A resonant local power supply with turn off snubbing features 具有关断缓冲特性的谐振本地电源

A local power supply circuit which is driven by the main switch of a PWM power converter is described and analyzed. The operation of the circuit is based on the charge pump principle with a resonant reset of the charge pump capacitor. The charge pump capacitor also serves as a turn off snubber of the main switch. The analytical derivations are verified by experimental results.

Analysis and implementation of a quasi-resonant buck converter operating in a constant output power mode 恒输出功率模式下准谐振降压变换器的分析与实现

This paper examines a constant frequency quasi-resonant buck converter controlled by PWM. Power converter components are selected such that it operates inherently (without any control) in a constant, maximum power mode over a wide range of the load current. This mode keeps the conduction loss low and in combination with the ZCS for the active devices provides high power conversion efficiency. A complete analysis of the circuit with a finite output inductance value is done. Produced graphical results show that constant power mode can be provided by an appropriate design of the output inductor. Less than 6% variation of the output power is experimentally achieved in the noncontrolled converter for more than 50% variation of its output current. The constant power mode is practically implemented in a 600 W, 130 kHz, phase-shift controlled bridge arrangement of the quasi-resonant buck converter. This converter circuit is very robust, operates in a ZVS mode for the MOSFETs and ZCS for the output rectifiers and features more than 95% efficiency.

A fluorescent lamp model for high frequency wide range dimming electronic ballast simulation 一种荧光灯高频宽范围调光电子镇流器仿真模型

A fluorescent lamp model for high frequency dimming electronic ballast simulation is presented in this paper. The model can be utilized for an electronic ballast simulation with continuous dimming and transient mode simulation such as step dimming. The model is implemented using SPICE and verified with experimental results, resulting in good agreement down to 1% dimming level.

A method of speed sensorless control of direct-field-oriented induction motor operating at high efficiency with core loss consideration 考虑磁芯损耗的直接磁场定向异步电动机高效率无速度传感器控制方法

The purpose of this work is to propose a speed sensorless control method for an induction motor operating at high efficiency and high response, which takes core loss into account, and to discuss the performance of the system. The induction motor is driven by a speed sensorless direct field-oriented control method with deadbeat flux level control using an adaptive rotor flux observer. On the basis of simulation and experimental results, the authors discuss that the proposed system can estimate motor speed, even if rotor flux is changed and core loss is considered.

Robust flux weakening scheme for surface-mounted permanent-magnet synchronous drives employing an adaptive lattice-structure filter 基于自适应栅格结构滤波器的表面贴装永磁同步驱动器鲁棒磁链弱化方案

An advanced control structure for surface-mounted permanent-magnet synchronous (SMPMS) drives provides a stable, high performance operation in the flux weakening region, utilizing the over-modulation and six-step modes of the space vector modulation (SVM). An automatic transition into flux weakening is achieved by controlling the reference voltage magnitude. The fifth and seventh stator current harmonics of the fundamental frequency, generated in the over-modulation and six-step modes, propagate through the current control loops, resulting in the sixth harmonic in the reference voltage and deteriorating drive performance. To filter the sixth harmonic, an adaptive lattice-structure allpass-based notch filter is employed, providing minimal phase delay and complete attenuation of the sixth harmonic.

Deadbeat control of PWM inverter with repetitive disturbance prediction 基于重复扰动预测的PWM逆变器无差拍控制

A new approach for deadbeat control of a PWM invertor is presented, in which the estimation of the disturbance is carried out with a repetitive predictor instead of a disturbance observer. Taking advantage of repetitiveness of the loads, it gives good performance at lower sampling frequency. Simulations and experiments confirmed the advantages.

Induction generator based system providing regulated voltage with constant frequency 基于感应发电机的恒频稳压系统

A PWM voltage-source inverter is used in order to improve the electrical characteristics of an isolated induction generator. The electronic converter allows achievement of a better system behavior in many aspects: voltage regulation, frequeney stabilization and reactive power compensation. The PWM inverter DC voltage is the control variable of the generator speed governor, therefore the system power balance and the generator voltage regulation is accomplished by the DC voltage control, which is exerted by the speed governor. Both simulation and experimental results demonstrated that the system is stable, robust and an effective source of regulated three-phase voltages.

Errors obtained when 1D magnetic component models are not properly applied 一维磁分量模型应用不当时得到的误差

Since 1D magnetic component models are widely used, it is very important to understand the range of their application. This work presents an analysis of 1D magnetic component models in order to study their range of application. The errors that can result when these models are not properly applied have been quantified. Therefore, the results of this work provide the designer with information about the accuracy of the simulations when using 1D magnetic component models. Several simulations have been performed which compare 1D and 2D models and provide the reasons for the discrepancies in each particular case.

Simplified control circuit of three phase PWM rectifier 三相PWM整流器的简化控制电路

A new simplified control circuit for high performance three phase boost type PWM rectifier is presented. Based on the conception of vector control the AC vector processor (AD2S100) which serves for the AC motor vector control, is applied to high frequency rectification. Consequently, the control circuits are very much simplified. The transfer function of the system is deduced. The paper also presents a way to treat the nonlinear feature of the system. Simulation and experiment verified the proposed scheme.
