Scientific management is highly involved in education, typically in vocational education, which can be divided into standardized, refined, and individualized levels. This article analyzes the current problems in the management of college teaching administration and integrates teaching routine management, teaching supervision and coordination as well as teaching services and feedback based on the different levels of scientific management, aiming to explore an effective method of applying scientific management on academic affairs and set forth a path of making academic affair management scientific.

The construction of teaching quality evaluation system is particularly important in the talent training of modern apprenticeship, which is an important basis for the quality diagnosis of talent training; it is the key to improve the teaching quality by actively constructing a diversified training system with various evaluations. Based on the logistics engineering technology major under the apprenticeship, this paper explores the establishment of a teaching quality evaluation system that is scientific, perfect, conforms to the rules of vocational education, reflects the characteristics of modern apprenticeship, and has the characteristics of logistics engineering technology major, evaluate in the whole process, in many ways and in all directions according to the actual situation. The role of the evaluation system in talent training is given full play to improve the talent training quality of modern apprenticeship.

The cultivation of craftsman spirit and its integration into higher vocational teaching practice have become a common understanding for improving teaching quality, promoting the healthy development of higher vocational education and achieving the goal of talent cultivation. It is the pursuit of vocational educators in the new era to actively explore ways to cultivate craftsmen' spirit, constantly innovate teaching practice and find a new way to cultivate talents. "Construct a large army of knowledge-based, skill-based and innovative workers, carry forward the spirit of model workers and craftsmen, and create a glorious social style of labor and a spirit of dedication to excellence. The emergence of alphabetic words in Chinese society is a noteworthy phenomenon. How can these words exist and evolve? What are the inevitability and rationality, what are the aspects in the use of alphabetic words that need to be regulated, and what attitudes should we have for these new words, these are the main issues to be discussed in this paper. The letter word refers to the words that appear in the modern Chinese vocabulary system and are written entirely in letters (mainly in Latin letters) or partially in letters. Most of these alphabetic words are foreign and some are modeled after these foreign words.

Researches show that semiotics is both a kind of theory and a kind of methodology. Contemporary semioticians study signs not in isolation but as part of semiotic sign systems. They study how meanings are made, concerned not only with communication but also with the construction and maintenance of reality. Semiotics supplies people with a new thinking mode, which can be used to analyze some phenomena or problems in many fields. A semiotic study of text scrutinizes the various signs in the text in an attempt to characterize their structure and identify potential meanings, especially socio-cultural meanings. Semioticity is one of the important characteristics in text. Semiotics seeks to analyze texts as structured wholes, involving identifying the components within the semiotic system, and the structural relations between these components. Semiotics stresses the semiotic structures and relations both within and outside the sign system, and their interactions.

In order to explore the relationship between teachers' perceived organizational justice and teachers' anomie behavior in primary and secondary schools and the mediating role of the psychological contract breach, this study investigated 350 primary and secondary school teachers by the questionnaire. Results showed that: (1) teachers' perceived organizational justice negatively predicted their psychological contract breach and anomie behavior; (2) teachers' psychological contract breach positively predicts their anomie behavior; (3) psychological contract breach plays a completely mediating role between perceived organizational fairness and teachers' anomie behavior. Conclusion: Psychological contract breach of teacher plays a mediating role between perceived organizational justice and anomie behaviors.

The medical representative has been controversial in China since it appears, and it has become an important part of China’s new medical reform. Since the medical representative was officially classified as an occupational category in the revision of the Standard Occupational Classification, the definition, content, and norms of the medical representative profession have been gradually clarified. This paper first reviews the definition, function and professional norms of medical representative both at home and abroad, and thereby makes a comparison between domestic and foreign development. Secondly, based on the interview of the employees from M Company and the method of participant observation, this paper applies the approach of case study to analyze the opinions of the medical representatives about the definition, content, and plan of their own profession before and after the new medical reform. In the last section, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on the development and standardization of the medical representative profession, providing a reference for the pharmaceutical industry to strengthen the construction of the medical representative team.
