This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of curriculum management and assessment in an effort to form good people, using qualitative research methods. Sources of data in this study are primary sources and secondary sources. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, documentation. Test the validity of the researcher's data using credibility, dependability and confirmability. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data collection as a cyclical process. The number of poor people in Sleman Regency for three consecutive years in 2018 was 92 thousand people, in 2019 it was 90 thousand people, and in 2020 it was 100 thousand people. In 2019 it decreased from the previous year, but in 2020 it experienced a significant increase, namely around 10 thousand people. The poverty line for the last 3 consecutive years, in 2018 the percentage of poor people was 7.65%, in 2019 the percentage was 7.41%, and in 2020 it increased to 8.12%. Social safety net, hereinafter abbreviated as JPS, is unplanned social assistance in the form of money given to residents of Sleman Regency with socio-economic status as poor and/or vulnerable to poverty and neglect in Sleman Regency. The scope of the Social Safety Net covers three areas, namely the health, education and social sectors. The social safety net in Sleman Regency from 2017 to 2021 is going well. Every year, the budget provided for JPS is IDR 10 billion. In the education sector, there were the most submissions compared to other fields from January 2019 to July 2020. This proves that the social safety net in the education sector is an alternative for people in the Sleman Regency area who experience difficulties in meeting education costs. Submission of the JPS budget in the education sector can be used to pay off outstanding tuition fees, building fees, and pay off fees to be able to take diplomas. The hope is that with better education, people who experience economic difficulties can organize their lives so that they can improve their family's economy to be even better.

The quality of education in Indonesia is considered by many to be low, due to various problems ranging from internal madrasah problems to external madrasah problems, such as the weak leadership role of the madrasa head, teacher performance, student achievement, infrastructure, community environment, motivation and so on. Lots of problems that arise in the world of education. Therefore, it is necessary to do research on the problems that occur. One of the problem factors that can be taken is the influence of the leadership of the madrasa head and work motivation on the performance of MTs Ma'arif NU teachers in Banyumas Regency. In conducting the research, the researcher used quantitative research using a stratified random sampling technique, namely a portion of the population was selected from several strata or subgroups and separate samples were taken from each subgroup, with high, medium and low provisions. The number of respondents was 45 respondents / teachers at MTs Ma'arif NU in Banyumas Regency. The results of data collection showed that there was a significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah head and work motivation on the performance of MTs Ma'arif NU teachers in Banyumas Regency, both independently and together. The leadership of the madrasa head contributed 64.44%, the contribution of work motivation was 66.60%, and the joint contribution was 31.40%, while the rest were 35.56%, 33.40% and 68, respectively. 60% of the teacher performance at MTs Ma'arif NU which is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Suggestions that need to be considered are that the leadership of the madrasa head needs to be improved and positive work motivation must be maintained and developed so that the work performance of MTs Ma'arif NU teachers in carrying out their duties as educators (educators) can be carried out in accordance with the objectives of madrasah education.

Education is carried out to explore and then develop a variety of competencies that already exist in each student, competency These include abilities in the scientific field, attitudes and skills. These three competencies should be developed optimally and in balance both in the learning process in class and in the implementation of assessments/ evaluation. Facts on the ground show that assessment is in the affective domain tends to be more difficult to implement and develop, in contrast to cognitive and psychomotor competencies that are very commonly practiced by educator. Therefore this study aims to help find a solution to the problem of affective assessment which has tended to be stagnant. This research includes library research with using a descriptive qualitative approach and making Permendikbud Number 23 of 2016 concerning Assessment Standards and Presidential Regulations Republic of Indonesia Number 87 of 2017 concerning Strengthening Education Character is the primary data source and is supported by several literatures other supporters. The results showed that the assessment of the affective domain students must be carried out thoroughly both when in the environment school, family or community environment around the place of residence. This rating done by observing the behavior of students and the behavior of observed are the values of predetermined character education in Presidential Decree Number 87 of 2017 concerning Strengthening Education Character. The values include religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love the motherland, appreciate achievement, communicative, love peace, love to read, environmental care, social care and responsibility. These are the values observed and then converted into the final value of students in aspects affective/attitude of students as outlined in the form of Very Good, Good, Enough and Less.

The 2020 Kebumen local election is not democratic with a single candidate gave birth to the Empty Box Society (Mas Koko) movement, which metamorphosed became the Konco Coalition of Democracy Fighters (Koko Pede) of Kebumen Regency. The momentum that opened the way for the Kebumen people's struggle for the local elections next does not present a single candidate. The results of this study are there the continuity of democracy guarding by Koko Pede, after the election of candidates single Arif Sugiyanto - Ristawati Purwaningsih as regent and deputy regent Kebumen. The non-institutionalized movement also becomes an integral part of community participation based on local wisdom in growing democracy in Kebumen. Implementation of this movement by cooperating with other elements of society, in including students, to carry out moral movements through various activities, such as discussions, both offline and online on social media (Medsos), which its recommendation rejects a single candidate. In addition to cooperating with the characters for to vote of no confidence against parties that carry out political practices undemocratic. Including members of the legislature from political parties who have put forward a single candidate in the 2020 Kebumen local elections. Next, prepare candidates through independent channels, if all political parties again put forward a single candidate in the next election. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has 4 steps, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. The data source for this study was Class V students at MI Islamiyah Brokoh, Wonotunggal District, Batang Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year with a total of 22 students, consisting of 10 male students and 12 female students. Data collection techniques by observation, ability tests and learning outcomes research determine the volume of geometric shapes. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the analysis obtained a significant increase from cycle I and cycle II. Study results determine the volume of the geometric shape. in pre-cycle I in the complete category was 59.09% the number of students who completed was 13 students. In cycle II there was an increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes in the complete category of 100%, while 22 students completed. The results of this study suggest for students to be more active so that fun and meaningful learning can be achieved. Suggestions for teachers should use the STAD Type Cooperative approach to improve learning outcomes in determining the volume of geometric shapes. in order to measure the ability of students as a whole.

Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penanaman nilai-nilai Islam moderat dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada Kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen dan untuk mengetahui keberhasilannya. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisa deskriptif-analitik. Informan penelitian adalah guru PAI Kelas X dan informan lain terkait. Penelitian dilakukan pada Agustus-Oktober 2020 di masa pandemi covid19. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa: (1)di masa pandemi covid19 proses penanaman nilai-nilai Islam moderat (wasathiyah) tentang al-adl (keadilan), al-tawazun (keseimbangan), dan al-tasamuh (toleransi) sudah baik dan tetap berlangsung dalam pembelajaran PAI Kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen sesuai pedoman kurikulum yang diimbangi kreativitas guru dalam memasukkan konsep dan nilai-nilai tersebut sejak dari mulai pembuatan RPP sampai dengan proses evaluasi pembelajaran, (2)keberhasilan penanaman nilai-nilai Islam moderat tercermin dari hasil evaluasi belajar dan perilaku peserta didik Kelas X SMKN 1 Kebumen, dan hasilnya relatif sudah baik. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisa deskriptif-analitik. Informan penelitian adalah guru PAI Kelas X dan informan lain terkait. Penelitian dilakukan pada Agustus-Oktober 2020 di masa pandemi covid19. The purpose of this study was to describe efforts to form Islamic character of youth with jam'iyah diba'iyah activities in Pagerwangi Village which included variables (1) teenage character, variable (2) jam'iyah diba'iyah. This research applies the mix methods method. The subjects in this study include members, alumni, Jam'iyah diba'iyah supervisors. The quantitative data instrument in this study used a questionnaire, while the qualitative data collection used observation data along with interviews. The sample in this research is 20 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using a percentage descriptive method. The results of the questionnaire data research stated that the percentage of the implementation of jam'iyah diba'iyah activities was 81.25%, while the percentage of youth members of jam'iyah diba'iyah was 79.625%. And it is known that the success rate of forming Islamic character through jam'iyah diba'iyah activities shows a percentage of 80.4375% which means very good. As for efforts to form an Islamic character in jam'iyah diba'iyah activities in Pagerwangi village, namely through habituation both in organizing, socializing, and behaving, setting an example according to the characteristics of the Prophet, giving mauidzah hasanah and giving educational warnings and punishments.

This research is motivated by the importance of Islamic boarding schools in realizing a generation of good morals. This study aims to reveal the strategic management of Islamic boarding school learning in realizing a generation with good morals at the Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative case study. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique, which consisted of the Chairperson of the Islamic Boarding School Board of Directors, the Head of the Islamic Boarding School Early Childhood School, and the Islamic Boarding School Ustadz. Research data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The research data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques developed by Miles & Huberman, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research shows three guests. First, the strategic planning of learning for Islamic boarding schools in creating a generation of good morals at Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency is by formulating each existing program, the leadership of the Islamic boarding school always formulates and holds deliberations with the asatidz council and all existing stakeholders to equalize the vision, mission and steps to achieve it. Second, the strategic implementation of Islamic boarding school learning in realizing a generation of good morals at the Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency is carried out in stages and in an organized manner, always accompanied by the leadership of the Islamic boarding school, surveyed for its activities and intense mentoring, as well as an open leadership model. Third, strategic evaluation of Islamic boarding school learning in creating a generation with good morals at the Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency is by: (a) directly observing the behavior of students in everyday life (amaliyah dzahiriyah); (b) evaluations carried out both formally and informally; (c) see directly changes in the behavior of students after receiving coaching; (d) evaluation carried out in weekly, monthly, semi-annual, year-end and early-year evaluation activities; and (e) emergency evaluation.

This study aims to reveal the effect of the transformational leadership of the madrasa head on teacher performance at MI Ma'arif NU 01 Kalijaran, Karanganyar District, Purbalingga Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The population and sample in this study were all teachers at MI Ma'arif NU 01 Kalijaran, Karanganyar District, Purbalingga Regency, totaling 8 people. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used a simple regression analysis technique. This research concludes that the Madrasah Principal's Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on the performance of MI Ma'arif NU 01 Kalijaran Teachers, Karanganyar District, Purbalingga Regency, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.009 < α = 0.05. The value of the correlation coefficient (r2) = 0.705 or a contribution of 70.5%.
