Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat melalui Pelatihan Pemulasaran Jenazah COVID-19 通过COVID-19尸体的漂白训练,为社区奉献

The theme of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) organized by IAINU Kebumen is "Civil Society Responsible for COVID-19". With this theme, the Kebumen IAINU KKN activities can be used as a way to train the community about COVID-19 prevention. The author designed a special program related to the KKN theme. The program that has been designed is training on the recovery of COVID-19 bodies specifically for women. The purpose of holding training activities is to train women in the process of recovering COVID-19 bodies. Community service activities were carried out at the NU Muslimat Hall in Redisari Village (Kebumen 4 MTs Complex), Rowokele District, Kebumen. The target of the service is Muslimat and fatayat in the Redisari Village area and its surroundings. The activity was carried out on Friday 10 September 2021. The implementation method used was to identify problems related to the disposal of COVID-19 bodies, design programs, conduct literature studies, observe field conditions, and conduct training on handling of COVID-19 bodies. Based on field observations, the results obtained were that the community, especially Muslimat and fatayat in Redisari Village, had enthusiastically participated in the body retrieval training activities which were held and the implementation went smoothly.

Dampak Kaderisasi terhadap Organisasi MWC NU Rowokele 不透明对MWC NU Rowokele组织的影响

This article is community service-based research with the aim of describing the impact of cadre formation on the MWC NU Rowokele organization. A qualitative approach is used to describe the content of Community Service. The service is located at MWC NU Rowokele. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting interviews with the Chairman of Tanfidziyah MWC NU Rowokele. Data were analyzed using data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the dedication show that the presence of cadres has not had a good impact on the development of the MWC NU Rowokele organization. This is because the MWC NU Rowokele has not run well, the management does not have a special technique for recruiting the latest cadres, and the limited number of MWC staff who are truly willing to build a better MWC. Thus, suggestions are addressed to the management of MWC NU Rowokele to work actively with each branch so that MWC has a broad view of the cadres that are formed from each activity in the MWC NU Rowokele Branch.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dan Kinerja Guru terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 伊斯兰学校校长领导和教师表现对伊斯兰学校学生学习成绩的影响

This research is intended to answer the following problems: 1) Is there any influence of the leadership of the madrasa head on student achievement? 2) Is there an effect of teacher performance on student achievement? 3) Is there an influence of the leadership of the madrasa head and teacher performance together on student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif NU 1 Kalijaran? This type of research is a quantitative research. The data was obtained by using questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. All data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative data analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) The leadership of the madrasah head had a positive and significant effect on student achievement as evidenced by the regression calculation obtained a positive constant of 3,017 where the variable of Madrasah Principal Leadership (X1) had a significant number > 0.05, which was 0.915 with a calculated t value 1.108. The more the leadership of the madrasa head increases, the learning achievement of students will increase; 2) Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on student achievement with the Teacher Performance variable (X2) having a significant number > 0.05, which is equal to 0.17 with a t-value of 2,505, it is concluded that the Teacher Performance variable has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement; 3) The leadership of the madrasah head and teacher performance simultaneously influence the results of student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif NU 1 Kalijaran which is obtained from the calculation of F count of 159.686 with a significance of <0.05, which is equal to 0.000. From these results it is known that the regression line equation can be used to predict Learning Achievement, or it can be said that the Madrasah Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance variables jointly affect Learning Achievement.

Pendekatan Inverse Action Research dalam Pengadaan Lahan Tanah di MWC NU Sruweng

Article about research based on community service as a result of collaboration between lecturers and KKN IAINU Kebumen 2021 students. The research location is at the Sruweng Kebumen Nahdlatul Ulama Branch Representative Council (MWCNU). The aim of the research is to find out the process of social transformation that has taken place in MWCNU Sruweng by examining the background and goals behind MWCNU Sruweng's success in acquiring land belonging to MWCNU Sruweng, as well as knowing the concepts and values ​​behind it. The research is qualitative in nature with an inverse action research approach model. The research informants were a number of MWCNU Sruweng officials who were involved in procuring the land. The research was conducted in August-September 2021. The results of the research were: (a) the research model succeeded in exploring the background of the problems and objectives of land acquisition, (b) the main concept of land acquisition MWCNU Sruweng land as a physical facility, which in the future will be able to build a building MWCNU Sruweng for the development of the religious life of NU members in the Sruweng area, in order to achieve social welfare both spiritually and materially, (c) there are concepts and noble values ​​based on culture and religion behind land acquisition. Suggestion, that the research model and values ​​that have been uncovered are appropriate to be used for the purpose of looking at present, past and future society.

Pelatihan Pengolahan dan Visualisasi Data Assessment Berbasis Google Form di Buayan 基于谷歌表格的数据评估和处理培训

Data processing is a very important aspect in the assessment stage. The existence of data processing and visualization will make it easier to read the results of the assessment. This service is carried out to provide knowledge and training in processing and visualizing Google Form-based assessment data at the MWC NU institution, Buayan District, Kebumen Regency. The subject in this service is Syuriyah (supervisory board) at MWC NU Buayan. This service was carried out for two days by going through four stages, namely planning, preparation for implementation/implementation, and evaluation/reflection. The results of the service show that Syuriyah can process and visualize assessment data properly. Processing and visualization of assessment data is key in providing recommendations from monitoring and evaluation results.

Penguatan Kompetensi Syuriyah MWC NU Buayan melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Digital Asessment

Digital assessment is an effective technique used in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. In addition, during the Covid-19 pandemic, digital assessment became a necessity in an institution/agency so that performance achievements can be measured. This service is carried out to provide knowledge and training in making digital assessments at the MWC NU institution, Buayan District, Kebumen Regency. The subject in this service is Syuriyah (supervisory board) at MWC NU Buayan. This service was carried out for two days by going through four stages, namely planning, preparation for implementation/implementation, and evaluation/reflection. The results of the service show that Syuriyah can understand the concept of digital assessment and how to make digital assessments very well. The application of digital assessment at MWC NU Buayan is a new breakthrough in developing the performance of an institution.

Implementasi Online Assessment pada Mata Kuliah Pembelajaran Fiqih di IAINU Kebumen

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penilaian berbasis online pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran Fiqih di IAINU Kebumen. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa PAI semester V di Institut Agama Islam Nahdatul Ulama (IAINU) Kebumen. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes pembelajaran Fiqih yang diperoleh melalui teknik tes. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dengan tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan mencakup kegiatan analisis kompetensi dan indikator melalui RPS, pemilihan bentuk tes dan media online, penyusunan soal, penyusunan jadwal ujian, dan berbagi link soal kepada mahasiswa. Pelaksanaan penilaian dilakukan pada hari pelaksanaan ujian yang ditentutkan oleh pihak instutut dan mahasiswa mengerjakan dari rumah dengan waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Secara umum sebanyak 96,5% mahasiswa dapat mengakses dan mengirim jawaban sesuai waktu. Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan online assessment di IAINU Kebumen terlaksanan dapat diikuti oleh mahasiswa sesuai dengan indikator-indikator penilaian yang telah ditargetkan.

The vision of education based on religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology is an educational effort in order to form intelligent human beings cognitively, behaviorally and also creatively in carrying out all kinds of activities. So that in today's modern era, strong human resources are needed in order to spread the vision and mission of education so that all problems that occur in society, the state and the nation will be able to be answered by prioritizing religious, philosophical, psychological and sociological approaches. MI Ma'arif NU 02 Karangpakis, Nusawungu District, Cilacap Regency, during the Covid 19 pandemic, applied a blended learning model to learning the Akidah Akhlak subject. The formulation of the problem, first is how to plan blended learning for the Akidah Akhlak subject at MI Ma'arif NU 02 Karangpakis, secondly how is the implementation of blended learning for the Akidah Akhlak subject at MI Ma'arif NU 02 Karangpakis and third how is the evaluation of blended learning for the Akidah Akhlak subject at MI Ma'arif NU 02 Karangpakis. This research is a qualitative research because it produces qualitative data. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis used description techniques with the Miles and Huberman interaction analysis model with flows including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded, firstly planning for blended learning in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MI Ma'arif NU 02 Karangpakis includes planning at the institutional level, namely preparing facilities and infrastructure to support blended learning and planning at the teacher level, namely setting material, setting goals, compiling a syllabus, prepare learning implementation plans, determine strategies, methods and media, determine learning activities, plan evaluations and determine follow-up steps, the second is the implementation of blended learning, namely the delivery of material by the teacher to students through a series of activities to teach students actively, creatively, productively and fun with apply various strategies and methods as well as the use of media and visual aids to achieve learning objectives and the three evaluations of belended learning include evaluations of the implementation of blended learning and evaluation of student learning outcomes

Manajemen Pembelajaran dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa di MIN 1 Purbalingga 学习管理在ki1 Purbalingga提高学生的学习成绩

The research aims to reveal about the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning in improving student achievement. This study uses a qualitative method. This research was conducted at MIN 1 Purbalingga, from March to June 2021. The informants in the study were madrasa heads, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation. Data analysis uses the Miles & Huberman model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the teachers carry out lesson planning by making a syllabus, annual program, semester program, KKM, time allocation, learning implementation plans, remedial and enrichment programs. (2) The implementation of learning is carried out by the teachers, including preliminary activities (apperception), core activities (including exploration, elaboration and confirmation) and final activities. Teachers use learning media and apply variations of learning methods. (3) Evaluation of learning is carried out by the teacher and by the head of the madrasah. The teacher carries out an assessment system in the form of learning processes and learning outcomes which involve three domains, namely: cognitive, psychomotor, and affective. The madrasa head supervises regularly to help improve teacher performance.
