Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeksripsikan perencanaan pembelajaran PKn dalam mengembangkan perilaku disiplin siswa; (2) pelaksanaan program perencaan pengembangan perilaku disiplin siswa; dan (3) penilaian perkembangan perilaku disiplin siswa. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa SD Negeri 08 Seberang Musi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan uji kredibilitas data melalui perpanjangan pengamatan, member check dan analisis kasus negatif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian (display) data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dalam tahap perencanaan guru merencanakan pengembangan perilaku disiplin melalui integrasi perilaku di dalam RPP dan merancang program pembiasaan perilaku. Pada tahap pelaksanaan perkembangan perilaku disiplin siswa muncul pada kegiatan yang dirancang di dalam dengan kegiatan pembiasaan yang dilakukan tiap harinya, meliputi kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan dan pengkondisian. This study entitled "Efforts to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes in Integer Materials for Class VII.B Students at SMP Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau by using the Quantum Teaching Learning Model". This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes in integers in class VII.B students at SMP Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau by using the Quantum Teaching Learning Model. This type of research is in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out in pre-action activities, cycle one and cycle two, which consists of stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were class VII.B students of SMP Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau. Data was collected by using test techniques and equipped with activity observations, interviews and documentation. The data can be concluded that the average student learning outcomes pre-action is 59.3 with a percentage of completeness of 43.75%, so it is necessary to carry out cycle I. In cycle I using the Quantum Teaching model the average student learning outcomes increased to 66.75 with the percentage of completeness 56.25%. However, learning in cycle I has not achieved the desire for completeness so that cycle II learning is carried out. In cycle II, the average value of student learning outcomes has increased quite well, namely 74.38 with the percentage of completeness reaching 87.50%. The research activity was carried out only until the second cycle because the results of the class average were already above the KKM value for mathematics in class VII. The conclusion is that the use of the Quantum Teaching learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in the class VII.B integer material at SMP Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan model Time Token terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 33 Lubuklinggau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pre-experimental, desain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes, yaitu berupa soal essay yang berjumlah 8 soal. Populasi dan sampel penelitian berjumlah sebanyak 18 siswa. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji-Z dengan taraf kepercayaan 5%,. Berdasarkan analisis data, diketahui hasil tes kemampuan awal (pretest) dengan rata-rata51.22 dan tes kemampuan akhir(posttest) dengan rata-rata 72.26. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata tes kemampuan akhir (posttest) lebih besar daripada tes awal. This study aims to identify the implementation of the In-service Teacher Professional Education (PPGDJ) program, especially in the field of study for elementary school teachers at Makassar State University (UNM) in the COVID-19 era. This research was carried out in April-July 2021 at the Makassar State University (UNM) Teacher Professional Education Study Program (Prodi). Subjects in this study included lecturers, civil servant teachers, and PPGDJ students for elementary school teachers. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Sources of data were obtained from program managers, supervisors, civil servants, PPGDJ students, elementary school teachers. The technique of collecting research data is through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results of the research. Implementation of the PPG In Position program in the field of study for elementary school teachers at UNM in the COVID-19 era was carried out well. This research uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi Experimental method type Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population in this study was all grade IV students of SDN Duri Kepa 07 in the even semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. The study sample totaled 62 learners from classes IV-A and IV-C. The sampling technique of this study used the Cluster Random Sampling method. The research instrument is in the form of an objective test in the form of multiple-choice questions consisting of 30 questions. The instrument was first tested at SDN Duri Kepa 07 with 32 students. The calculation of the validity test uses the Correlation Point Biserial formula on 40 questions in multiple choice form with 30 valid questions and 5 drop questions. Meanwhile, in the calculation of the reliability test using KR-21, it obtained a rcount of 0.70 with a very strong level of reliable interplay. Furthermore, there is an analysis requirement test that is carried out a normal test with the liliefors formula, then normally distributed data from the experimental class and the control class are obtained. Furthermore, the homogeneity test calculation using the Fisher test obtained homogeneous distribution group variance data. Then the hypothesis test using the t-test resulted in a calculation of 2.288 with a significant 5% which resulted in the rejection of H0. This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in the learning outcomes of third grade students at SD Negeri 47 Lubuklinggau on the theme of 3 objects around me using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) for two cycles. The results showed that the data obtained in the first cycle the average value of the evaluation of the 3 objects around me was 74.44 with a learning mastery percentage of 74% and in the second cycle the average student evaluation score was 82.96 with a learning completeness percentage of 85%. , it is seen that each learning cycle there is an increase. In the first cycle the results of student activity observations were 72.04 with a percentage of 72% in the active category, and in the second cycle it increased again to 81.85 with a percentage of 82% in the very active category. In conclusion, the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model can improve the learning outcomes of third grade students at SD Negeri 47 Lubuklinggau on the theme of 3 objects around me. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of the supervision of the headmater to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers during the Covid 19 at PAUD Permata Bangsa. This research method is descriptive correlation, the sample sample of this research is all PAUD Permata Bangsa teachers in the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 10 teachers. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, which was then processed through statistical analysis of SPSS version 17.00. The results showed that (1) Supervising principal are in the good category, (2) Achievement motivation of teachers are in the good category, (3) Teaching performance of teachers are in the good category, (4) supervising principal (X) has positive effect on achievement motivation teacher (Y1), (5) Teacher achievement motivation (Y1) has positive effect on the performance of teaching teachers (Y2), (6) Supervising principal (X) positive effect on the performance of teaching teachers (Y2), (7) Supervising principal (X) and Achievement motivation teacher (Y1) are jointly positive effect on the performance of teaching teachers (Y2). The conclusion is that the principal's academic supervision has a significant positive effect on the quality of education services, teacher professionalism and teacher professionalism have a positive effect on the quality of educational services. This study aims to improve the quality of teachers in the virtual teaching and learning process, through discussions related to the preparation of online RPPH to increase teacher creativity in choosing learning activities, and improve teacher skills in evaluating learning as improvement material for the preparation of online RPPH in Al Ummah Manyar Islamic Kindergarten. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of Student Activity Sheets (LKPD) based on Project Based Learning (PJBL) to increase the creativity of fifth graders in thematic learning at SD Negeri Sambelia District. The method used in this research is research and development type ADDIE. Based on research on the development of Project Based Learning-based Student Activity Sheets in class V SD, among others, the Student Activity Sheets that have been developed are declared feasible and valid for use in thematic learning. This is based on the category-worthy results from material experts 77% with appropriate categories, 70% design experts with categories, and linguists 76% with decent categories. Project Based Learning-based Student Activity Sheets that have been developed are stated to be practical for use in thematic learning. This is based on the results of a small-scale trial at SD Negeri 1 Bgaik Manis which received a response of 87% from 5 students with the practical category used. Large-scale trials from public elementary schools in the Sambelia sub-district, namely SD Negeri 1 Bagik Manis, SD Negeri 1 Sambelia, and SD Negeri 1 Sambelia received a response of 81% from 30 students with a very practical category to use.
