Hyperspectral imagery (HSI) has high spectral dimensionality which presents a serious challenge to HSI processing, and so reduction of dimensionality is necessary. Band selection (BS) is one of the categories of dimensionality reduction methods. Existing BS methods have expensive cost, need prior information or only cater for classification. In order to get an efficient and unsupervised BS method for spectral unmixing, two aspects work are done. First, original N-FINDR algorithm is greatly improved by substituting volume calculation for distance test. Second, the improved N-FINDR algorithm is used to construct an unsupervised BS method for spectral unmixing. Both theory and experiments prove that the new unsupervised BS method is very effective

In the research area of traveler information service under intelligent transportation systems (ITS), while studying how to provide travelers real-time information we must consider how to satisfy travelers' personal demands for their personal differences. The content of personalized information service is analyzed in this paper. The concept of advanced information service has been put forward from the aspect of information service level. Decision tree approach of data mining is adopted to get travelers' personal information demands, used agent technology to establish the model of information service terminal and defined the functions of the components. Based on the mobile terminals the information service network has been established, and the architecture model of information service network has also been presented

Ships' vertical motion caused by random disturbances of ocean wave is unsafe for navigation and carrier planes' takeoff and landing. To reduce the vertical motion and give an effective control for ship's motion pose, an intelligent model of ship's vertical motion is needed. With the experimental data, based on the self-organizing radial basis function neural network, an intelligent model of vertical motion which can self-adapt with navigating speed, navigating course and ocean condition is presented. The automatic configuration and learning of the network are carried out by using a self-organizing learning algorithm. The results of simulation indicate that the performance of self-organizing radial basis function neural network is better than that of the radial basis function neural network without self-organizing learning

This paper considers the uncontrolled priority inversion problem occurs when a higher-priority thread is suspended because a lower-priority thread has a needed resource. A new strategy is presented to prevent uncontrolled priority inversion which integrates the priority inheritance protocol, the priority ceiling protocol, and the task classification based upon the priority of their subtasks relative to the task into preemption threshold scheduling. The new strategy provides schedulability improvement and reduces the excessive preemption overhead

In this paper a novel algorithm is proposed for the spacecraft detection and relative navigation problems. The main contents of this algorithm are studied as following: (i) detection algorithm by using mathematical morphology (MM). In spacecraft detection and information extraction by using MM transformation, how to design a reasonable structuring element according to the shape of spacecraft entities and its transformation information is very important, (ii) relative navigation algorithm based-on conformal geometric algebra (CGA). CGA allows to higher order entities (lines, planes, circles, spheres) in the same manner as with points. It is a novel way to deal with 2D-3D pose estimation problem. The description of spacecraft entities and its transformation based-on CGA will be studied, (iii) combining detection with relative navigation organically. Using the theory of spacecraft dynamics and spacecraft entities transformation information, we provide a new thought to construct and reconstruct dynamically structuring elements. The reasonable decomposition of structuring element for spacecraft features detection and providing the spacecraft entities transformation information based-on CGA theory can assure relative navigation to be combined with detection organically

One of the executive machines of MicroSim (reaction wheels) is used to realize the damping mode of micro-satellite. The task of the damping mode is to stop the rotational motion of the microsatellite in each of the three axes. And the simulation result is given under the damping control mode

The time-delay dependent robust dissipative control problem for a class of time-delay systems with nonlinear perturbations is discussed. Firstly we establish the time-delay robust dissipative criterion for the systems by the matrix inequalities, and point out the bound of the time-delay. Then we get the time-delay dependent robust dissipative memoryless state feedback controller and time-delay state feedback controller. At last we testify the feasibility of the theorems by the numerical examples

This paper constructs a template for description of global image feature by integrating matching methods of grayscale and geometry feature, selecting feature point set depending on partial texture energy distribution and utilizing geometrical constraints among points. The matching between real-time image and reference image is realized through stepwise refinement method. The first step is a coarse search by feature point set matching. Fine registrations include cluster analysis and close object matching. Compared with traditional image matching algorithm, feature point set algorithm can improve matching speed and closed object matching can meet the precision requirement. Its practicability has been proved by simulated experiments

Servicer is required to fast attitude capture after capturing/releasing target. Considering the variable model and nonzero initial angular rate, the paper presents a model independent control law to realize the attitude capture by a move-to-rest eigenaxis rotation. The law adopts the attitude information and the deviation information of eigenaxis to enable the servicer to perform attitude capture rapidly within constraints of slew rate and control torque by the cascade-saturation control logic. Finally, a simulation is also illustrated, and the results prove that the law has validity and reliability

FSK (frequency-shift keying) IF (intermediate frequency) digital receiver based on FPGA (field programmable gate array) technique is studied. With compared to fixed analog circuits, FPGA can offer more system flexibility, programmability than fixed analog systems. Bandpass sampling, DDC and CORDIC digital phase discrimination techniques are adopted, which are implemented in FPGA. Its performance is investigated over practical signal. The experiments results show that the performance of it is almost same as that of optimal noncoherent receiver. The highlight is that the receiver proposed can offer more system flexibility, programmability than fixed analog systems
