotional capability on employee innovation behavior in S&T enterprise. The study makes up for researches of organizational emotional theory, and makes S&T enterprises understand different mechanism of organizational emotional capability on innovation deeply. Drawing on the Experience of Zhejiang Province to Promote the Development of Rural Tourism in Inner Mongolia 借鉴浙江省经验促进内蒙古乡村旅游发展

Rural tourism refers to a kind of tourism mode which relies on the countryside, takes farmers as the main body, and takes the unique natural environment of the countryside as the main attraction. It is a new form of tourism and industry. Zhejiang Province is the earliest province to develop rural tourism in China. It has basically taken a road to develop rural tourism with Zhejiang characteristics. Deqing County is the representative of rural tourism development in Zhejiang Province. It is necessary to sum up the experience of rural tourism development in Zhejiang Province. At present, the development of rural tourism in Inner Mongolia is affected by many factors, such as seasonal tourism, tourism infrastructure and so on. The quality and speed of development are not high. Seriously learning from the experience of Zhejiang Province will certainly help to improve the development of rural tourism in Inner Mongolia. Why are College Students Dropping out in Online English Writing? —A case study of Pigai.org 大学生网络英语写作为何退潮?——以小猪网为例

Online English writing has gained popularity in China’s college English education. With pigai.org as a leading online platform, online English writing is affecting English teaching and learning in positive ways in China. However, when we celebrate its contribution, a high attrition rate in online writing can’t be neglected. This paper first reviews literature to set theoretical frame for causes of high attrition rates in online classes and then surveys factors for Chinese college students online English writing low retention phenomenon, and finally it explores solutions to win back students to online writing. Analysis on the Auction Mechanism of State-owned Land Considering Security Housing Factors 考虑保障性住房因素的国有土地拍卖机制分析

After 2008, there are some new forms of stateowned land auction in China, such as Limited Housing Price Auction (LHPA), Limited Land Price Auction (LLPA) and Limited Land Price Auction with Security House (LLPA-SH). This paper discusses the implementation of the Limited Land Price Auction with Security House (LLPA-SH) on the basis of Bayesian equilibrium, and gives the conditions for the implementation of the truth-telling mechanism through the introduction of the security housing factor. The results show that both LLPA and LLPA-SH can accomplish the goal of the optimal allocation and utilization of resources. When private information exists, social welfare is primarily a trade-off between consumers and real estate developers, while under the truth-telling mechanism; the distribution of benefits is mainly between consumers and the government. Survey and Analysis of Satisfaction of Teaching Management at the Grassroots Level in Medical Vocational Colleges in China 全国医学高职院校基层教学管理满意度调查分析

Basic teaching management is an important guarantee of teaching quality in medical vocational colleges. By investigating teachers' satisfaction with this work, we found that there are problems in the Medical Vocational Colleges. For example, the form of individual systems is greater than the content, the quality evaluation system is not objective and fair, and the management level needs to be improved. So, Managers should explore ideas, improve management concepts, strengthen communication with teachers, and promote the improvement of teaching management level and quality. Implications of Output Functions on College English Teaching 输出函数对大学英语教学的启示

For a long time the importance of output has been underestimated in second language acquisition. With the constant emergence of some researches and investigations, the situation has been greatly improved. Among the researchers, Gass and Skehan explained the important roles which output play in second language acquisition in a detailed and exact way, such as hypothesis testing, receiving feedback, developing automaticity, syntactic processing, generating better input, developing skills and developing a personal voice, which have provided implications for our College English teaching. Inputbased teaching approaches are still dominant in the classroom in our country and the role of output is minimized. This is partly owing to our inadequate attention to the role of output in second language acquisition. Output-based teaching approaches should be adopted. In the classroom practice, output-based teaching approaches require teachers to provide students with adequate output-based assignments and activities. On the Value Exploration of Track and Field Teaching in Colleges and Universities Based on the Concept of "Process Evaluation" 基于“过程评价”理念的高校田径教学价值探索

To explore the value of college track and field teaching based on the concept of "process evaluation" is to improve the overall quality and physical and mental health of College students, and to highlight the educational policy of "people-oriented" and "comprehensive development". By using the methods of documentation, this paper analyses and explores the development of track and field teaching theory and teaching practice in Colleges and universities. The results show that college track and field teaching should adhere to the concept of "process evaluation" and "process philosophy", pay attention to "health first" and "people-oriented"; pay attention to continuous innovation, avoid blindly inheriting traditions; pay attention to the healthy development of all students, so that they can actively participate in and learn to grow in track and field teaching. The main innovation of this paper is to emphasize the renewal of the teaching concept of track and field in Colleges and universities and the establishment of the teaching objective of "process evaluation". Communication between teachers and students is the most basic form of classroom teaching in universities. Teacher communication behavior also runs through the whole process of classroom teaching. Effective teacher communication behavior can not only create a good educational atmosphere, but also create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, thus improving the quality of education. This paper reviews literature about the impact of teacher communication behavior on student participation in classroom based on the perspective of achievement emotions, and constructs a theory model in which achievement emotion is as intermediary. In future studies, if this model is proven to be right, then it will give practical suggestions to class teaching that teachers should make full use of all kinds of communication behaviors to arouse students’ positive emotions, so as to promote students classroom participation and achieve good learning results. 师生交流是高校课堂教学最基本的形式。教师的交际行为也贯穿于课堂教学的全过程。有效的教师沟通行为不仅可以营造良好的教育氛围,还可以营造和谐的师生关系,从而提高教育质量。本文基于成就情绪视角,回顾了教师交际行为对学生课堂参与影响的相关文献,构建了以成就情绪为中介的理论模型。在未来的研究中,如果这个模型被证明是正确的,那么它将为课堂教学提供切实可行的建议,教师应该充分利用各种交流行为来激发学生的积极情绪,从而促进学生的课堂参与,取得良好的学习效果。关键词:教师交际行为;老师直接;老师清晰;教师沟通能力;学生参与;成就的情感

Research on the Implicit Evaluation in “Sina Weibo” Discourse “新浪微博”话语中的内隐评价研究

As an emerging social media, microblog has quickly become a popular communication platform since its birth. There are a large number of implicit evaluation resources in microblog, which explicitly or implicitly reflect the author's views and attitudes. Microblog media expresses its opinions by using the large number of seemingly neutral but explicit attitudinal resources to evaluate the positioning and ally the readers. Through the analysis of the microblog report about Shanghai Import Expo, we conclude that the selection of lexical metaphor, graduation resources and ideational meaning is an important embodiment of implicit evaluation in media discourse; the identification and exploration of implicit evaluation resources behind the microblog media is of great significance.
