The problem raised in this research is how the use of applications can be more effective than learning directly or offline by using the application. This study stems from the moral decline that occurs in the younger generation. Many cases of juvenile delinquency are carried out by learners such as bullying, drugs, fighting between students and so on. The implementation of the curriculum in educational institutions needs to be emphasized on character assistance, so that learners are expected to have good character. The focus of this research is how the vision, mission, and objectives of the institution in shaping the character of learners. This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, profitability, and dividend policy variables on firm value in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. This type of research is causal associative. The research population is 64 companies. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique as many as 11 companies. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that leverage as proxied by debt to equity ratio (DER) has no significant effect on firm value, profitability proxied by return on equity (ROE) has a significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy proxied by dividend payout ratio (DPR) has no significant effect on the value of the company. Investors pay more attention to the company's ability to earn profits and its management.

In mining companies, exploitative behavior and a lack of sense of responsibility towards the environment will threaten the sustainability of the availability of natural resources, and cause disharmony in relations with the community around the company. So it is important for mining companies to carry out social responsibility towards the environment and the community around the company so that the natural resources needed are still available. This study was conducted to determine the effect of tax aggressiveness, firm size, and profitability on corporate social responsibility disclosure in mining companies listed on the IDX. In this study CSR Disclosure is measured by disclosure criteria based on GRI indicators, tax aggressiveness is measured by income tax expense and profit before tax, Firm Size is measured using total sales, profitability is measured by the ROA (Return On Asset) indicator. This study uses quantitative methods. The population selected was 44 companies, for 2 years in 2018-2019 using the purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 15 companies that met the criteria. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that tax aggressiveness has a effect on CSR Disclosure, while firm size and profitability have a negative effect on CSR Disclosure.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) variables on capital expenditures. In addition, this study uses the role of intervening variables to analyze the effect of these variables. The data source for this research uses secondary data sources originating from the Director General of Fiscal Balance of the Regional Government. Respondents in this study were local governments in Central Java with a total of 35 regencies and cities for the period 2016-2019. The results of the analysis show that the DAU variable has a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure while the DAK variable has no significant effect on the modal expenditure variable. In addition, the results of the analysis also show that the variable Economic Growth (PE) is not a variable that mediates the effect of DAU on capital expenditure, while further analysis shows that PE is a variable that mediates the effect of DAK on capital expenditure.

Third, the purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategy of the Pora Team in order to deal with the presence and activities of foreigners in the Cianjur Regency area. This study uses a qualitative approach with a post-positivistic paradigm. The method used is a case study. The models used are Assifi and French models. The result of this research is that the Pora Team analyzed various cases related to foreigners who came to Indonesia, especially Cianjur. The Sukabumi Class II Immigration Office released data on the number of Foreign Citizens (WNA) holding Permanent Stay Permit Cards (KITAP) who reside and have activities in Sukabumi and Cianjur. Apart from mixed marriages, not a few foreigners have the status of workers. There are 65 foreigners holding KITAP Cianjur Regency. The purpose of establishing the Pora Team is to supervise foreigners who come to Cianjur Regency, as an effort to prevent violations of regulations by foreigners in Cianjur Regency. The Pora Team's strategy-setting activities cover a variety of activities. These activities are in the form of (1) audience analysis, (2) selecting media, (3) developing messages, (4) implementing programs, (5) conducting monitoring and evaluation. The audience analysis in this case is foreigners. These foreigners have various kinds of arrival purposes such as tourism, socio-cultural visits, government, social and even for work. The Pora team in carrying out their duties collaborates with the Media. The Pora team coordinates with various government organizations. In carrying out its programs, apart from carrying out the duties and functions of the Pora Team, it can also carry out joint operations if needed. In conducting monitoring and evaluation, the results of joint operations are reported directly in writing. With the literature review, the research will be able to find new research problems so that this research can be the latest research in order to serve as the basis for future research. In this study, we will find out how to protect passengers on a vehicle with ways that passengers can do so that the security side can be improved. Therefore, the use of security in a vehicle is very important so that it can help drivers and passengers in driving. In this study will produce a proposed system that can be used as a basis as a guide in order to protect passengers and motorists and can improve the safety side of driving.
