In manufacturing outsourcing among supply chain enterprises, the supplier may misappropriate the knowledge shared by the manufacturer. Consider this knowledge misappropriation, we develop two Stackelberg game models to explore the profits of a manufacturer and a supplier selected from alternative suppliers under a wholesale price contract and a revenue sharing contract. We discuss the influence of knowledge misappropriation on the conditions when each alternative supplier can provide the optimal wholesale price contract or the optimal revenue sharing contract that makes both sides profitable, and then analyze the influence of knowledge misappropriation on the conditions when the manufacturer should select the supplier who provides the optimal wholesale price contract or the optimal revenue sharing contract. This paper contributes to the research on manufacturing outsourcing among supply chain enterprises.

In general, old renovation refers to renovation design of old towns, factories, villages and other old areas and spaces. In this article, “old renovation space” mainly refers to the renovation design of some old factory spaces and area in Shanghai. As one of the largest international cities in China, industrial area of Shanghai accounts for a much higher proportion than other cities of the same type, so its land use, transformation of industrial area have become a focus of Shanghai’s urban renewal. In the transformation of industrial areas, art intervention plays a significant role, due to various art intervention techniques are used in different old areas, as a result, the effects are different. In this article, a relative analysis is made on continuity and timeliness of art intervention in different places through taking art intervention in old factory building of surrounding public areas, as well as external & internal organization forms and existence state of old factory building as the breakthrough point. Meanwhile, the adaptability and possibility of the art forms composition in the old city transformation space were discussed and suggested.

This paper considers the static bike sharing repositioning operation that is essential to eliminate inventory imbalance among bike sharing stations caused by stochastic bike renting and returning in modern bike sharing systems. The operation aims to remove excess bike inventories from surplus stations and add needed bikes to insufficient stations in order to minimize both traveling cost and inventory cost. A hybrid variable neighborhood search (VNS) algorithm based on two grouping strategies is proposed to solve the static bike sharing re-positioning problem (s-BSRP). The two grouping strategies, namely, geolocation-based grouping and supply-demand-based grouping, are designed to construct station groups. Vehicle routes within each group and among groups are improved using a variable neighborhood search algorithm with local search, for which several neighborhood structures are designed. Extensive computational experiments are conducted on benchmark instances with various sizes taken from the literature. Performance of the proposed algorithm is compared with that of branch-and-cut and two other state-of-the-art algorithms. Computational results show the superior performance of the proposed grouping strategies and the hybrid VNS algorithm in solving large-scale BSRPs.

Aging is a major social problem in the process of rapid urbanizing China, but the current general elderly-care pattern usually emphasizes physical welfare and neglects spiritual wellbeing of the elderly. As the carrier of community spirit and memory, urban temples can meet new needs and realize social service value through space design. Taking the project of Xiao-putuo Guan-yin Temple as an example, this paper studies the spatial design of modern urban Buddhist temples from the aspects of function and spatial layout, dialogue between modernity and tradition, the shaping of religious atmosphere, and ecological planning and community garden. The study aims to provide useful reference for the construction of urban religious spaces in the aging society.

In this paper, a COVID-19 risk prevention and control decision-making model is proposed according to the incompatible characteristics of epidemic risk prediction. Firstly, the uncertainty attribute of epidemic risk was analyzed through the collection of information on the personnel flow, and the problem that the risk of the epidemic could not be accurately predicted due to the uncertainty of the personnel flow was solved, and emergency prevention and control countermeasures were proposed for the possible COVID-19. Secondly, a model of epidemic risk prevention and control analysis is established by using correlation function method, which provides a new research method for risk prevention and control of public health security.

On the basis of recognizing importance of safe operation in power grid, more comprehensive evaluation index system is built in this paper for power grid engineering operations. Moreover, interval analytic hierarchy process is used to determine weight of evaluation index, which greatly reduces influence of subjective factors and makes evaluation index more scientific and reasonable. Besides, concept of interval number is introduced to minimize influence of subjective factors in determining weight of evaluation indicators. In addition, power grid operation is divided into four subsystems structure, equipment, management, and environment so that comprehensive evaluation and research on grid operation risks can be performed. What’s more, factors affecting power grid engineering are divided into static influence factors in which structure of power grid and operating status of equipment are concluded and dynamic influence factors where external environment and internal management are involved. Additionally, according to characteristics and requirements of power grid engineering, matter-element extension method is used to construct evaluation model and calculate its correlation degree. Besides it, combined with examples to prove applicability of model, it is pertinently pointed out that operation and maintenance management of equipment need to be strengthened so that professionalism and skills of management personnel can be improved, and safe and stable operation of power grid will be guaranteed.

Due to the characteristics of large commercial complex, such as large building scale, large amount of combustibles and large flow of people, fire accidents occur from time to time, but the mechanism of accident risk coupling disaster is still unclear. Based on the above problems, the risk coupling analysis of human, equipment, environment and management factors affecting the fire safety of large commercial complex is carried out, and the probability and risk value of different risk coupling situations are calculated by using the N-K Model. The results show that human is the key coupling factor; multi-factor risk coupling will increase the probability of accidents; at the same time, the coupling form with strong coupling should be avoided..

With the rapid development of the Internet, the “Internet +” model has been widely used. A new generation of security technology such as intrusion detection is urgently needed to ensure information security. In order to improve the detection efficiency of intrusion detection, IDS Snort research based on the classic clustering algorithm was performed. First, the traditional clustering algorithm, Kmeans algorithm, itself has some uncertain factors. The algorithm is optimized to make it better used in IDS Snort. Second, Combining the improved Kmeans algorithm with intrusion detection technology to improve Snort and analyze the advantages of applied to IDS Snort. Finally, the experimental results show that compared with the traditional Snort, the improved Snort has a significantly improved detection efficiency, which makes the intrusion detection technology further and the information security more reliable.

During mining of contiguous outburst coal seams, a large amount of pressure relief gas near the seam was poured into the working face through roof and floor fractures. Consequently, substantial gas is emitted to the working face, leading to frequent alarm of methane sensors in the return air corner and in the return airway, Which seriously restricts the safe production of mines. In this study, through analysis and demonstration of several gas control schemes, the scheme took the whole coal seam group as a control unit and regarded the weak outburst coal seam with relatively small thickness and low gas content as the key protective seam. Meanwhile, in the scheme, three-dimensional borehole drainage was carried out to realize progressive protection. The field practice results showed that the gas drainage rate of the working face of protective seam reached over 90%; the gas concentration in the return air corner fell to below 0.6%; the maximum gas concentration in the return air flow was 0.15%; Meanwhile, the scheme fundamentally solved the gas-induced safety threats during the recovery of working face of protected seam.

The comprehensive management of coal mining subsidence area is a special problem in the sustainable development of coal resource-based cities. The construction of its statistical system will help government departments to grasp the present situation, problems and policy effects of comprehensive management of coal mining subsidence area more comprehensively, and provide basis for decision-making. Firstly, the statistical framework of comprehensive management of mining subsidence area is constructed based on “pressure-state-response” framework. Then, the statistical scope and contents of comprehensive management of mining subsidence area are determined. Finally, the statistical investigation system and method of comprehensive management of mining subsidence area are put forward.
