The progress of the times promotes the improvement of people’s living standards. Innovation is the first driving force for development. Science and technology have promoted the reform of people’s traditions. China’s car ownership is showing a trend of increasing year by year. Cars are now the most important means of transportation for people, but the speed of urbanization is accelerating, there are blind spots in the public transportation system line, and the growing population and taxis in some big cities. The number is not proportional, which has led to the emergence of shared modes of bicycles in the new form and the development of network vehicles that conform to urban development. This paper takes the advantage analysis of bicyclesharings and network-based vehicles in the Internet era as an example to study whether the characteristics and advantages of shared bicycles and network-related vehicles conform to the development of the times, find problems, optimize design, and share the bicycles for bicycles. The development path has reduced the level of obstacles.

This paper analyses the impact of the detection accuracy on the semi-actuated signal control, the traffic flow data of Qinyuan Road and Huian Road intersections in Wuhan were collected. The results were adopted VISSIM to simulate the strategy of semi-actuated signal control. The queue length, vehicle delay and number of stops are selected as evaluation indicators to analyse and compare the control efficiency when the intersections are semi-inductively controlled under the different accuracy of detector data. The experimental simulation results indicate that with the improvement of the accuracy of vehicle detector, there are more obvious the improvement of each traffic evaluation index at the intersection and the efficiency of actuated signal control is higher. According to the data comparison during the peak hour of the intersection, the accuracy rate relative to the detector is 60%, the queue length, average vehicle delay and the number of stops are increased by 20.9%,14.8%, and 10.8% when the accuracy of the detector reaches 100%.

With the rapid development of the shipbuilding industry and the increasingly frequent communication with the outside world, the joining of various industries has made the management of shipbuilding projects more and more complicated. The traditional manual management method is difficult to adapt to the increasing number of ship engineering projects, which seriously hinders the development of the enterprise. It is essential to manage the project side scientifically, standardly and reasonably. Based on the problems existing in the ship engineering project management center, this paper demonstrates how to apply information technology to the project management process based on the SQL Server database for data organization and system development. By considering system requirements from the bottom up, and considering data requirements from the top down through life cycle design, a general model containing ship product data is developed. The system can ensure that the correct data is provided to the user at the right time and in the correct form, making the entire ship engineering project proceed more smoothly. It solves the problems of cluttered project information, difficult information integration, and chaotic process management. It realizes the functions of electronic management of ship engineering projects, unified management of initial data, and online pro-cessing of business processes, which improves management efficiency and reduces management costs.

Baisha Sandbank is located outside Wuchang city and is one of the birthplaces of Wuhan dock culture. During the modernization of Wuchang city, Baisha Sandbank became a “test field” for Zhang Zhidong to establish the national industry in the early stage. The process of urban planning and construction was affected by the nationalist thought of “national salvation”. This article uses historical documents, historical maps, and cadastral maps to analyze the evolution of Baisha Sandbank's urban morphology during three periods: “sandbanks ashore, the period of Zhang Zhidong's New Deal (1861–1911)”, “transdockation developments, the early industrialization of the Republic of China (1912–1937)” and “the period of Anti-Japanese War, development stagnated (1937–1949)” The conclusion shows that the change of geographical environment is the basic condition for the evolution. Policy guidance, factory construction, and transdockation development in different periods are the main driving forces for morphological evolution. The evolution of urban morphology reflects the modernization of Baisha Sandbank from the late perspective of nationalist urban construction, and is evidence of the process from late-exogenous modernization to active modernization, and the changes in urban structure and social culture.

In this paper, characteristic parameters of smoke stratification have been studied under the effect of mechanical smoke exhaustion in narrow and long corridors. Results of numerical simulation show that, smoke stratification intensity is related to flow velocity, fire power, height of the door vent, and position of smoke port. This research can contribute to personnel evacuation and fire-fighting rescue, and provide basis for smoke control specifications.

As a viable means to understand the associated deformation, performance study of deep excavations has been conducted worldwide in previous studies, a scenario of ground surface settlement characteristics among different sites has been proposed since 1960s. The objective is to study the characteristics during excavation in Beijing and fill in the blank on the scenario. Thirty excavation cases with good-quality construction and field observation data are selected to quantify the relationship between settlement and excavation, and to analyze the ground surface deformation behavior. The magnitude and location of maximum ground surface settlement ($delta vm$), the apparent influence range, development process and pattern are depicted. This study demonstrates that: (1) Concave trough pattern of final ground surface settlement is detected, slight heave was observed and $delta vm$ located at distances about 0.5H to 0.75H from the wall. (2) Spatial difference of ground surface settlement ($delta v$) varies greatly, great depression appeared behind each wall and maximum settlements at midspans of both sides occurs with the lowest 1-2 struts removal, especially the long side with a $Delta delta v$ of $2.8 pm 0.75$ mm. Movement was least of all by the corners. (3) Final settlement generally ranges from 5mm to -20mm, less than $delta vm$. Influence zones reach to a distance about 2.5H to 3.1H outside the excavation.

In this paper, the mechanical properties of the basalt fiber reinforced cement-based material were studied. The aim of the research work is to investigate the characteristic impact of 12mm and 25mm basalt length on the flexural strength of cement-based materials. According to the distribution of basalt fibers in mixed media, the random distribution of basalt fibers in the entire beam and the distribution in half of the beam were analyzed. Flexural tests were carried out on the beams using the three-point test set-up. From the analyzed result, it was noted that the flexural capacities recorded increased noticeably as basalt fiber was introduced. 2.5% of 12mm basalt fibers yielded the highest flexural strength of 6.962N/mm2 in the category of when the basalt fiber is randomly dispersed in the entire volume of the beam. Also, beam-reinforced fiber only at the tensile zone yielded higher flexural strength compared to when the fiber was randomly distributed at both the compressive and tensile zones. 1.5% of 12mm length that occupies the tensile zone only, yielded a flexural strength of 8.57N/mm2 as against the cement-based mixture with no basalt fiber (3.147N/mm2).

With the rapid development of China’s economy, people’s lives are getting richer and richer, and more people have higher requirements for transportation comfort and convenience, resulting in a substantial increase in the number of vehicles in our country, rapid growth in road traffic demand, and road traffic conditions have also become a focus of increasing concern. The rapid increase of traffic accidents and traffic congestion has seriously affected the operational efficiency of road traffic. According to the development needs of intelligent transportation, to improve the safety and operating efficiency of road traffic, it is particularly important to monitor and predict road traffic. Based on the traffic information data collected on the two-way four-lane section of the Langfang section of the Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu expressway, the traffic condition was predicted using the historical trend method. This paper established a mathematical model of the historical trend method using MATLAB, solved the smoothing parameters, and plotted the short traffic forecast chart.
