Characteristic Towns are China's innovative exploration and successful practice in the new historical period and new development stage. The identification system is an important part of the basic public facilities of a characteristic town, a carrier of the image of a characteristic town, and a window for external display. At present, the construction of the identification system of new rural areas, small towns and characteristic towns in China is far behind. The use of tourism guidance in the design of distinctive town logos allows first-time visitors to quickly find the information of the town they want to find, better understand the basic situation of the town, and at the same time, make the guidance logo connotative and personalized, aesthetic, and integrated. Not only can play its own guiding commentary function, but also fully reflect the cultural characteristics of characteristic towns, which in turn makes the content of characteristic town logo design richer in expression, and the application of tourism guidance concepts will gradually become the mainstream trend of the development of contemporary oriented logo design. This study takes Wengang Town, the first batch of small towns with Chinese characteristics as an example, analyzes the current situation of the traffic sign system in the town, and then proposes corresponding improvement strategies.

Quality and safety management of construction projects are contradictory and consistent. To ensure the safety, the construction engineering safety management system should first be strengthened. Therefore, we introduced IoT technology to construction safety management and carried out in-depth research on practice to fully integrate the IoT technology with construction practice and promote safety management of construction projects. Aiming at the ambiguity and uncertainty in the evaluation of supply chain quality performance, considering the attribute form of quantitative and qualitative fusion, a model of supply chain quality performance evaluation based on hybrid gray correlation projection is proposed. The model uses interval numbers and precision numbers to express quantitative evaluation information, and semantic variables and intuitive fuzzy numbers to express qualitative evaluation information respectively. Based on the generalized weighted distance between each decision alternative and the ideal alternative, a dispersion maximization model is established, and the corresponding attribute weights are solved by constructing the Lagrange relaxation function, and the grey correlation projection method is used to determine the final supply chain quality performance evaluation value. The validity and rationality of the model is proved by an example.

In view of the problems of coal and gas dynamic disasters in deep coal seams, which tend to be complex, fuzzy and common, this paper theoretically analyzes the distribution law of original stress around the borehole, reveals the mechanism of pressure relief and permeability enhancement of high-pressure hydraulic slotting, and uses FLAC3D numerical software to analyze the borehole circumference under different slotting pressures, different slotting spacing, different drilling spacing and different slotting methods. The displacement of the surrounding coal body and the distribution of the plastic zone reveal the law of the pressure relief of the coal body around the borehole after the high pressure hydraulic slotting. Through field test, the average extraction concentration of slotted borehole is 1.75 times that of common borehole, and the average extraction purity is 3.25 times that of common borehole. The research shows that the high pressure water jet slotting technology can be used as a new way of pressure relief and outburst prevention in deep coal seam area.

Based on the history and current situation of Hefei regional economics, this paper analyzes the challenges of modern mechanical engineering education, and presents some steps aimed at application colleges, and takes Anhui Sanlian college as an example. The reforming mainly concentrated on new mode of talent classification, new structure of curriculum, new idea of optimizing the education resources and new mode of engineering consciousness construction. The preliminary results show that the reform practices have positive meanings on the coordinated development between application-oriented personnel training and regional economy, and also have value to promote the modern Hefei manufacturing education reforming deeply.

The problem of hidden diseases in the vast urban road network has gradually become a prominent problem that restricts urban development. Geological penetrating radar (GPR) is widely used in the identification process of concealed diseases because of its light weight, maneuverability, easy operation, clear and easy-to-understand interpretation data. Based on the typical case of urban road defect GPR in China, this paper introduces and evaluates the research status of equipment development, recognition effects, and recheck plans, thereby providing a reference for the more efficient surveying of urban roads. Finally, preliminary ideas for constructing a detection-maintenance system based on GPR under the GIS urban information management monitoring platform are discussed in order to better serve the road management department and formulate a better and more reasonable road repair and maintenance program.
