Synthesis and characterization of few layers graphene films for potential applications in electronics 多层石墨烯薄膜的合成与表征及其在电子领域的潜在应用

This work reports the synthesis and characterization of few layers graphene (FLG) film, which was grown by using a home-made APCVD set-up. The FLG films were grown on evaporated polycrystalline nickel films under a mixture of argon and methane with a relatively large-flow and for very short deposition times. The experimental parameters such as the argon/methane ratio and temperature were varied from 800 to 1000 °C, to obtain the optimal FLG deposition parameters. We were able to obtain relatively large area (1 × 1 inch) FLG films comprising 3-5 graphene sheets. Additionally, early attempts to make suitable graphene/SiO2/Si electronic devices are also reported.

Simulation and experimental verification of the acoustic field produced by an annular piezoelectric array 环形压电阵列产生声场的仿真与实验验证

In the field of ultrasound transducers to generate frozen rings waves generated a tendency for use in biomedical applications. This paper proposes simulate through Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation of a transducer with 10 rings to find patterns of acoustic field and get a model attached to the real transducer designed by Castellanos et al [3]. This work focuses on obtained results of acoustic field as close as possible to those real measurements, with all this process entails: geometry, the definition of materials piezoelectric, the FEM equations governing the physics of problem and the resolution of the mesh. Whereby are obtained results showing patterns similar to those obtained in the real acoustic field measurements, in order to propose to extend this work to find the combination of this transducer modeling using the FEM.

A second order sliding mode state and parameter estimator for induction motors 感应电动机的二阶滑模状态和参数估计器

In this paper it is proposed a state estimation scheme for three-phase induction motors of rotary and linear motion, by means of a second order sliding mode-based observer jointly with a nonlinear adaptive estimator. The proposed estimation structure allows the reconstruction of rotor fluxes, speed and rotor resistance based only on the measures of stator currents and voltages. It is shown, mathematically and through simulation, that the presented scheme estimates all the variables properly.

Obstacle avoidance in a two wired hammerhead tower crane 双线锤头塔式起重机避障性能研究

In this paper, is studied the behaviour of a two wired hammerhead crane while avoiding obstacle collision. Since operators must chose between to hang the load over the obstacle or to follow a trajectory to surround the obstacle, we show how this crane design reduce in both situations the oscillations of the load.

Invisible digital color watermarking technique in anaglyph 3D images 三维立体图像的不可见数字彩色水印技术

In recent years, 3D technology has grown significantly and over the time has become more accessible to a wider group of people, however, there is so few research that seeks to protect the intellectual property of 3D content, in specific anaglyph images, which are easier and cheaper to generate. This paper presents a method to embed a color image as an invisible watermark into a 3D anaglyph image, for the protection of intellectual property of this type of digital material; the insertion algorithm is performed in the DCT domain using the QIM-DM method in order to achieve the maximum imperceptibility of the watermark. Results demonstrate highest robustness of the algorithm to JPEG compression, impulsive noise, Gaussian noise, as well as high imperceptibility of the watermark obtaining average values of about 40dB in the PSNR between the original and marked anaglyph images.

A novel tire contact patch soft sensor via Neural Networks 一种基于神经网络的轮胎接触贴片软传感器

In this paper, a novel application of a soft sensor via Neural Networks is proposed. One of the most critical issues in the car is the area where the tires are in contact with the ground, these are the only points of contact between the vehicle and the road. The importance lies in the fact that keeping the tire contact patch within the operational parameters ensures the safety, comfort and maneuverability of the vehicle. There are some techniques to measure the tire contact patch, but the operating conditions of the car make impossible the implementation; so in this work the tire contact patch is obtained by the frustrated total internal reflection phenomenon and with the measures of 12 sensors in the car, a Neural Network is trained and tested. Thus, a soft sensor that accurately estimates this variable is the main contribution of this work.

An elecroestimulation system synchronized with movement for active rehabilitation 一种与运动同步的电刺激系统,用于主动康复

Motor rehabilitation is one of the aspects which have great impact in the treatment of injuries, as they prevent that temporary disability due to an accident or illness, become permanently disabled. There are different types of motor rehabilitation carried out depending on the type of lesion and the patient characteristics; they can be grouped into passive rehabilitation, when exercises are performed with the help of the therapist, and active rehabilitation, when the patient must performs the exercises all alone. In passive rehabilitation, different tools are used to help patients, one of them is electrostimulation. Electrostimulation however is currently used before or after the exercises prescribed by the therapist. This paper describes a system that generates percutaneous electrical stimulation signals, which can be used, while the patient gets a session of active rehabilitation, increasing the efficiency of the exercises performed by him. Partial results of this research will allow handling a specific type of electrostimulation for different bending angles for the lower limb.

A case study of OpenCL-based parallel programming for low-power remote sensing applications 基于opencl的低功耗遥感应用并行编程案例研究

With the advent of high-performance embedded computing (HPEC) systems, many digital processing algorithms are now implemented by special-purpose massively parallel processors. In this paper, a low-power ARM/GPU co-design architecture is addressed using OpenCL-based parallel programming for implementing complex reconstructive signal processing operations. Such operations are accelerated using data-parallel functions on the GPU and ARM processor, in a HW/SW co-design scheme via OpenCL API calls. Experimental results shows the achieved computational performance and the effectiveness of the OpenCL standard comparing the framework against traditional parallel embedded versions.

Calibration of an optical stereo-tracker with a videometric system using the pair-point method for IGS 用IGS对点法标定光学立体跟踪系统

In various applications of computer vision, there is the need to calibrate the coordinate systems of different elements respect to one another in order to have a proper perspective of the objects in the scene. In the field of computer assisted surgery (CAS) we encounter this problem in many applications, like navigation of surgical tools, surgical robotics, etc. This paper proposes an estimate calibration by means of the extraction of points of a grid plane pattern and the pair point method getting a proper calibration of an optical stereo-tracker with a videometric system. As a result, we obtained a calibration that allows to track the pose of a webcam within the working space of a stereo-tracker. This procedure will allow us to use this method to calibrate different navigated tools that have a videometric system attached.

Effect of precursor concentration in the starting solution on the photocatalytic activity of ZnO thin films 起始溶液中前驱体浓度对ZnO薄膜光催化活性的影响

Undoped zinc oxide, ZnO, thin films were deposited on sodacalcic glass substrates by the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique, starting from zinc acetylacetonate as Zn precursor. Molar concentrations, varying in the 0.05-0.2M interval, were used. The ZnO thin films were deposited at different substrate temperatures, 375, 400, and 450°C. The photocatalytic characterization of ZnO thin films was performed by testing the degradation of an aqueous solution containing methylene blue (MB), at a concentration of 2.5×10-5 M, under UV irradiation, (15W Germicidal-UV lamp) for periods from 1 to 5 h. Absorbance of the solutions was measured by an UV-visible spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 664 nm. The variation of concentration of MB as a function of the irradiation time was calculated from the absorbance versus concentration calibrated curve. All films were characterized by XRD (X-ray diffraction), and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. The XRD patterns confirmed the hexagonal wurtzite structure of the deposited ZnO films.
