Simulation of a full-duplex microwave photonic filter 全双工微波光子滤波器的仿真

A particular Full-Duplex microwave photonic filter is proposed and simulated. The main goal of this work is to demonstrate that filtering effect is formed in a bi-directional way by using a single optical source. The series of simulations carried out allow establishing the optimal conditions for a practical implementation of this architecture in an optical communication system with a high degree of reliability.

Feed forward neural network training based interactive shopping for blind 基于前馈神经网络训练的盲人互动购物

Today shopping markets pay attention towards customer needs and services. Unfortunately the blind and vision impaired person are still incapable to access these environments without reliance. Assistive technology is trying to sway the living style of the blind by introducing support systems for routinely actions like reading, writing, walking, Web surfing, and shopping. However, still the blind have to count on others for personal accessories shopping. To overcome this problem, we designed and developed a feed forward talking accessories selector. Our system is trained using feed forward techniques with a feature level block-based multi-focus image fusion method to provide suggestions regarding product selection, fitness, and color combination, for instance in dress and jewelry. The evaluation of our system takes into account specialists opinions, such that statistical analysis shows similarity between both.

A 3-D hand rehabilitation system using haptic device 一种使用触觉装置的三维手部康复系统

The human brain has self-organization capability after paralysis caused by stork. This needs neuro-rehabilitation for stroke-patients. Recently, robotic technology is successfully applied in the rehabilitation. Most of robot rehabilitation devices are in 2-dimension, and do not have feedback from the environment. The rehabilitation effectiveness is not so good. In this paper, we design a 3-demension rehabilitation system, which has force feedback. The patients have one more training dimension and one more sense (haptic feeling). The neuro recovery time is less than the other robot rehabilitation methods.

3D self-localization for humanoid robots using view regression and odometry 基于视图回归和里程计的仿人机器人三维自定位

The ambience of research in VSLAM and relocalization algorithms in the last few years allure with real-time localization and increased precision for RGBD or stereo cameras but with ambivalence requesting higher computational capacity or more expensive sensors. The aim of this paper is to present a gentle algorithm to locate a humanoid robot using relocalization view based algorithms and odometry information using general regression with Nadayara-Watson kernel for applications where the area is already known such as RoboCup competitions or service robots.

Recognition of myoelectric activity based on Teager-Kaiser energy operator 基于Teager-Kaiser能量算子的肌电活动识别

A challenge in myoelectric control for electrical prosthesis is to obtain information from myoelectric signals to activate the degrees of freedom of the prosthesis. When only a little muscular surface is disposable to detect the myoelectric signal the problem is not easy to solve because only one or two channels can be recorded. So, when only a pair of electrodes or one channel is used to record the signal, strategies to extract more information from the signals should be developed. Then more than one function could be activated in a myoelectric prosthesis. In this paper the Teager-Kaiser energy operator is evaluated in the task of myoelectric signal recognition. Specifically two levels of signal were identified: level 1 (87.37 percent of classification) and level 2 (84.09 percent of classification).

We introduce a novel methodology to implement the physiological transition between tonic spiking and bursting in electronic circuits composed of resistors, capacitors and transistors. The result is a six-transistor neuromorphic device organized by the same geometry of high-dimensional electrophysiological neuron models and therefore exhibiting the same qualitative behavior.

Bipedal walking control in dynamic environment using data mining techniques 基于数据挖掘技术的动态环境双足行走控制

In order to design stable walking for a bipedal robot over uneven terrain, advanced control methods such as nonlinear control and receding-horizon control, and exact hybrid dynamics are needed. They are too complicated to be used in the many applications. In this paper, we use data mining techniques, locally weighted learning, principal component regression and regression clustering, and combine with the classical proportional-integral-derivative control. The biped model also uses the observation of human walking. The model structure consists of locally linear modules and principal component regression groups. Experiments and analysis are given to evaluate the effectiveness of our novel method.

Embedded system for real-time person detecting in infrared images/videos using super-resolution and Haar-like feature techniques 采用超分辨率和haar特征技术的红外图像/视频实时人检测嵌入式系统

This paper describes a real time person detection system using near infrared images/videos. This novel system integrates person detection and super resolution algorithms performing person recognition. Additionally, we use a detector Haar-like features and for increasing resolution we use classical algorithms like Nearest neighbor interpolation, Bilineal interpolation and bicubic interpolation. The detector is trained using Adataboost and cascade classifiers and the implementation is performed in the embeded system Raspberry pi2 with the Noir Pi Camera. The implemented embedded system runs at about 20 frames/second.

Trajectory planning for keyhole neurosurgery using fuzzy logic for risk evaluation 应用模糊逻辑进行锁眼神经外科风险评估的轨迹规划

Planning safe trajectories in keyhole neurosurgery requires a high level of accuracy in order to access to small structures either by biopsies, stimulating deep brain and others. We propose a computer system that carries out decision making based on rules using fuzzy logic to plan safe trajectories for preoperative neurosurgery. The processes to generate input values of membership functions, and implementation of the system for decision function will be explained. The results of risk weights for each candidate trajectory are evaluated and the safest calculated trajectories taking into account the risk structures that there are in the brain from the insertion points to the target point are visualized.

Experimental analysis of a transconductor-amplifier based on a mi-fgmos transistor 基于微晶硅晶体管的跨导体放大器的实验分析

This is an analysis of a common source CMOS transconductor based on a Multiple-input Floating Gate MOS transistor with feedback configuration. This analysis allows to visualize the specific way to find the operating point of the amplifier, when it is used as a transconductor. In this work, both theoretical and experimental results are presented. Here, the problem of improving the theoretical data is discussed. Transconductor cells were manufactured using the TSMC technology for 0.35μm.
