Urban brands include five major elements. The communication strategy of cultural brands strives to inform the audience of new value points and the brand image that they want to convey, so as to maximize the urban brand image during the communication process. At this level, urban brand communication strategies permeate the basic elements of each communication. This article takes the ”health Guangzhou” cultural brand as an example and analyzes how to achieve the best communication effect in the context of all media.

With the development of economy, more and more enterprises realize the importance of supply chain management. If enterprises want to win in the fierce competition, they should not only pay attention to the competition of products, but also pay attention to the competition of supply chain. Based on the survey of the general situation of Jimei Nuo garment industry, this paper analyzes the current situation of Jimei clothing industry’s supply chain and finds that Jimei has some problems in supply chain management, such as insufficient input in supply chain, single online logistics channel and low sharing degree of online and offline logistics information. According to the above problem, this paper proposes some suggestions to enhance the market competitiveness of the Jimei Nuo Company.

This paper takes Julu County of Hebei province as a research area, through calculation and analysis of the growth elasticity coefficient of population and urban and rural construction land in Julu County, determines the type of land use trend in Julu County. Through calculation and analysis of the elastic coefficient of the GDP and the growth of construction land, the contribution of the GDP and the growth of construction land, the type of land use trend in Julu County is determined. The calculation results show that the population grew, land use grew, and PEI1 = 0.19 <1, judging that the trend of land use type that matches the population development and construction land changes of Julu County is extensive. Regional GDP grew, land use grew, EEI1 = 9.14> γ (6.02), and ECI1 = 0.93 <1, judging that the land use trend of Julu County is extensive type. Suggestions for intensive use of construction land are raised: (1) Establish and improve the human-land linkage mechanism and incentive and restraint mechanism for tapping potentials; (2) Make the most of idle land; (3) Strengthen dynamic monitoring and early warning of intensive land use.

The emergency management of crane has received widespread attention from the industry. Most accidents are sudden events that will cause huge loss of life and property. Based on the emergency rescue process, this paper constructs a performance evaluation index system for emergency plans for crane from three aspects: emergency preparation, emergency operation and post-processing, and uses the improved fuzzy grey correlation model to evaluate the emergency plan of crane. First, use fuzzy theory to quantify the indicators. Then, use the entropy weight method to objectively weight the indicators, and use gray correlation to determine the priority of the scheme. Finally, the effectiveness of the model and method was demonstrated using the emergency plan assessment of the crane.

Based on the POI data of kindergartens in the six districts of Xi’an City, this research mainly investigated the coupling relationship between the distribution of kindergartens and the daily life of residents by spatial analysis methods. Results show that: (1) there are “more kindergartens in the downtown areas while fewer in outskirts and these kindergartens are obviously distributed from northeast to southwest; (2) the spatial distribution of kindergartens is uneven. That is, Weiyang District has the most kindergartens, followed by Yanta District, and then the rest of the four districts; (3) The service scopes of kindergartens are overlapped, that is, the distance between the kindergartens and the service objects is less than 300m. In addition, some kindergartens are not reasonably located. (4) The number and distribution of kindergartens do not match the population density and birth rate, and the balance between supply and demand cannot be guaranteed.

Data-driven approach is important for a wide variety of building energy applications including prediction, management, optimization, and predictive control. Due to the large-scale deployment of smart meters in buildings and the technology advance in machine learning techniques, machine learning models are becoming an integral part of building energy management platforms. The development and deployment of machine learning models is of utter importance to the efficient operation of buildings. The study found that there are deficiencies in the quality evaluation methods of machine learning model systems. From a software engineering perspective, the deployment process can be divided into requirements, design and validation. This paper proposed a quality model for machine learning building energy systems which can be used in the quality assurance of development of the system.

Nowadays, the vulnerability in the software upgrade process are extremely harmful to network security. However, the detection of upgrade vulnerability is facing serious difficulties and problems. Aiming at the current software upgrade vulnerability analysis problem, we propose a neural network model for traffic classification based on two levels of data packets and network flows. This method does not need to manually extract features and can learn the dependency relationship between data packets and networks well. It can make full use of comprehensive flow features for traffic classification. In order to evaluate the model, we built a dataset of software upgrade vulnerabilities and conducted relevant experiments on the CICIDS 2017 dataset. The experimental results show that compared with other RNN models, our model has the best performance, reaching a precision of 99.86% and an F1 score of 99.44%. At the same time, based on the pre-trained model, we use the software upgrade vulnerability dataset to fine-tuning the model, with the F1 score reaching 99.78%.

As the college’s training scale continues to expand, the trainees’ behavior safety supervision has become more and more important. The college constructs the safety supervision mechanism by optimizing the organizational structure, improving the safety rules and regulations, clarifying the supervision process and raising the staff’s safety ability. Oriented to the weak links of safety supervision, the construction of safety supervision mechanism demonstrates the highlights of refining the quantified assessment, improving the early warning, and strengthening the data monitoring, thus improving the trainee safety management as well as helping the realization of new employees training objectives.
