Modeling of technologies for providing public support for educational reforms based on open-mindedness 为基于开放思想的教育改革提供公众支持的技术建模

The key direction of modern public opinion research is to find ways to reflect a complex social reality in the public consciousness more accurately and develop tools for developing social skills of competent handling of information, especially new or constantly updated. In Ukraine, it is essential to provide public support for educational reforms, given their systemic nature and national significance. The article aims to present a structural model for technology development to provide public support for reforms in general secondary education based on open-mindedness and to determine the criteria for its effectiveness. Open-mindedness is defined as a set of cognitive and socio-emotional skills, which determine one`s ability to flexibly and adaptively handle new information and new experiences. Based on theoretical and empirical stages of research, the principles of construction of technologies of formation of public opinion based on the open-mindedness are defined: the principle of equality and interactivity of subjects of public opinion; the principle of analytical and synthetic information processing; the principle of focusing on the completeness of experience. The author proposes the model and application scenario of public opinion forming technology, taking into account the two-level manifestation and two-component structure of open-mindedness as a complex skill and the stages of its formation – from information analysis through reflexive processes to its synthesis. The author describes cognitive (critical thinking skills, ability to form a three-dimensional vision of the problem based on its essential characteristics, structured presentation of the position) and socio-emotional (providing feedback, conflict resolution with a focus on the goal, emotional literacy, empathic listening) open-mindedness criteria.

SOCIAL EDUCATION OF JUVENILE OFFENSERS CONVICTED PENALTIES BY NON-IMPRISONMENT 对已定罪的少年犯实行不监禁处罚的社会教育

The study helped to find out that the process of organizing the social education of juvenile offenders sentenced to imprisonment by imprisonment is carried out on the basis of the use of: a multilevel complex of social and pedagogical prevention; methods of individual and collective educational work; and also, social and pedagogical rehabilitation of the personality of the child-criminal. The use of crime prevention (at three levels) is aimed at: prevention of deviations of the delinquent nature of the child, the formation of its legal awareness, providing moral and psychological assistance to "difficult" adolescents and their parents; elimination of possible risks of committing an offense and prevention of re-offending by a juvenile who has already been prosecuted. Emphasis is placed on individual educational work, which is defined as the most progressive modern form of social and pedagogical rehabilitation and socialization of difficult children (delinquents, offenders, criminals, etc.). The use of "individual case management" as a separate model of organizing comprehensive assistance to a juvenile offender sentenced to non-custodial punishment is considered. As an example of collective work, a program of social and pedagogical rehabilitation is presented, in which the process of restoring the personality of a juvenile offender has a complex, multidisciplinary nature and is carried out in a healthy society. It is revealed that the correctional and rehabilitation work is carried out taking into account the results of diagnosis, causes and conditions of each juvenile regarding his offense. Therefore, each program is adjusted to each case.

THE CONCEPT OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP AS CONTEMPORARY PHILOSOPHY OF MANAGEMENT 仆人式领导作为当代管理哲学的概念

The modern world needs a new type of leader who develops a vision of the future for his / her followers and encourages them to be ready for it. These leaders ensure changes, they are not focused that much on the behavior of their followers / subordinates and on controlling their behavior. On the contrary, they are focused on the development of initiative and support becoming the servants of those they have to lead. The concept of servant l eadership is derived from the ideas of Robert K. Greenleaf. As R. Greenleaf states, it all starts with a natural urge – the desire to serve. The motto of this thought is "A good leader is primarily a servant". The task of the leader is to achieve common goals by ensuring the well-being of followers and subordinates. Servant leadership is an attempt to become better, to become the person others would gladly follow. Such an idealistic vision of a leader as a servant is fruitful and is paid off even in a very competitive business world. A servant leader builds an organized and creative team, and this type of leadership involves the development of organizational culture which demonstrates a high level of trust. Being a servant leader means to help people overcome obstacles and get the tools and resources they need to perform better; to be an example; to facilitate the work of others; to be willing to do what others do. This model of leadership implies a "flattening" of hierarchies: a boss is a friend who listens to those who are with him/her rather than a person who decides what is best for them. This type of leadership has the powerful potential in today’s globalized world. The article aims to analyze the concept of servant leadership. The authors have used an interpretive research paradigm and multidisciplinary analysis.

ETHICS OF THE USE OF EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS IN SCIENCE AND MEDICINE 在科学和医学中使用胚胎干细胞的伦理问题

Ethical dimensions of biotechnology problems are studied, in particular: ethics of use of embryonic stem cells in science and medicine; the responsibility of researchers for the consequences of their actions; the ethics of using animals in biotechnological research to solve human problems and ensure human health; the limits of human intervention in the genome of living beings; problems of maintaining the balance of the ecosystem; moral and legal status of the embryo, which is used as a resource material in biotechnological research. The attitude of different religions to biotechnological research and experiments with embryonic stem cells is also considered. The question of the impossibility of obtaining economic benefits from the human body, including the unborn and its parts, is becoming more acute.

This article is devoted to the formation of ancient images of people. Human image always has historical and cultural meaning and manifests itself differently in different epochs. Forming the image of man, ancient philosophy tried to put people on a new level of comprehension, for it began to attach special characteristics to people, such as comprehension, freedom, language, worldly life, spirituality, corporality, thus isolating them from nature.

The article is devoted to studying the logical and epistemological issues, in particular the laws of thinking in the creative heritage of the representatives of Kyiv theological-academic philosophy of the XIX century, such as V. Karpov, J. Mikhnevych, O. Novytsky, P. Linytsky. The central problem of the article is the theoretical search for ideological origins of understanding the essence, place and significance of the laws of thinking in human cognitive activity. The authors of the article focus on studying the creative heritage only of those personalities who had their own textbooks on logic, although the lectures were delivered without exception by all professors of philosophy of the KTA. This approach to the problem is associated with a number of difficulties, because in the textbooks it was difficult to find the thinker's own position on a particular problem. Despite this, the positions of professors differ significantly from each other. And we tried to prove it. The aim of the study was to clarify the ideological coincidence and at the same time fundamental differences of the main statements on understanding the essence, place and significance of the laws of thinking in human cognitive activity in the creative heritage of professors of the Kyiv Theological Academy. This goal was realized in the following tasks. to analyze the main ideas of works on the logic by K. Karpov, J. Mikhnevych, O. Novytsky, P. Linytsky and to reveal their worldview preferences; find ideological coincidences among the main statements of their theoretical preferences; to substantiate the fact of the influence of the Western European philosophical tradition on the philosophers of the Kyiv school of theological-academic philosophy of the XIX – early XX centuries

The article is devoted to philosophical research progress of religious life trends in the conditions of transformation of Ukrainian society. Exerting a charitable influence on the expansion and strengthening of national self-consciousness and the development of our state, the Ukrainian Churches must gain strength from the powerful influx of the national idea and the progress of Ukrainian statehood. On the other hand, the great paradigm shift observed in the period of important transformational social changes should include in its dialogue the Ukrainian interpretation of Orthodoxy as a basis for the cultural self-identification of the Ukrainian people.

RESEARCH OF PROPENSITY TO AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR AMONG SCHOOLCHILDREN AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS 小学生和大学生在紧急情况下攻击行为倾向的研究

The purpose of the article is to study the influence of emergency factors on the tenden-cy to aggressive behaviour among students. We conducted a study in Ukraine during 2016-2020 in emergency situations. In 2016, for the third year in a row, a military emergency situation con-tinued in eastern Ukraine, which left its mark on all the country's youth. In 2020, young people were exposed to a medical and biological emergency due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We made two diagnostic sections, respectively, in 2016 and 2020 using the same method of "Aggressive behaviour" (according to E. Ilin and P. Kovaliov). The results of the study show that there is a direct connection between a young person's stay in an emergency situation and an increase in the level of aggressive behaviour, in particular direct, physical one. Therefore, in emergency situations, it is necessary to develop and implement programs for the socio-psychological and pedagogical rehabilitation of young people.
