The purpose of the research is to study the strategic management process in Georgia's hospitals. As part of the quanƟ taƟ ve research, a survey of managers of hospitals was conducted using a pre-structured ques-Ɵ onnaire. A relaƟ vely small number of hospitals aƩ ended strategic planning lectures and pieces of training (13%), Only one hospital had a strategic planning commiƩ ee (4.3%), 87% of hospitals had a documented strategic plan; Strategic planning was primarily engaged by the management board (69.6%), with doctors parƟ cipaƟ ng to a lesser extent (30.4%). Only 34.8% of hospitals develop their budget according to the strategic plan. Resources (43.5%), allocaƟ on of budget funds (47.8%) and idenƟ fi caƟ on of addiƟ onal fi nancial resources (47.8%) are not made in accordance with the goals of the strategic plan. Most hospitals are less likely to compare the evaluaƟ on results of goal achievement indicators with other hospitals (52.2%), and 43.5% report the values of acƟ ons taken to accom-plish the strategic plan's goals to the hospital. Most of the hospitals rarely do benchmarking of other hospitals' goal-achieving measures (78.3%).Small number of clinics have a strategic management process that, as a consequence, aff ects their success in the healthcare market. Hospitals develop a strategy plan, but its implementaƟ on is poorly monitored and not based on scienƟ fi c methods. It is reasonable for the state to impose a legal requirement that hospitals produce a wriƩ en strategic plan. The space in which higher educaƟ on insƟ tuƟ ons thrive is fast changing, and the demands and expectaƟ ons from society are rapidly increasing (Hazelkorn, 2015). A wide thirst for 21st-century skills, the connec-Ɵ on between research and development, the need for innovaƟ on, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder networks have raised the interest in collaboraƟ ve learning within HEIs. This is therefore propagaƟ ng a desire to do more with less as public spending on the educaƟ on sector conƟ nues to dip.To this end, collaboraƟ ve learning or otherwise referred to as cooperaƟ ve learning, becomes a low-hanging fruit to explore in the circumstances saƟ sfying both the needs of the insƟ tuƟ on (Knowledge generaƟ on) and of those that embrace it (innovators, employers, governments, etc.) to obtain the benefi ts of the valued life-trans-forming educaƟ on. Through this study, three objecƟ ves, which include: – ascertaining the ability of lecturers tomanage collaboraƟ ve learning environments, establishing the need for insƟ tuƟ onal frameworks for collaboraƟ ve learning management, and ascertaining the eff ecƟ veness of curriculum design and management in ensuring col-laboraƟ ve learning, are invesƟ gated. Literature on these aspects is elaborately reviewed to answer the research quesƟ on.The study makes a case for the need to build the capacity of lecturers to enable collaboraƟ on among learners. Every country wants to be energy independent. It is quite diffi cult to achieve or someƟ mes prac-Ɵ cally impossible. Georgia has declared its desire to have energy independence so that external poliƟ cal or eco-nomic factors will have less infl uence on the country's domesƟ c markets. Georgia was able to open up the energy trains of Russia as much as possible. Therefore, the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine had less impact on Georgia compared to other European states. Achieving energy independence requires developing a well-thought-out plan and successfully achieving the milestones outlined in that plan. Georgia does not import electricity more than 8-10% each year, but thermal power plants that use natural gas as the main resource generate about 20-25% of electricity. Therefore, there is necessary to import natural gas from neighbouring countries for electricity generaƟ on. Today, there is a need to use renewable and abundant hydro resources, for which state support and appropriate measures are required.

The paper deals with the criminal act sƟ pulated by ArƟ cle 318 of the Criminal Code of Georgia – a characterisƟ c feature of the subjecƟ ve side of sabotage – the goal of weakening Georgia and the problemaƟ c is-sues of its composiƟ on, while the problem in the disposiƟ on of the ArƟ cle is idenƟ fi ed and the ways to solve it are presented. As a rule, the weake ning of Georgia means the encroachment of the country's economic foundaƟ ons. The work also presents an overview of the legislaƟ on of foreign countries related to the research topic, which makes the problems associated with this issue more understandable for the reader, which is more felt in pracƟ ce.The current criminal law does not explain the purpose of weakening Georgia. To be fair, it should be noted that none of the scienƟ fi c community paid aƩ enƟ on to the problem raised in the paper, and therefore there are no scienƟ fi c studies on this issue. In this regard, the scienƟ fi c work is a kind of innovaƟ on and an aƩ empt to fi nd ways to solve the idenƟ fi ed problem. Timely awareness of these threats by all states, taking responsibility and joint eff orts to combat climate change is the only soluƟ on. Eco-innovaƟ ons play a major role in ensuring sustainable development in the new era. The process of tourism growth poses new challenges for researchers. Our research object is related to sustainable challenges, green economic development, rate of sustainability of tourism resources in the tourism cluster. Eco-ini-Ɵ aƟ ves, green economy iniƟ aƟ ve, green investments in business, environmental protecƟ on and preservaƟ on of a safe environment for future generaƟ ons are signifi cant in the aspect of sustainable management of the desƟ na-Ɵ on. This paper explores the eff ects of the Ukraine confl ict on Georgia's tourism industry and its implica-Ɵ ons through a value chain analysis. The study examines various perspecƟ ves, including the eff ects of the war on Georgian tourism with and without migraƟ on and the subsequent eff ect of migraƟ on on the country's economy. The paper highlights the economic and safety-related eff ects that led to a slow recovery of visitors aŌ er the war. AddiƟ onally, the paper discusses the posiƟ ve impact of migraƟ on on future tourism fl ows, sƟ mulaƟ ng domesƟ c tourism and regional exploraƟ on. However, the infl ux of Russian migrants also increased short-term accommoda-Ɵ on rental prices, aff ecƟ ng vulnerable groups and potenƟ ally contribuƟ ng to inequality and poverty. Furthermore, the paper addresses the global implicaƟ ons of the Ukraine confl ict on internaƟ onal tourism, with Georgia being vulnerable due to its dependence on Russian tourists. The analysis also idenƟ fi es key fi ndings regarding the ef-fects of Russian migrants on various agents within the tourism value chain, including travel agencies, internaƟ onal transportaƟ on, accommodaƟ on, food and beverage, local transportaƟ on, culture, sports, recreaƟ on, and tour-ism-related products. The study concludes by outlining potenƟ al soluƟ ons to miƟ gate the negaƟ ve impact of the confl ict on Georgia's tourism industry, such as markeƟ ng campaigns, introducing new and more aff ordable fl ights, economy-related incenƟ ves, and improvements in service quality. This paper provides a comprehensive evaluaƟ on that off ers valuable insights into the complex impacts of the Ukraine confl ict on Georgia's tourism industry and its broader signifi cance for the global tourism economy.

The study examines various perspecƟ ves, including the eff ects of the war on Georgian tourism with and without migraƟ on and the subsequent eff ect of migraƟ on on the country's economy. The paper highlights the economic and safety-related eff ects that led to a slow recovery of visitors aŌ er the war. AddiƟ onally, the paper discusses the posiƟ ve impact of migraƟ on on future tourism fl ows, sƟ mulaƟ ng domesƟ c tourism and regional exploraƟ on. However, the infl ux of Russian migrants also increased short-term accommoda-Ɵ on rental prices, aff ecƟ ng vulnerable groups and potenƟ ally contribuƟ ng to inequality and poverty. Furthermore, the paper addresses the global implicaƟ ons of the Ukraine confl ict on internaƟ onal tourism, with Georgia being vulnerable due to its dependence on Russian tourists. The analysis also idenƟ fi es key fi ndings regarding the ef-fects of Russian migrants on various agents within the tourism value chain, including travel agencies, internaƟ onal transportaƟ on, accommodaƟ on, food and beverage, local transportaƟ on, culture, sports, recreaƟ on, and tour-ism-related products. The study concludes by outlining potenƟ al soluƟ ons to miƟ gate the negaƟ ve impact of the confl ict on Georgia's tourism industry, such as markeƟ ng campaigns, introducing new and more aff ordable fl ights, economy-related incenƟ ves, and improvements in service quality. The advancement of modern technologies and the evoluƟ on of the web have led to a mulƟ tude of technological innovaƟ ons. Concurrently, web projects have become increasingly diverse and iteraƟ ve. The emer-gence of complex systems has presented challenges that exisƟ ng approaches cannot adequately address, thereby necessitaƟ ng the development of novel architectures, technologies, and methodologies. Notably, adopƟ ng micro-service architecture has eff ecƟ vely resolved issues encountered in large-scale projects and signifi cantly enhanced their manageability and fl exibility. Similarly, in response to the requirements of client-side applicaƟ ons, a demand for adopƟ ng a novel architectural approach has arisen.The work presents the usefulness of using Monorepo and Micro Front-end architecture in technological projects and private web development in a single workspace. This method is suitable for the development of large-scale, complex projects. The architecture of client-side Angular and server-side NestJS technologies will be discussed in this article. Huge corporations such as Google, Facebook, and others employ these tactics. The paper clearly demonstrates why this architecture is the ideal answer for online projects and the benefits it provides developers over other existing and experienced alternatives. The work is useful both theoretically and practically.

This paper examines the effectiveness of the Convention on the ProhibiƟ on of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) toward deterring nuclear escalaƟ on, which entered into force in 2021 and prohibits the creaƟ on, posses-sion, proliferaƟ on and use of nuclear weapons while also responding to a number of demands related to denucle-arizaƟ on. For the in-depth analysis of the theme, the regimes theory in InternaƟ onal RelaƟ ons and the criteria of the theoreƟ cal explanaƟ on of the regime eff ecƟ veness are selected. The paper is built around the basic premise that the ConvenƟ on is ineff ecƟ ve in achieving its intended goals and discusses three main arguments: (a) norma-Ɵ ve incoherence, (b) lack of insƟ tuƟ onal mechanisms, and (c) neglect of the global security and strategic context. To prove the laƩ er, the paper analyzes the Russian war against Ukraine and the importance of nuclear deterrence in the background of the nuclear warnings coming from Russia. Despite the reasons listed above, the main draw-back of the ConvenƟ on is the refusal of the nuclear-weapon states to raƟ fy the agreement. On the one hand, the anarchic international system creates a solid basis for mistrust and asymmetric gains between states, and on the other hand, the ConvenƟ on does not off er them security guarantees. Accordingly, the ConvenƟ on represents an idealisƟ c view of internaƟ onal organizaƟ ons and civil society.

The arƟ cle highlights the link between high gambling involvement and problem gambling, emphasizing that the level of engagement in gambling acƟ viƟ es has a greater impact on behavior than the specifi c type of game played. The role of adverƟ sing in promoƟ ng gambling is discussed, with a focus on the markeƟ ng strategies employed by the industry. AddiƟ onally, it provides an overview of the Georgian gambling market and the legislaƟ ve provisions implemented to miƟ gate the adverse eff ects of gambling on society. More-over, the arƟ cle emphasizes the importance of broadcast media monitoring in academic research, parƟ cularly in assessing the eff ects of gambling adverƟ sements on individuals' behaviors and aƫ tudes.
