Metal rubber is a kind of special metal, made of wire through a special technology with high damping and porous, it has the common advantages of metal and rubber, having a good foreground in application. The whole procedure used two CCD cameras captures the images of metal rubber sample surface subjected to various loadings, using three-dimensions digital correlation technology to analyze pictures. This measurement method has many advantages, high accuracy, non-contact, general illumination and so all, it also solves some previous issues that 2D-DIC can only measure the planar and the camera must be perpendicular to the specimen. Comparing images under each load with the corresponding image of the initial state, it can acquire the whole displacement nephogram, and then the stress-strain will be obtained according to the size of the sample and load, the slope of each set of applied stress versus measured strain data is calculated by least-squares linear regression. The elastic moduli obtained from DIC, are compared to that determined from the universal testing machine, which shows they are in good accordance with each other.

In this paper, a novel simulation method of the three-phase phase-controlled rectifier bridge load is proposed. This method is very important for power electronic load (PEL) to test the power quality. About this content, there are few articles mentioned. Through the detailed analysis of three-phase phase-controlled rectifier bridge characteristics, a kind of load simulation algorithm is proposed. The algorithm can meet the requirements of simulation in different thyristor trigger angles. A current tracking control strategy of proportional controller and repetitive controller is put forward, which can improve the accuracy of the load simulation. Simulation and experiment verify the accuracy of the load instruction current algorithm, and the effectiveness of the current loop control strategy.

In this paper, a novel dual-motor driving electric power steering (EPS) system for commercial vehicle is proposed. The parameters matching, system structure, and power-assistance characteristics of this dual-motor EPS system are designed according to a commercial vehicle. The power distribution scheme and fault-tolerant control algorithm are designed. Simulation results show that the power steering performance of commercial vehicle is greatly improved by the dual-motor driving EPS. And the fault tolerant control strategy can improve the reliability of the EPS system.

As a new way of power transmission, wireless power transmission (WPT) technology has an influence on the sides of lives, medical treatment, etc. In this paper, we did model analysis and simulation using its equivalent circuit model, which is on the basis of existed WPT technology. According to the most widely used MCR-WPT technology, we have built two-coil model and done simulation analysis so as to obtain magnetic induction intensity around the system. We can assess safety performance of this technology compared with national safety standard, so as to eliminate people's concerns. And we also build MCR-WPT test apparatus, which can lay foundation for subsequent experiments.

In order to study the effect of removing the filter capacitor in the rectifier circuit on the steady-state performances of the permanent magnet direct current motor, simulation analysis and experimental research were accomplished according to a rated voltage 300V DC, 180W, 2-poles permanent magnet direct current motor. The motor was fed by three different methods. The first method is to use standard DC power supply, the second method is to use DC from rectifier circuit with filter capacitor supplied by 220V AC, and the third method is to use DC from rectifier circuit without filter capacitor supplied by 220V AC. The results indicate that the performances of the first two methods are almost the same and the third method shows larger fluctuation of the supply voltage, electromagnetic torque and armature current, etc., lower speed, worse reversing performance, stronger vibration, louder noise and lower system efficiency.

Smart home is an important applicable field of Internet of Things. In line with the applicable demands and features of smart home, a design of smart home control system by Internet of Things based on ZigBee has been advanced in this paper. In the proposed system, LM3S8962 32-bit processor is used as the main controller to complete the design of embedded WEB server. Meanwhile, a number of things have adopted in the program design, such as RTX operating system in RL-ARM real time database, Common Gateway Interface function and Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol. A variety of tasks of the system function module can be completed by RTX operating system. The information exchange between the client side and the server side can be realized by Common Gateway Interface technology. Ethernet communication can be implemented by Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol. What's more, ZigBee wireless communication module is applied for the local communication, and it can send and receive the transmission information between the main controller and the various home appliances. The experimental results show that remote monitoring appliance can be realized. And the proposed smart home control system is simple and feasible, which can be widely used in smart home remote monitoring.

Distribution network and power users are most closely linked. Planning distribution network reasonably, making the use of electricity energy safe, reliable, efficient as well as taking the economic and environmental development into account at the same time will become a general direction of current distribution network research. So considering the economy of distribution network in distribution network planning, highlighting the distribution network planning with energy saving purpose is the purpose and significance of this article. There are many ways of energy saving. Nowadays many developed countries are using a concept called EPP. Energy efficiency power plant (EPP) is a kind of virtual power plan. EPP reached the actual effect of power plant construction by reducing the power demand of terminal electric equipments to generate a "surplus" power. It is to install some electricity efficiency equipments in the electricity demand side to achieve the actual effect. Through the study of this topic, the author summarizes a set of methods for distribution network planning with energy efficiency plant and designs a reasonable distribution network planning solutions so as to improve the efficiency of electricity with the help of MATLAB tools.

3D partial face recognition under missing parts, occlusions and data corruptions is a major challenge for the practical application of the techniques of 3D face recognition. Moreover, one individual can only provide one sample for training in most practical scenarios, and thus the face recognition with single sample problem is another highly challenging task. We propose an efficient framework for 3D partial face recognition with single sample addressing both of the two problems. First, we represent a facial scan with a set of keypoint based local geometrical descriptors, which gains sufficient robustness to partial facial data along with expression/pose variations. Then, a two-step modified collaborative representation classification scheme is proposed to address the single sample recognition problem. A class-based probability estimation is given during the first classification step, and the obtained result is then incorporated into the modified collaborative representation classification as a locality constraint to improve its classification performance. Extensive experiments on the Bosphorus and FRGC v2.0 datasets demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach when addressing the problem of 3D partial face recognition with single sample.

This paper presents a new Maximum Power Loss Sensitivity (MPLS) method and Modified Plant Growth Simulation Algorithm (MPGSA) to find the optimal placement and size of Distributed Generation (DG). This study aims to reduce the total power loss and to improve the voltage profile. The proposed solution method has two steps: first, the MPLS is used to select the optimal position of the DG. Second, the MPGSA is used to find the optimal capacity of DG and then applied on an IEEE 33-bus system. However, this proposal can be implemented for renewable and non-renewable DGs. The results of the proposed algorithm were superior to the other methods in terms of minimizing the power loss and enhancing the voltage profile.

The conventional linear extended state space predictive control(ESSPC) is an effective method to control linear systems. However, the linear ESSPC can not handle the plant which is characterized by nonlinearity. To deal with the nonlinear behavior of boiler-turbine system, in this paper, an improved ESSPC based on T-S fuzzy model is proposed. Firstly, T-S fuzzy model is chosen to describe the global nonlinearity of boiler-turbine system and its structure is given. Then, the algorithm of the ESSPC based on T-S fuzzy model is discussed. Finally, the method is applied into the boiler-turbine system and the contrast with conventional ESSPC is presented. Simulation results show that the proposed approach can achieve much better performance in a wide range operation of boiler-turbine system than the conventional ESSPC with fixed model.

However, the linear ESSPC can not handle the plant which is characterized by nonlinearity. To deal with the nonlinear behavior of boiler-turbine system, in this paper, an improved ESSPC based on T-S fuzzy model is proposed. Firstly, T-S fuzzy model is chosen to describe the global nonlinearity of boiler-turbine system and its structure is given. Then, the algorithm of the ESSPC based on T-S fuzzy model is discussed. Finally, the method is applied into the boiler-turbine system and the contrast with conventional ESSPC is presented.
