O presente artigo objetiva compreender como os elementos que constituem a linguagem foram percebidos e estudados ao longo da historia humana, a luz de um estudo bibliografico. Para isso, partimos da filosofia grega classica ate o surgimento da linguistica nos seculos XIX e XX. O desenvolvimento da linguagem, utilizando como marco inicial o emprego da imagem, representada pelas pinturas rupestres produzidas na pre-historia, em que os primeiros humanos registaram seu cotidiano, ate o surgimento da escrita cuneiforme e as transformacoes desta, que possibilitaram o surgimento do alfabeto como o conhecemos atualmente. O ser humano, desde sua genese, buscou maneiras de compreender e ser compreendido. Isso possibilitou que a comunicacao atingisse diferentes estagios, esteada em tecnicas diversas, mas com o objetivo comum, de perpetuar seus feitos, narrar as agruras de sua trajetoria e demarcar o estabelecimento das sociedades e da civilizacao.

Yolanda Arroyo Pizarro epistemologias negras caribenhas 约兰达·阿罗约·皮萨罗加勒比黑人认识论

This text invests in the discussion about the epistemic production established by contemporary black Caribbean intellectuals. For this study, select an essay from the collection Tongas, palenques y quilombos: ensaios y columnas de afroresistencia by Yolanda Arroyo Pizarro (2013). It is a work consisting of essays, conferences and interviews in which the Puerto Rican author revisits the colonial past in the Hispanic Caribbean and, in addition, reveals stories of women's insurgencies desde las ancestras. Based on these considerations, it demonstrates how other narratives come into dispute with the official historiography. That said, the article argues that Arroyo Pizarro proposes new political-epistemic articulations and constructions in opposition to hegemonic epistemologies. Therefore, in order to seek theoretical references relevant to the understanding of the text within the possibility of thinking about the proposition of black Caribbean epistemologies; political-epistemic insurgency; black epistemic insurgencies; dialogues with thinkers Catherine Walsh (2008, 2009) and Grada Kilomba (2019).

Articulações estéticas entre narrativas literárias e imagéticas a escravidão em uma perspectiva histórica 文学叙事与历史视角下奴隶制形象的美学衔接

Este artigo tem por objetivo uma reflexao sobre as esteticas literarias e imageticas, enquanto formas linguisticas, que se debrucam a escravidao. Entre as producoes analisadas, propomos um debate que circunda as questoes de genero e raca, a partir de uma postulacao teorico-comparativa entre as imagens de Jean-Baptiste Debret (1818, 1822, 1827, 1835), Henry Chambertain (1830), Francis Meynell (1845) e Tarsila do Amaral (1930) e as letras de Maria Firmina dos Reis (2018), Angela Davis (2016), Eduardo de Assis Duarte (2017), Sidney Chalhoub (2018), Herbert Klein (2018) e Keila Grinberg (2018), dialogamos perspectivas que se debrucaram a discutir a suposta condicao de inferioridade e a representacao do negro, inseridos em uma logica de construcao de poder e controle sobre o outro.

Algunas reflexiones surgidas del proceso editorial de una revista de la Asociacion del Movimiento de Agentes Agroforestales de Acre (AMAAIAC), editada para conmemorar los veinte anos del curso de formacion tecnica para estos agentes por parte de la Comision Pro-Indio do Acre. El trabajo grafico con las distintas textualidades incorporadas en la revista trajo un aprendizaje en el campo de la edicion y literatura indigena, en su diferencia, especialmente en la materia relacionada con los cuadernos de campo, diarios de trabajo, de agentes agroforestales en formacion. El contacto con la literatura indigena, con otros territorios o escenarios diversos en un mundo heterogeneo, brinda a los lectores el acceso a diferentes esteticas y expresiones artisticas.

Este estudo advem da pesquisa intitulada Generos textuais e cotidiano: desvelando a Cruzeiro do Sul-Acre das paginas de “O JURUA” (de 1953 a 1962), apresentada no Curso de Mestrado do Programa de Pos-Graduacao em Letras: Linguagem e Identidade, da Universidade Federal do Acre. Essa pesquisa abriu um leque de possibilidades de analise no campo da linguagem. Nessa perspectiva, os generos discursivos, considerados como elementos fundamentais no processo de construcao do enunciado e, consequentemente, do discurso, foram estudados de forma mais especifica, a luz do pensamento bakhtiniano, com contribuicoes de Marcuschi (2008). Este artigo, portanto, trata de realizar uma analise de alguns textos do jornal O Jurua, relacionando a nocao de genero do discurso com a producao de sentidos em torno de duas tematicas: o indio e o seringueiro.

Forma, sentido e alteridade apontamentos sobre o estatuto da palavra em Charaudeau e Volóchinov 形式,意义和他者在Charaudeau和volchinov中关于这个词地位的注释

The word attached to alterity and to the (co)production of meaning seems to be the touchstone of either Bakhtin and his Circle’s sociological method, and Patrick Charaudeau’s semiolinguistic approach. This paper’s objective is to discuss the relationship between alterity, form and meaning to the cited authors. In order to achieve this objective, we underwent a bibliographic research, eliciting the word as an analytic category. First, we present a review of Charaudeau’s double semiotization process and communicative contract, taking into account both general and immediate alterity relationship regarding the selection of words in the utterance. Then, we review Volochinov’s proposition of the ideological nature of the sign as well as its specific mobility; theme and signification. Finally, we intertwine our discussion through the constructs of social representations and ideology, analyzing the status of form in the creation of meanings in face to the other.

Um papel para os indígenas esboços do Instituto Histórico e Geográfico Brasileiro impressos em O Guarani 在瓜拉尼印刷的巴西历史和地理研究所的土著素描

This article aims to revisit the 19th century discussions that are present in the work O Guarani (The Guarany, a Brazilian novel), written by Jose de Alencar, throughout the year 1857. Through a bibliographical research, it demonstrates the close relationship between the indigenous project of the Brazilian Historical and Geographical Institute (IHGB) and the “alencarian” indigenous archetypes. Based on historiographical observations by Guimaraes (1988) and Moreira (2010), it is understood that the IHGB debates, under the auspices of the Second Reign, marked out three main topics: 1) the place of the indigenous in the national territory; 2) the legitimation of the Portuguese Empire and legacy; and 3) the issue of miscegenation. Supported by Maingueneau’s concept of “interdiscursivity” (2014), thus, here it is presented quotients from an interdiscursive study, whose guiding question is the influence of historiography in an indigenous novel.

Situando as relações raciais e representações sobre mestiçagem em escolas acrianas 定位种族关系和混血儿在学校的表现

This article presents the results from a research that analysed the teaching practices of history and afro-brazilian and african culture. It aims at understanding how teachers and school staff from four public schools in Rio Branco, State of Acre, Brazil, implemented the policy regarding the theme addressed by the law n. 10.639/2003. Focal groups were conducted with teachers and school staff. The results point out that the actions taken by teachers and school management members  are influenced by their beliefs concerning race, racism, racial discrimination, local historic education and multiple heritage. Their actions mediate the importance of the implementation of a school curriculum and policies towards the teaching of history and Afro-Brazilian and african culture. The denial of racial discrimination becomes one of the mechanisms for non-implementing the prescriptions for teaching history and Afro-Brazilian and African culture.

“A gente faz a faculdade... pra criança normal” representações sociais de educadoras sobre as diferenças “我们上大学……对于正常的孩子"教育工作者对差异的社会表征

From two surveys in public early childhood education schools, the social representations of educators around differences in relation to childhood is highlighted. A theoretical-methodological cartographic perspective is assumed that dialogues with the assumptions of the Social Theory Representations. Some challenges stand out for the strengthening of a democratic State of law, since childhood, since the main result of the studies show social representations about some differences as "assumed" by the teachers for a political-pedagogical positioning, while others do not make up the same priority status or within the scope of the school's social function. It is essential to defend that differences (in their various aspects) should be made visible and debated, in the direction of Education in Human Rights, with a view to expanded social justice and the fullness of childhoods. In this sense, the decolonial pedagogy becomes central to the process of creating counter hegemonies.

RACIALIZAÇÃO DA CIÊNCIA E DO ESPAÇO EM PRÁTICAS INTERCULTURAIS 跨文化实践中的科学和空间种族化

O objetivo desse artigo e problematizar como se operam a racializacao da ciencia e do espaco para pensar as relacoes que envolvem as praticas interculturais.  A partir de autores como Gustavo Fonseca, Anibal Quijano, Rogerio Haesbaert, Alberto Chirif, dentre outros, desenvolve-se uma reflexao em torno de configuracoes sociais marcadas por relacoes coloniais que definem conhecimentos cientificos e nao cientificos, e lugares sociais a partir de seus lugares raciais. Para tanto, primeiramente, se apresenta uma analise do sobre o discurso cientifico moderno e como tal discurso deslegitima outros conhecimentos, em especial, os amerindios. Em um segundo momento, apresenta-se uma analise sobre a racializacao do espaco e suas implicacoes em praticas interculturais.  Mais do que um enclave em uma estrutura de conhecimento colonial, interessa pensar a diferenca como, como constitutiva das relacoes sociais e como base para uma ciencia outra.
本文的目的是讨论如何操作科学的种族化和空间来思考涉及跨文化实践的关系。从Gustavo Fonseca, Anibal Quijano, Rogerio Haesbaert, Alberto Chirif等作家,它发展了一种对社会结构的反思,这些社会结构以殖民关系为标志,定义了科学和非科学知识,以及从他们的种族位置的社会场所。为此,首先,我们分析了现代科学话语,以及这种话语如何使其他知识,特别是美洲印第安人失去合法性。其次,我们分析了空间的种族化及其对跨文化实践的影响。不仅仅是殖民知识结构中的飞地,人们感兴趣的是将差异视为社会关系的组成部分和另一门科学的基础。
