У результаті проведеного аналізу встановлено, що розмір площі земельної ділянки здійснює вплив на кінцеві результати діяльності домогосподарств оскільки раціональне використання земель вимагає значних матеріальних витрат, які не завжди є у домогосподарств, а наймані працівники відіграють значну роль у діяльності домогосподарств оскільки від рівня їх кваліфікації залежить ефективність функціонування домогосподарства. Проаналізовано вплив розміру земельної ділянки та кількості найманих працівників на результати діяльності домогосподарств за допомогою кореляційно-регресійного аналізу. Визначено наявність тісного взаємозв'язку між кількістю найманих працівників та обсягом реалізованої продукції домогосподарствами зернових та зернобобових культу. Встановлено відсутність залежності обсягу реалізації продукції рослинництва від розміру площі земельної ділянки домогосподарств. Визначено пряму залежність між розміром земельної ділянки та рівнем продажу продукції тваринництва. Розраховано модель багатовимірної регресії. Складено тести на гетероскедастичність ARCH та наявність автокореляції залишків Дарбіна-Уотсона, у результаті яких встановлено відсутність гетероскедастичності та автокореляції залишків, що говорить про високий рівень якості отриманої моделі.

The article deals with the practical aspects of providing consulting services for renting and selling commercial real estate in the Dnieper region market, examines the subjects of commercial real estate market, namely intermediary organizations providing consulting services, whose activity becomes the most profitable on the one hand, on the other hand. often a very specific activity in an underdeveloped and transparent market that is currently unable to meet the needs of tenants or investors. This is a relatively new problem that is emerging and growing today. The example of Street Market in the city of Dnipro looks at traditional consulting services that play a significant role in the firm's activities and analyzes the introduction of innovative consulting services due to the fact that traditional services can no longer meet the needs of the modern real estate market. The introduction of innovative consulting services requires the formation of new databases, training of employees because, some services provided by the company are unique.

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological principles of determining the essence of the staff capacity of a higher education institution. The content of the categories "personnel", "staff", "human resources", and "potential" is considered. It is proposed to interpret the human resources potential of the institution of higher education as a set of psychophysiological characteristics, personal qualities, and professional competencies of its employees, which determine their possible degree of participation in achieving strategic (educational, scientific, and social) goals of the organization. The essence of the key elements of the given definition (psychophysiological characteristics, personal qualities, and professional competencies) is detailed. The personal-psychological, professionalqualification, intellectual, and social-organizational components of the personnel potential of the higher education institution are distinguished. The changing nature of staff capacity is characterized. It is proved that rationally formed and implemented personnel policy will be the key to quality accumulation, efficient use, and stable development of staff capacity of higher education institutions. It is determined that spreading of practices of rational management of staff capacity will help increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian higher education institutions and have a positive impact on the quality of higher education in the country.

To diagnose the economic security of Donetsk economic region the method of taxonomic analysis (while determining the integrated indicator of the economic security level of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts) and the dynamic two-factor matrix "the economic security level — the strategy" have been used. The obtained results allowed the author to conclude that the situation in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts in terms of their economic security level has deteriorated. As of the end of 2018, according to the taxonomic indicator the economic security of Donetsk Oblast is characterized as satisfactory, and the economic security of Luhansk Oblast — as unsatisfactory. The application of the matrix "the economic security level — the strategy" allowed to choose the effective economic security strategy for the study region. Thus, as of 2018, the oblasts are in the "Danger Zone", which corresponds to the transformation strategy. The results of the analysis of the approved economic development strategies of the oblasts through 2027 indicate the compliance of the defined strategic goals and operational measures to the content of the transformation strategy. The implementation of this strategy will allow the Donetsk economic region to transform the region's economy — adapted to external environment and internal challenges and opportunities — in order to achieve the key goal, that is the standard of living and human development, which is the basis of any economic security strategy.
