The security management of information system refers to the establishment of effective protection mechanism for hardware, software and data in the system to ensure the normal operation of the system, free from accidental or malicious reasons, such as: damage, change, disclosure and other acts or natural factors, to ensure that the system can operate continuously and reliably, and the user-oriented service is not interrupted. In view of the current situation of frequent network security problems, unclear security situation and weak security awareness, this paper proposes and implements an information system security management system based on big data technology under the micro service mode. This system takes information system security operation and maintenance protection as the core idea, combined with data collection, collection and processing, resource allocation, health monitoring, information mining, situation analysis, emergency response as the technical main body, and provides an implementable security management system construction method for software security under the micro service architecture. The application results in this study show that the construction of the system greatly reduces the total work of the operation and maintenance personnel, improves the effective monitoring of the system by the management personnel, and plays a positive role in promoting the security maintenance of the entire information system.

Utilizing vehicles' previous transmitted motion information through information communication technologies (ICT) wirelessly an anticipation-memory (AM) car following model is derived to investigate the effects of anticipating driving behaviour on vehicles' position, velocity, acceleration. The changes of space headway, velocity differences, and memory of driving to the preceding vehicle are presented as a parameters of driving anticipation in autonomous and connected vehicles (ACV) environment. The linear stability is carried out to study the qualitative properties of the AM model. The linear and nonlinear analysis support our newly developed model to illustrate the anticipation driving parameter based on previous motion information as feedback of driving in V2V environment which can effectively enhance the traffic flow stability, and the capacity of roads. All results depict that the AM model can potentially decrease the velocity fluctuations in a traffic flow system comparing to previous existing models.

In the process of teaching in colleges and universities, physical education is a very important part, which can lay a foundation for the society to cultivate comprehensive talents. There are some safety risks in physical education in colleges and universities, and affected by many factors, students are easy to be hurt in physical activities. Therefore, college physical education needs to strengthen the control and management of safety risk factors, so as to effectively protect the safety of students. This article mainly analyzed the safety risk factors of college physical education, outlined the definition and specific concepts of safety risk management of physical education, introduced the main categories of safety risk factors of physical education, and proposed specific countermeasures for the risk management, so as to provide some reference for related educators.

Based on the POI data of kindergartens in the six districts of Xi’an City, this research mainly investigated the coupling relationship between the distribution of kindergartens and the daily life of residents by spatial analysis methods. Results show that: (1) there are “more kindergartens in the downtown areas while fewer in outskirts and these kindergartens are obviously distributed from northeast to southwest; (2) the spatial distribution of kindergartens is uneven. That is, Weiyang District has the most kindergartens, followed by Yanta District, and then the rest of the four districts; (3) The service scopes of kindergartens are overlapped, that is, the distance between the kindergartens and the service objects is less than 300m. In addition, some kindergartens are not reasonably located. (4) The number and distribution of kindergartens do not match the population density and birth rate, and the balance between supply and demand cannot be guaranteed.

With the development of economy, more and more enterprises realize the importance of supply chain management. If enterprises want to win in the fierce competition, they should not only pay attention to the competition of products, but also pay attention to the competition of supply chain. Based on the survey of the general situation of Jimei Nuo garment industry, this paper analyzes the current situation of Jimei clothing industry’s supply chain and finds that Jimei has some problems in supply chain management, such as insufficient input in supply chain, single online logistics channel and low sharing degree of online and offline logistics information. According to the above problem, this paper proposes some suggestions to enhance the market competitiveness of the Jimei Nuo Company.

This paper takes Julu County of Hebei province as a research area, through calculation and analysis of the growth elasticity coefficient of population and urban and rural construction land in Julu County, determines the type of land use trend in Julu County. Through calculation and analysis of the elastic coefficient of the GDP and the growth of construction land, the contribution of the GDP and the growth of construction land, the type of land use trend in Julu County is determined. The calculation results show that the population grew, land use grew, and PEI1 = 0.19 <1, judging that the trend of land use type that matches the population development and construction land changes of Julu County is extensive. Regional GDP grew, land use grew, EEI1 = 9.14> γ (6.02), and ECI1 = 0.93 <1, judging that the land use trend of Julu County is extensive type. Suggestions for intensive use of construction land are raised: (1) Establish and improve the human-land linkage mechanism and incentive and restraint mechanism for tapping potentials; (2) Make the most of idle land; (3) Strengthen dynamic monitoring and early warning of intensive land use.

The emergency management of crane has received widespread attention from the industry. Most accidents are sudden events that will cause huge loss of life and property. Based on the emergency rescue process, this paper constructs a performance evaluation index system for emergency plans for crane from three aspects: emergency preparation, emergency operation and post-processing, and uses the improved fuzzy grey correlation model to evaluate the emergency plan of crane. First, use fuzzy theory to quantify the indicators. Then, use the entropy weight method to objectively weight the indicators, and use gray correlation to determine the priority of the scheme. Finally, the effectiveness of the model and method was demonstrated using the emergency plan assessment of the crane.

Urban brands include five major elements. The communication strategy of cultural brands strives to inform the audience of new value points and the brand image that they want to convey, so as to maximize the urban brand image during the communication process. At this level, urban brand communication strategies permeate the basic elements of each communication. This article takes the ”health Guangzhou” cultural brand as an example and analyzes how to achieve the best communication effect in the context of all media.

Data-driven approach is important for a wide variety of building energy applications including prediction, management, optimization, and predictive control. Due to the large-scale deployment of smart meters in buildings and the technology advance in machine learning techniques, machine learning models are becoming an integral part of building energy management platforms. The development and deployment of machine learning models is of utter importance to the efficient operation of buildings. The study found that there are deficiencies in the quality evaluation methods of machine learning model systems. From a software engineering perspective, the deployment process can be divided into requirements, design and validation. This paper proposed a quality model for machine learning building energy systems which can be used in the quality assurance of development of the system.
