With the development of China’s social economy, the trend of the aging population continues to intensify. It is expected that China will become one of the countries with the highest level of Population Aging in the world rapidly by 2030. As a result, the problem of health care and endowment will become increasingly prominent. Combining the unique advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in health care and treatment of chronic diseases among the elderly, to establish a model of medical-nursing combined care service system has become an effective way to cope with the issues raised by aging population. At present, to improve the model of medicalnursing not only requires medical and nursing talents, but also urgently needs Chinese medical institutions to provide qualified professional Health Service Management person. In the context of a brief analysis of the great background and policy of medical-nursing combined care, the current situation and countermeasures for the training of medical-nursing combined care management talents in TCM colleges should be explored.

Pictorial is an important form of mass media in modern society with its unique features. This paper mainly analyzes the social context that contributes to the modernism of city pictorials with thorough introductions of the social and historical environment. The quintessential modernism reflected in media ontology is also delivered because of the development of technology. During the 1930s China’s pictorials emerged as an important modern mass media since the first issue of Yinghuan Pictorial in 1877. During the 1920s and 1930s Chinese pictorials progressed to a large extent. “In the latest ten years, it develops rapidly that can keep pace with the world’s pictorials.” [1] For instance, in July, 1926 The Young Companion was launched in Shanghai and Pei-yang Pictorial appeared in Tianjin. The Young Companion was called “the most perfect pictorial of today” [2]Peiyang Pictorial was taken as “the most famous copper-plate-pressed pictorial”[3] which was sold very well in north. Both of them were the best pictorials. This paper takes Pei-yang Pictorial as the representative of modern mass media and explores the context where the modern pictorials produced from the modernity of cities and the ontology development of the media to present a real picture of the survival environment for modern pictorials.

The structure of mechanical equipment is compact and complex, the traditional teaching methods are not easy for students to grasp the structural principle as soon as possible, virtual reality solves this problem with its realistic effects, high timeliness, and safety and economy. This paper applies virtual reality technology to the course teaching, and comprehensively uses virtual reality technology; database technology and image processing technology construct a vivid virtual teaching scene, according to the requirements of the teaching curriculum, this paper designs and develops the fully functional "virtual teaching system". Practice has proved that the application of virtual teaching method in the teaching of mechanical course teaching has high guiding significance and practical value.

Shaping the key ability of applied talents adapting to regional social and economic development is an important goal of talent training reform in local universities and colleges under the background of new engineering. Local universities and colleges should be guided by social needs and identify the key abilities of talents adapted to local economic development. Only by establishing an evaluation system and evaluating reasonably can we constantly revise the training plan, improve the quality of personnel training and meet the needs of social and economic development.

The challenge system is a kind of lawsuit system widely established in the legislative activities of modern countries, whose purpose is to ensure the legitimacy and fairness of the judicial procedure. Our country has designed individual avoidance of natural persons, which has some shortcomings compared with the whole challenge system of public security and judicial authorities. This paper deeply analyzes the basic theory of the present challenge system in criminal proceedings, discusses the necessity and feasibility of establishing the overall challenge system of public security and judicial authorities and puts forward some personal ideas on establishing the system.

Flipped classroom reformed the traditional teaching model, which realized the reverse innovation of the teaching process and showed the incomparable advantages of traditional teaching. Flipped classroom model emphasizes students’ active involvement in learning process. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in traditional teaching pattern, the design and construction of flipped classroom-teaching model for solid waste treatment and disposal course were preliminarily discussed. Some measures such as adjustment of teaching concepts, enhancement of micro-class production, development of students’ active learning platforms, and emphasis on interactive classroom communication were put forward. The implementation of flipped classroom will play an important role in improving teaching quality and cultivating high-quality talents, through encouraging students’ participation and cultivating students' self-learning ability, thinking ability, exploring ability, cooperative ability and practical ability.

The most direct dilemma facing higher vocational education in developing innovative entrepreneurship education is that time is not enough. It usually takes several years for an innovative entrepreneurship project to be innovative, incubate, and eventually become a commercial one. In view of this problem, this paper puts forward the reform ideas of higher vocational education suitable for Chinese characteristics. Not only should the talent training mode be conducive to the development of innovative entrepreneurship education and real achievements, but also higher vocational education should carry out innovative entrepreneurship education different from undergraduate education.
