Study on Mental Health Problems of Left-behind Children in Linyi County 临沂县留守儿童心理健康问题研究

With the development of the economy, more and more young people in the countryside choose to go out to work, leaving their children to their parents to look after, thus forming a new vulnerable group left-behind children. The mental health problems and education problems of left-behind children are directly related to the health and future development of left-behind children. Therefore, how to deal with the mental health education of left-behind children should attract the attention of the society. Taking Linyi County of Shandong Province as a case, the author used questionnaires, interviews and literature research methods to understand the mental health education of left-behind children, and proposed rationalized and targeted suggestions for existing problems to help improve the mental health status of left-behind children in rural areas. 随着经济的发展,越来越多的农村年轻人选择外出工作,把孩子留给父母照看,从而形成了一个新的弱势群体——留守儿童。留守儿童的心理健康问题和教育问题直接关系到留守儿童的健康和未来发展。因此,如何做好留守儿童的心理健康教育应引起社会的重视。笔者以山东省临沂县为例,采用问卷调查法、访谈法和文献研究法,了解留守儿童心理健康教育现状,针对存在的问题提出合理化、针对性的建议,帮助改善农村留守儿童的心理健康状况。Keywords-rural地区;留守儿童;心理健康;教育

On the Cultivation of Humanistic Quality of Medical Students 论医学生人文素质的培养

with the continuous development of economy and culture, the society demands more and more on the professional quality of medical students. Medical students are the reserve force of medical and health undertakings in China. The level of comprehensive quality of medical students is directly related to the reform and development of medical and health undertakings in China. The level of humanistic quality of medical students not only restricts their academic level and medical skills, but also reflects the teaching quality of medical colleges. In view of the fact that some medical colleges in China ignore humanistic education in the process of cultivating medical students, this paper analyzed and summarized the existing problems of humanistic education and put forward relevant suggestions. It is expected that modern medical education can cultivate medical talents with high humanistic quality in addition to professional quality. Keywords—Medical students; humanistic quality; training

Flipped Classroom Instructional Design Based on Online Courses 基于网络课程的翻转课堂教学设计

As a net generation group, post-00s college students have the distinct characteristics of broad knowledge, strong network application technology and high personalized learning requirements. To some extent, traditional teaching design cannot meet the improvement of post-00s college students' knowledge acceptance ability and comprehensive quality. Online courses and flipped classes have become the mainstream mode of current network-based teaching. To a certain extent, they have increased students' interest in learning and realized independent and individualized learning. However, this mode cannot be uniform. It is necessary to study in depth the group characteristics, behavior habits and ways of thinking of students of different majors. Targeted teaching design and reform, this paper takes Automobile Structure II as an example to introduce the characteristics of students in this major in detail, and combs the key points of online course design, focusing on the teaching design of flip course, in order to provide reference for the practice of flip course teaching based on online course. A Situational Design Method for Experiential Practical Teaching 体验式实践教学情境设计方法

Situational design is the key to the whole experiential practice teaching. For one thing, the article starts with the experience context and user analysis. Through observing the user's itinerary, the method of situation design for teachers is introduced in detail. For another, relying on teachers' situational design and instructional guidance, this paper introduces the process of experiential practice in which students construct project task model. The research on the situational design method of experiential practical teaching provides a new way of thinking for experiential practical teaching research and a new idea for the cultivation of innovative talents. Comparative Study of Mathematics Teaching Methods at Home and Abroad 国内外数学教学方法的比较研究

Teaching methods are the intermediaries and bridges between teachers, students and teaching contents. They are the means and methods used in the dynamic process of putting the established teaching contents into practice. Whether teaching is successful or not is directly related to the selection of teaching methods, which greatly affects teaching efficiency and teaching effect. This paper compares the research and development of chinese and foreign mathematics teaching methods by introducing the connotation and basic theory of mathematics teaching methods, and finds out their similarities and differences. It enlightens the reform and development of mathematics teaching methods in our country and makes our mathematics education speed up the reform of mathematics teaching methods while preserving its own advantages. Evaluating the Rationality of Land Share of Housing Value in China’s Urban Housing Market —Based on International Comparison and Risk Analysis 基于国际比较和风险分析的中国城市住房市场土地份额价值合理性评价

Land share of housing value is an important indicator linking land market and housing market. However, few studies have comprehensively discussed the rationality of China's land share of housing value. This paper first defined the rationality of land share of housing value as being consistent with international experience and meeting the needs of China's socio-economic stability. Then, this paper drew the following conclusions through international comparison and risk analysis: Firstly, China's current land share is at intermediate level among developed countries’ historical values. Land share’s trend, spatial distribution characteristic and relationship with urban socio-economic fundamentals in China are also similar to those in developed countries. Secondly, under the two hypothetical scenarios, through the “stress test”, it is found that the land share of most 35 large and medium-sized cities will not cause economic risks. Therefore, land share of housing value in China is generally reasonable, and the reasonable range is roughly 31.18%~57.91%. The land management department should dynamically adjust the land supply plans and control land share at a reasonable level from the perspective of preventing economic risks. However, few studies have comprehensively discussed the rationality of China's land share of housing value. This paper first defined the rationality of land share of housing value as being consistent with international experience and meeting the needs of China's socio-economic stability. Then, this paper drew the following conclusions through international comparison and risk analysis: Firstly, China's current land share is at intermediate level among developed countries’ historical values. Land share’s trend, spatial distribution characteristic and relationship with urban socio-economic fundamentals in China are also similar to those in developed countries. Secondly, under the two hypothetical scenarios, through the “stress test”, it is found that the land share of most 35 large and medium-sized cities will not cause economic risks. Therefore, land share of housing value in China is generally reasonable, and the reasonable range is roughly 31.18%~57.91%. The land management department should dynamically adjust the land supply plans and control land share at a reasonable level from the perspective of preventing economic risks. Research on the Evaluation Index System and Countermeasures of Chongqing Graduates' Employment Quality 重庆市高校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系及对策研究

In order to solve the problem of low employment quality of college students today, this paper collects data from questionnaires answered by college graduates in Chongqing, and uses SPSS software to conduct principal component analysis and factor analysis of survey data. It is concluded that: (1) The main factors affecting the employment quality of college students are employment ability and employment environment; (2) Innovatively summarizing 21 factors that affect the evaluation indicators of college students' employment quality in Chongqing, and summarized them into five major projects .In this paper, the main innovations were that:(1)Select Chongqing as a case which has a certain representativeness;(2) Include Personal employability, as an important index in empirical analysis. 为了解决当前大学生就业质量不高的问题,本文收集了重庆市高校毕业生的问卷调查数据,利用SPSS软件对调查数据进行主成分分析和因子分析。结果表明:(1)影响大学生就业质量的主要因素是就业能力和就业环境;(2)创新性地总结了影响重庆市大学生就业质量评价指标的21个因素,并将其归纳为五大项目。本文的主要创新之处在于:(1)选取具有一定代表性的重庆市为案例;(2)将个人就业能力作为实证分析的重要指标。Keywords-College学生;就业质量;评价指标;制度建设
