College English Classroom Teaching Based on Production-oriented Approach 基于生产导向的大学英语课堂教学

Production-oriented approach theory advocates that all classroom teaching activities should serve a single goal, effective teaching and learning, and in classroom teaching, all language teaching activities should be closely related to application, realizing no boundary between "learning" and "application", and the complete integration of "learning" and "application". Based on the production-oriented approach theory, this study designs a new classroom teaching approach of college English to encourage students to improve their enthusiasm in participating in classroom learning and make students achieve a sense of achievement in the learning process, thereby promoting students to make efforts to move forward, apply what they have learned to practice and effectively improve their comprehensive English application ability. Analysis on the Strategy of Reconstruction of Governance Structure in Higher Vocational Colleges 高职院校治理结构重构策略分析

Extend the concept of corporate governance structure to higher vocational colleges, and build a new college governance model based on business process reengineering theory. Reconstruct the governance structure of Dalian Vocational and Technical College with the professional construction process as the core. The decision-making, execution, and supervision are separated, so that the overall operation of the college with the purpose of educating people and professional construction as the core is more scientific and smooth. This paper finds an efficient way to reconstruct the governance structure of higher vocational colleges. A Study of Translation Strategies of Foreign Trade Contracts from the Intercultural Perspective 跨文化视角下的外贸合同翻译策略研究

With the steady advancement of China’s “One Belt, One Road” strategy, China’s foreign trade business activities have become more frequent, and the number of transactions reached has increased. In a transaction, the importance of a foreign trade contract is unparalleled which is directly related to the economic interests of the parties. Due to the differences between Chinese and Western cultures, the accurate translation of foreign trade contracts meets some challenges. Based on this, it is necessary to analyze the translation of foreign trade contracts from the intercultural perspective. Firstly, the paper summarizes the intercultural communication and foreign trade contracts, and then points out some problems in the translation of foreign trade contracts. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the language characteristics of foreign trade contracts and the differences between Chinese and Western cultures, this paper proposes some translation strategies for foreign trade contracts from the intercultural perspective. OVERVIEW OF MULTICULTURAL COMMUNICATION AND FOREIGN TRADE CONTRACT TRANSLATION Any kind of across nationalities, countries or groups can be classified as intercultural communication [1], so as translation activities. The essence of the translation of foreign trade contracts is to convert the contract text under a cultural control to the contract text under the influence of another culture on the basis of retaining the original meaning. In the translation process of foreign trade contracts, translators do not only shuttle between two different languages, but more often communicate with two different cultures. Because different countries and ethnic groups have differences in historical traditions, development processes, customs and ways of thinking [4], it is extremely difficult to accurately express the contents of the contract text in an appropriate way on the basis of retaining the original meaning. This process not only takes care of the differences between the two cultures, but also ensures that the translation will not be distorted, thus affecting normal international business dealings. II. PROBLEMS IN THE TRANSLATION OF FOREIGN TRADE CONTRACTS A. Misinterpretation of the Original Text of the Foreign Contract In the translation of legal provisions of foreign trade contracts, the original text of the foreign contract is frequently misinterpreted. In order to clearly define the rights and obligations of both parties to the transaction, the legal provisions of foreign trade contracts will be elaborated. In English, the sentences are relatively long, and a large number of complex sentences and long sentences are used the foreign contract. These long sentences generally contain clauses, clause phrases, etc., which create certain difficulties for understanding and translation. Internet plus has added new features to the flipped classroom, making the flipped classroom a new popular orientation of teaching model reform. Taking the “Financial Software Application” course of Guangdong University of Science and Technology as an example, the paper discussed the whole process and the teaching content of the flipped classroom from three stages, that is, pre-class preparation, internalization in class, and feedback after class, and put forward suggestions and a new evaluation system for flipped classroom reform. It provided a reference for the reform of the curriculum of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and helped schools improve the quality of teaching. MTI Students’ Competency: Teamwork in Trados-aided Translation Projects MTI学生的能力:在trados辅助翻译项目中的团队合作

Master of Translation and Interpreting (MTI), starting from 2007 with the current total of 246 degree granting units in China, aims to meet the educational objective of advanced, practical and professional talents. As is required, translation internship is the key and the first step for MTI students to get out of “ivory tower”. This paper, based on the competency model in Trados-aided translation projects with the case study of the translation internship of MTI students from Shaanxi University of Science & Technology (SUST), focuses on the comprehensive competency consisting of learning competency, translation competency, cooperation competency, emotion competency, and cognition competency. With BEI analysis, competency-concerning problems are found in the process of the internship and solutions are put forward to help strengthen MTI students’ core competition by developing competency in translation practice. It also concludes how challenging and important it is for MTI students to develop competency in their translation practice guided by the model. Thus, no matter what kind of translation texts they are, well qualified trainees can manage with internalized competency. Research on Supporting Policies of Multi-pillar Pension System in China 中国多支柱养老保险制度配套政策研究

The multi-pillar pension system in China is unbalanced development. This paper analyzes the performance of the system arrangements of PPA and concludes that the system arrangements of PPA have positive effects on pension assets through analyzing the performance of Pension Protection Act (PPA) in the United States on Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and employer sponsored retirement plans. Auto enrollment and TDFs have improved the performances, e.g. the participation rate and the return rate of the second and the third pillars. To improve the balance of the multi-pillar pension system, to increase the performances of DC accounts of Basic Pension Insurance Funds and Occupational Pension in China and to improve the long-term financial sustainability, auto-enrollment and default option should be introduced and such system arrangements including decreasing contribution rate of basic pension and tax incentive should be considered. Exploration on the Open Mode of Large-scale Instruments for Promoting Students' Innovative and Practical Ability 促进学生创新能力和实践能力的大型仪器开放模式探索

Many colleges and universities are faced with the problems of the low use rate of large experimental instruments and improving the students' innovative practical ability which can be well solved by using large-scale instruments in open laboratories. Through the analysis of the common problems existing in the practice course of college students and the current situation of the large-scale instruments used in the testing experiment in our university, the necessity and significance of opening large-scale instruments in the laboratory are concluded. It is proposed that the use efficiency of large-scale instruments can be improved by three modes: students participating in teachers' scientific research projects, schools providing financial support for students to complete self-designed projects and students' graduation practice and graduation thesis with large instruments. As a result, students' practical and scientific research innovation ability can be reached. Keywords—large-scale instrument; laboratory; innovation ability; practical ability In recent years, occupational health problems have become more prominent in China, and the occupational health situation has become increasingly severe so that it attract much the attention of the state, and the demand for occupational health professionals in the society is increasing. Occupational health is a highly practical discipline, and at the same time, the state's requirements for the practical innovation ability of undergraduate students in applied colleges are increasing. Occupational hazard testing is an important part of the occupational health direction. It is practical and has a wide range of applications to someone who engaged in scientific research, or enter into enterprises, or monitoring and testing institutions. However, occupational hazard testing requires a large number of large-scale instruments, which are expensive, complicated to operate, and have extremely low open utilization rates for undergraduates. How to improve the utilization efficiency of large-scale instruments and cultivate students' practical and innovative ability is a problem faced by many colleges and universities. I. THE REQUIREMENTS OF SOCIAL NEEDS FOR THE CULTIVATION OF STUDENTS' PRACTICAL ABILITY AND THE PROBLEMS EXISTING IN THE PRACTICE TEACHING OF COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES A. Requirements for the development of students' practical ability in social demand It is stated clearly by the State Council in the "Decision on Deepening the Education Promotion and Comprehensively Promoting Quality Education": "Higher education should attach importance to cultivating the innovative, practical and entrepreneurial abilities of college students" and requires "strengthening the comprehensiveness and practicality of the curriculum. Research on the Platform of Academic Exchange between Teachers and Students in Chinese and Russian Universities 中俄高校师生学术交流平台研究

There are many problems in Sino-Russian academic exchanges between teachers and students, such as language, region, number of participants and so on. With the development of information technology, more and more academic exchanges are advocated in the information environment. They are no longer restricted by the number, language and region. Rich academic resources, convenient ways of interaction and timely information have greatly changed people's academic exchanges, which will bring new life to future academic exchanges. In accordance with the software engineering development criteria, this paper elaborates on the requirements analysis and detailed design of academic exchange platforms in Chinese and Russian universities, and achieves such links as user registration, personal space management, announcement management, dynamic management of academic exchanges, information management of academic exchanges, display management of existing scientific research achievements and scientific research style. Besides the functions of exhibition management, video management of expert lectures in academic exchanges, query and download of academic materials, moderator display management and authority management, it also includes the highlights of integral management, intelligent search, intelligent recommendation and so on. It is a collection of dynamic publishing information function of academic exchanges, query and download function of academic exchanges, and subject. Research results display function, online communication function and other services in one platform. Through this platform, we can make up for the unbalanced distribution of academic resources, realize the sharing of information resources and improve the efficiency of academic exchanges. Research on the Curriculum Reform of Power Electronics Technology in Independent Colleges Based on Engineering Education Accreditation 基于工程教育认证的独立学院《电力电子技术》课程改革研究

This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the teaching of power electronics technology in independent college, aiming at the target and positioning characteristics of the independent college. In view of the specific requirements of engineering education accreditation, the reform of teaching methods of power electronics technology in independent colleges is discussed, including the reform of theoretical teaching and the reform of practice teaching. The reform of the teaching method of this course can meet the requirements of engineering education certification, innovate the practical teaching of electric power electronic technology course, deepen the engineering teaching reform of electric power electronic technology course, cultivate the students' creative practice spirit, improve the students' practical ability in engineering, and cultivate the high-level applied engineering talents.
