The public-private cooperation of public nursing institutions for the aged is an important part in the reforms of public nursing institutions for the aged. At present, there are some realistic difficulties for the public-private cooperation of public nursing institutions, such as the restraint caused by the management system of public institutions, the institutional environment in need of urgent improvements, lack of incentive and supervision mechanisms and obstacles to channels of participation by the public. Therefore, it is needed to construct the institutional environment for public-private cooperation of public nursing institutions for the aged and establish the corporate governance structure of public institutions as well as perfect the mechanism design for public-private cooperation, which are strategic selections for public-private cooperation of public nursing institutions for the aged. Whether and how to realize the citizenization of the rural migrant is not only the key of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", but also related to the speed and quality of urbanization and industrialization. From the perspective of Needs-Hierarchy Theory, this paper discusses the different dominant needs of rural migrant in different stages of citizenization, and the changes of system demands. Then it analyzes the current situation and problems of system supply. Online English writing has gained popularity in China’s college English education. With pigai.org as a leading online platform, online English writing is affecting English teaching and learning in positive ways in China. However, when we celebrate its contribution, a high attrition rate in online writing can’t be neglected. "Production-teaching integration and schoolenterprise cooperation" is the orientation for higher vocational colleges as well as scientific positioning of talents cultivation mode. Through the project construction centered on the talents cultivation mode characterized by "school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative innovation", the teaching reform is deepened, which is oriented by the need of information industry, driven by reform and innovation and focuses on the reform of talents cultivation mode. Rural tourism refers to a kind of tourism mode which relies on the countryside, takes farmers as the main body, and takes the unique natural environment of the countryside as the main attraction. It is a new form of tourism and industry. Zhejiang Province is the earliest province to develop rural tourism in China. It has basically taken a road to develop rural tourism with Zhejiang characteristics. Deqing County is the representative of rural tourism development in Zhejiang Province. It is necessary to sum up the experience of rural tourism development in Zhejiang Province. At present, the development of rural tourism in Inner Mongolia is affected by many factors, such as seasonal tourism, tourism infrastructure and so on. After 2008, there are some new forms of stateowned land auction in China, such as Limited Housing Price Auction (LHPA), Limited Land Price Auction (LLPA) and Limited Land Price Auction with Security House (LLPA-SH). This paper discusses the implementation of the Limited Land Price Auction with Security House (LLPA-SH) on the basis of Bayesian equilibrium, and gives the conditions for the implementation of the truth-telling mechanism through the introduction of the security housing factor. The results show that both LLPA and LLPA-SH can accomplish the goal of the optimal allocation and utilization of resources. When private information exists, social welfare is primarily a trade-off between consumers and real estate developers, while under the truth-telling mechanism; the distribution of benefits is mainly between consumers and the government. This paper tries to systematically analyze the problems faced with the present situation of accounting teaching, then makes a probe into the nature of the heuristic education and concrete heuristic methods. The methods used in this paper mainly include the literature analysis and comparison study. Apparently, the heuristic education and heuristic methods are of great importance to the college accounting teaching and the cultivation of accounting professionals in reality. It’s commonly believed that accounting is a special subject with its unique theories and comparatively strong practicalness in real life for students. In order to explore the current situation of crossborder RMB settlement and its influencing factors, this paper applies gravity model in empirical analysis. The results are as follows; the amount of cross-border RMB settlement is positively correlated with China's GDP, bilateral trade volume between China and border trading countries, and whether there is a positive correlation between China and its trade cooperation countries. Besides, cross-border RMBB settlement is negatively correlated with exchange rate fluctuation and geographical distance. Basic teaching management is an important guarantee of teaching quality in medical vocational colleges. By investigating teachers' satisfaction with this work, we found that there are problems in the Medical Vocational Colleges. For example, the form of individual systems is greater than the content, the quality evaluation system is not objective and fair, and the management level needs to be improved. So, Managers should explore ideas, improve management concepts, strengthen communication with teachers, and promote the improvement of teaching management level and quality. Under the new situation, the development of ecological sports tourism has become one of the hot topics in society. As continuously destitute areas, Wuling Mountainous Area needs to comprehensively analyze the development status and problems of ecological sports tourism, deepen spatial construction in the process of rational development, application and protection of ecological sports resources, maximize the utilization of ecological sports tourism resources, and simultaneously promote comprehensive and coordinated development of regional sports tourism industry and the economy.
