In order to promote the rationality of urban resource integration process, an urban resource integration method based on repeated game control scheme is proposed in the Article. Firstly, construct the optimal model of urban integration decision-making, quantify the operation level of dominant factor, consider the hardware and software strength for urban resource integration; secondly, a repeated game control scheme is proposed in the Article, in which the algorithm is based on Nash bargaining solution and the finite repeated game process, which could fully optimize the optimal model of urban integration decision-making; lastly, verify the effectiveness of proposed methods by simulation examples.

Chinese terrorists have engaged in terrorist activities in Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, other countries, and regions around China since a long time, which is becoming increasingly fierce after the civil war in Syria in 2011. The study mainly discusses the countermeasures from the perspectives of the political opportunity structure, frame narrative, and resource mobilization based on social movement theoretical research. The countermeasures include: to establish a new international political order, improve the governance capability of all countries; strengthen ideological education, and to establish and propagate antiterrorism frame narrative; to intensify intelligence work based on the big data to enhance the capabilities of forecasting, prewarning and prevention; to improve international law enforcement cooperation promoting overseas counterterrorism action capability; to create a prevention and control network to control the returning of flight personnel, preventing the terrorism risk at home and abroad.

Colleges and universities should maintain ideological and political education work through the whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship education and teaching, and gradually build a "double-funnel" college innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem by building a mechanism of education-oriented cooperation: First, the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education should be clarified, and departments should cooperate to lay a solid foundation for school innovation and entrepreneurship education.Second, through the full coverage of "entrepreneurship courses", hierarchical "entrepreneurship training", professional "entrepreneurship practice", and all-round "project incubation", to build a multi-level and progressive innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode. The traditional English teaching methods in colleges and universities can no longer meet the requirements of the development of education in the new century. The multimedia technology and network with information technology as the core are widely used in various fields of college education, especially in college English classroom education. The multimedia expressions make the English classroom teaching active, allowing students to experience the vividness of English in the immersive English conversation situation, which greatly stimulates the students' interest in learning and improves the effectiveness and quality of English teaching. Taking the WeChat public platform as an example, this paper studies the listening and flipping classroom mode of college students based on the WeChat public platform. Based on the existing teaching mode, the paper builds a WeChat public platform, and divides the flipping classroom into pre-course, in-class, and after-school learning stages. At the same time, the WeChat public account is set up as student learning, teacher teaching, and student-teacher exchange. Platform. Abstract. The determination of material supply plan in the disaster relief process has an important impact on the later relief work, the goal of this research is to Build a mathematical model to draw up a plan of emergency supply to meet the demand for resources during the disaster rescue process. In this paper, the integer programming model is established with the longest material supply time as the target and the material demand in the disaster area as the constraint. The model shows great flexibility and was applied as an example of a hurricane in Puerto Rico.

Reading teaching is an important part of English teaching. Traditional College English teaching has always been based on teaching students’ words, grammar, sentence patterns as the main content, and the teaching effect is not ideal, so we must actively carry out the reform and innovation of teaching mode. In this paper, three schema forms of schema theory are introduced into college English reading teaching activities. It is hoped that schema theory can help vocational college students overcome difficulties in learning, improve the quality and speed of reading, stimulate their interest in learning, change the way from passive learning to active learning, and find a way to cultivate themselves. A new way to cultivate college students' English application ability and high quality is proposed.

Cross-border tourist is a kind of consumer; cross-border tour contract belongs to consumer contract. The principle of protecting tourist consumer should carry through the choice of laws for cross-border tour contract. Considering the legislation and juridical practice of China, compared with EU legislation and Brazil’s legislation, China’s choice of laws in cross-border tour contract should identify in what circumstance the conflict rules for consumer contract shall apply to cross-border tour contract, adjust the limitation on autonomy of will, and includes “favorable law”, in order to further improve the protection of tourist consumer.
