Exclusive breastfeeding during the Covid-19 period should ideally continue by implementing health protocols that ensure sufficient breast milk for babies during the Covid-19 pandemic to form antibodies to the baby's immune system against Covid-19 virus infection. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the success of exclusive breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic at Karang Tinggi Health Center. The factors studied were exposure to information, mother's knowledge, maternal anxiety, support from health workers and the application of health protocols and the success of exclusive breastfeeding. This study uses a descriptive analysis and a cross sectional approach by distributing questions in an online questionnaire about breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample amounted to 82 samples. Sampling using total sampling technique. Analyzed through chi-square statistical test followed by logistic regression test. The percentage of mothers who gave exclusive breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Karang Tinggi Health Center was 41.5%. There is a significant relationship between information exposure and exclusive breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic with p-value = 0.017. There is a significant relationship between knowledge of breastfeeding mothers and exclusive breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic with p-value = 0.003. There is a significant relationship between the anxiety of breastfeeding mothers and exclusive breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic with p-value = 0.028. There is a significant relationship between the support of health workers and exclusive breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic with p-value = 0.020. There is a significant relationship between the implementation of health protocols and exclusive breastfeeding with p-value = 0.033. The most dominant factor related to exclusive breastfeeding was the support of health workers p=(0.08); OR= 5.087 Health workers need to motivate and provide counseling to breastfeeding mothers to increase exclusive breastfeeding.

Stunting becomes a public health concern and is still commonly found in the world. The number of new cases of stunting increases every year as it can be caused by poor nutritional status, lack of knowledge, barriers to access to health services, inability to meet nutritional needs. This steady phenomenon can lead to a decrease several quality aspects of future generation. Community-based activities are an alternative solution in stunting management. Health cadres as part of the community and an extension of health workers are expected to be able to carry out early detection and treatment of stunting in toddlers. Capacity building for health cadres is a necessity through regular coaching. This study aims to identify the effect of up-skilling health cadres on knowledge of community-based stunting early detection. The research design used a quasi-experimental type of pre and post-test with a control group. The sample was 33 health cadres for each intervention and control group through purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted in the work area of the Undaan and Dawe Primary Health Centers, Kudus Regency in October-November 2021. The research instrument used was a questionnaire on health cadres' knowledge towards assessment and management of malnutrition in children and a knowledge scale about inpatient management of severely malnourished children with a reliability value of = 0.83. Health cadres receive coaching in four sessions over two days with a duration of 45-60 minutes/session in the form of interactive lectures and demonstrations. Data analysis using Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney test. Up skilling of health cadres increased knowledge of community-based early detection of stunting with p-value = 0.001 (p <0.05). Incorporating various methods in training is suggested in improving health cadres’ knowledge in finding new cases of stunting in the community while adjointly integrating it with child health service programs in primary health care facilities.

Home hygiene and sanitation are associated with health problems such as respiratory disorders, cardiovascular disease, infections, and mental health. A healthy home assessment needs to identify home variables that have met hygiene and sanitation requirements. This study was a descriptive cross-sectional design. Families of Diponegoro University Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program students became subjects in this study.  The respondent chose a total sampling technique (121 respondents). The healthy house assessment uses the Healthy Home Environmental Health Inspection form, which includes three parts: I. House components, II. home sanitation, and III. Occupant behavior. The data were processed and analyzed descriptively. Instrument validity analysis uses the Spearman Rho correlation test, while the reliability analysis uses the Cronbach value. Most of the subject's houses were included in the healthy house category (88.9%) both from the aspect of the house components, house sanitation, and occupant behavior. The aspects which the achievement < 80% and needs improvement are ventilation, kitchen smoke holes, sewage, waterproof and closed waste disposal facilities, opening bedroom windows everyday behavior, and opening family room windows every day. Most of the aspects in this home environmental health inspection assessment form (sections 1, 2, and 3) have met the element of validity (p<0.05). The range of values for Cronbach's sections 1-3 is 0.584; 0.644; and 0.638. Most of the subject's houses belong to the category of healthy homes, but some aspects still need to be optimized. Further studies are needed to analyze factors related to healthy home assessment.

The results of Basic Health Research 2013, showed that CED in pregnant women was 24.1%, decreased in 2018 by 17.3%, in West Lombok Regency in 2018, the prevalence of CED was 13.36%. , and increased in 2019 to 14.0%. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the monitoring card on the motivation of pregnant women with CED in monitoring pregnancy development in the West Lombok Regency. This study is a quasi-experimental study with a total sample of 52 people, which were divided into an intervention group and a control group. The data collected were in the form of pregnancy development monitoring data, pre-test and post-test data on the motivation of pregnant women. The results of the Independent T-test statistic in the pre-test showed that there was no difference in the mean motivation of pregnant women with CED (p-value: 0.828; p > 0.05). While the post-test results obtained a P-value: 0.001 it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average motivation score between CED pregnant women who are given a monitoring card and CED pregnant women with the MCH Handbook. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the monitoring card is effective in increasing the motivation of pregnant women with CED in monitoring the progress of the pregnancy.

Staphylococcus aureus is a gram-positive bacteria, a normal flora of the body that can cause infection in various organs and has the potential to become resistant to antibiotics. Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is one of the herbs that has antibacterial effects and is often used by Madurese people as a traditional medicine. It is suspected that geographical differences and the natural conditions in which turmeric grows can affect its compounds and properties. This study aims to analyze the ethanolic extract of turmeric from Madura as an antibacterial against S. aureus. An in vitro laboratory research using agar well diffusion method was conducted with the concentration of turmeric extract used 20%, 40%, 80%, and 100%. The positive control used was penicillin. The negative control in this study was 100% DMSO. The results showed inhibition zone at concentrations of 20% (11.86 mm), 40% (12.04 mm), 80% (12.53 mm), and 100% (10.97 mm). The diameter obtained was lower than the positive control penicillin which was 27.59 mm. Turmeric extract (Curcuma longa) from Madura has antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus.
