College students' voluntary service has been continuously developing in recent years in our country, but there is still a certain gap between the college students' voluntary service in China and those in the United States and countries in West Europe. The major research orientation for institutions of higher learning is to normalize college students' voluntary service and how to overcome the obstacles in the development of voluntary service in our country. This paper aims at existing problems in college students' voluntary service in our country to propose several suggestions on the normalization of voluntary service in terms of legal safeguard, organization and management and college students' initiative in order to enhance college students' social responsibility and construct harmonious and friendly social environment. Keywords—college students, voluntary service, normalization In recent years, with institutions of higher learning attaching great importance to the participation of college students in voluntary service, voluntary service has become an important channel for college students to enrich their college lives, obtain social experience and build social responsibility. The voluntary service has been expanding from traditional poverty relief, environmental protection and community service to large-scale national activities in which college students are the main force in recent years. Based on serving and contributing to society, college students' voluntary service has an increasing influence on society and has played a positive role in building harmonious society. At present, although substantial progress has been made in voluntary service in institutions of higher learning, compared with those in countries like the Unites States, there still exists some problems, for example, college students are not so active to participate in these voluntary services and the voluntary service lacks sustainable development. Therefore, this paper discusses the pattern of transformation from phased development to permanent development through analyzing current problems and shortcoming in college students' voluntary service. The employees are the most important source of competitive advantage for science and technology enterprises, the physical and mental health of the employees are the basis of their work efficiency and innovation. While strengthening professional education in China’s higher education, we should also do well in the ideological and political education of college students. To explore the ideological and political education suitable for Chinese college students, we adopt advanced theoretical ideas, noble moral sentiments, and correct values to educate students in the new era, and cultivate professional talents with high morality and excellent quality. This paper encouraged the combination of specialized knowledge education and ideological and political education with information technology, and to expand the teaching methods of ideological and political education, and use Internet to innovate teaching methods. Considered to be a basic work for precision poverty alleviation, the Inclusive Finance can effectively promoted precision poverty alleviation. Increasing financial supply in poverty-stricken areas through the development of Inclusive Finance is the main focus of financial poverty alleviation work. The purpose of Inclusive Finance is to establish an effective and all-round financial system to provide services to all social strata and groups, and to provide the vulnerable groups with equal access to modern financial services and rights. Inclusive Finance takes system as guarantee, product as carrier and service as advantage, so as to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of financial poverty alleviation. With the birth of new industries, higher requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of complex engineering talents. The new technology came into being; Fudan University, Tianjing University and Beijing University have set good examples and provided useful experience for the new engineering in colleges and universities. The innovative thinking, selfexpanding knowledge, design thinking and technical understanding and leadership are the core and connotation in new engineering. Aiming at improving the quality of local university talents, this paper studies the innovative and entrepreneur training mode of local university engineering talents under the background of new engineering. By integrating ideological and political education with professional education, this study aims at highlighting the concept of engineering innovation, constructing the curriculum system of training engineering talents’ innovation and entrepreneurship and proposing methods of implementation. Training new engineering talents can help to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform and it can play a supporting role in promoting regional economic development and industrial upgrading.
