This study aims to reveal the effect of learning activities on students' science learning outcomes in SD N in the Ahmad Dahlan cluster, Sruweng sub-district, Kebumen regency. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all students at SD N in the Ahmad Dahlan cluster, Sruweng sub-district, while the sample in this study were fifth grade students in SD N in the cluster Ahmad Dahlan, Sruweng sub-district, totaling 89 students. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used a simple regression analysis technique. This study resulted in the conclusion that learning activities have a positive and significant influence on students' science learning outcomes in public elementary schools in the Ahmad Dahlan cluster, Sruweng sub-district, Kebumen regency. This is evident from the value of Sig = 0.000 < α = 0.05. The value of the correlation coefficient (r2) = 0.385 or a contribution of 38.5%.

The increasingly widespread spread of Covid 19 requires that learning in schools be carried out online. However, there are several institutions that carry out blended learning, namely carrying out limited online and face-to-face learning such as RA Masyitoh Mertasinga. Formulation of the problem, first how to plan a blended learning of Religious and Moral Values at RA Masyitoh Mertasinga, secondly how to implement blended learning of Religious and Moral Values at RA Masyitoh Mertasinga and third how to evaluate the blended learning of Religious and Moral Values at RA Masyitoh Mertasinga. This research is a qualitative research because it produces qualitative data. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis used description techniques with the Miles and Huberman interaction analysis model with flows including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded, firstly the planning of blended learning on Religious and Moral Values at RA Masyitoh Mertasinga includes planning at the institutional level, namely preparing blended learning supporting facilities and infrastructure and planning at the teacher level, namely setting material, setting goals, setting strategies, methods and media, compiling a syllabus, establishing learning activities, planning evaluation and determining follow-up steps, the second is the implementation of blended learning, namely the delivery of material by the teacher to students through a series of activities to teach students actively, creatively, productively and fun by applying various strategies and methods and using media and teaching aids to achieve learning objectives and the third evaluation of blended learning includes evaluation of the implementation of blended learning and evaluation of student learning outcomes

Learning in schools as formal educational institutions has experienced significant development, as seen from the inculcation of religious values in effective religious education learning by touching the learning effect (instructional effect) without leaving the accompanying effect (nurturant effect). This is integrated with continuously increasing the role of religious education in an effort to foster the religious character of its students. Internalization of religious values in PAI learning in schools uses a moral reasoning approach, namely learning that is taken with moral knowledge, moral feelings and moral actions through the internalization process in subject learning activities in class and in self and cultural development programs in schools. The process of internalizing religious values in PAI subject learning activities in class is carried out with procedures for each element of learning activities. The process of internalizing religious values in PAI learning activities in class can employ various methods such as using the role-playing learning model. The process of internalizing religious values in self-development and culture programs in schools for Muslim students is carried out through routine, spontaneous and conditioning activities using habituation strategies through the stages of thinking, recording, repeating, storing, repeating and habituation into character.

Total Quality Management is a reference in education in educational institutions based on the quality of processes, services, human resources and results. Management consists of several things including: planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. Schools which strengthen religious character are efforts to develop education to realize national education in the midst of globalization. Often with that also the demands of society want higher quality education not only in the academic field (cognitive and psychomotor), but in the field of morals, character or character (affective). This research is to describe the application of TQM in strengthening religious character consisting of customers, teamwork and continuous improvement. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were school principals, vice principals, educators, education staff, students and student guardians. Data validity with triangulation. Analysis is Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. In general, this research shows that in the implementation of TQM it must: (1) Focus on customers, namely serving all the needs of students, educators, educational staff, guardians of students and the community, (2) implementation of strengthening religious character integrated with intracurricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular activities and habituation, (3) Evaluation in the form of an integrated attitude in each daily assessment, midterm assessment, final semester assessment, and grade promotion examination, (4) teamwork is carried out by involving and empowering all components of the school, both educators and education staff, ( 5) continuous improvement includes: The use of the new National curriculum, improvement of academic and educational staff performance, as well as improvement of supporting physical facilities and infrastructure.

This study discusses the development of asset-based schools in public elementary schools in Klaten district. The background of this research is the decline in the number of state elementary school students in the Delanggu rice-producing region. Apart from being good news about the success of the family planning program for the local government, the declining number of elementary school-age children is a challenge for prospective principals of public elementary schools in Klaten to develop an asset-based school development program. This is because the school is an ecosystem consisting of resources that are organized and systemic. Innovation and breakthroughs are needed for a breakthrough for the leaders of these institutions, including the tasks that must be carried out by prospective elementary school principals together with the school community. The approach used in this study is the ABCD approach. The results of the study show that the ABCD concept is very helpful for prospective school principals to be able to lead their institutions in solving existing learning problems and developing schools through the preparation of effective and efficient RKS.

One of the successes of education is determined by the role of the teacher, so that the government needs active attention to motivate them to carry out higher educational responsibilities. One of the factors that can increase the motivation of teachers to work by the government is the active facilitation of their career development. The government needs to actively facilitate the promotion of teacher functional positions and credit scores from IV/a to IV/b to various opportunities in their career development. It is hoped that this will give birth to educators who have a strong motivation in improving their professionalism, so that the quality of education can continue to be improved. This study shows that the provision of technical facilities in increasing the number of teachers with rank IV/a to rank IV/b. Simplification of the mechanism for proposing promotions through the online system and efforts to establish cooperation with tertiary institutions in the regions in producing scientific work is important in order to increase the number of teachers with rank and grade IV/b.

Kajian tentang perkembangan Pemikiran Hadis di Indonesia jarang terjadi. Namun tidak berarti tidak berkembang sama sekali, karena kajian hadis pada awal-awal masuknya Islam di Indonesia saat itu baru bersifat antologi yakni berupa kumpulan-kumpulan dari berbagai tema yang berkaitan dengan kajian fiqih, jadi masih tercampur dengan disiplin lain. Penelitian ini mengungkap perkembangan pemikiran hadis pada abad ke-17 M dan 18 M, khususnya pemikiran 'Abd Rauf Al-Sinkili, yang mewakili ulama pada saat itu. Melalui deskripsianalisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hadis pada masa itu belum berkembang menjadi disiplin tersendiri, Karena kajian hadis baru pada dataran praktis, belum tersusun secara teoritis. Terbukti dengan terbitnya karya Al-Sinkili mengenai hadis; pertama Syarah Latif 'ala Arba'in Hadisan li Imam an-Nawawi, yang merupakan penafsiran mengenai 40 hadis karya al-Nawawi, yang kedua adalah al-Mawa'iz al-Badi'ah, sebuah koleksi hadis qudsi, yaitu wahyu Tuhan yang disampaikan kepada kaum beriman melalui kata-kata Nabi Muhammad SAW. Dalam kajian Hadisnya, Al-Sinkili berusaha mencerminkan usaha-usaha untuk membuat cara-cara Nabi -di samping ajaran-ajaran al-Qur'an- tidak hanya menjadi sumber hukum, tetapi juga inspirasi yang tak habis-habisnya bagi amalan moral yang layak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan adanya bentuk bahasa seksis dalam buku Al-Lughah Al-'arabiyyah Al-Mu'asirah karya Prof. Dr. Eckherad Schulz. Dalam hal ini, peneliti membahas keterkaitan antara (diferensiasi gender) dengan pemakaian bahasa Arab yang berimplikasi pada bahasa seksis dalam buku Al-Lughah Al-'arabiyyah Al-Mu'asirah karya Prof. Dr. Eckherad Schulz dengan menggunakan metode analisis wacana (discourse analysis) serta teori bahasa dan gender dalam kajian sosiolinguistik. Application of the Demonstration Method in the Online Learning System for the Subject of Fiqh Azan and Iqomah Class II Mi Ma'arif Pempon Year 2020/2021” The focus of this research is: (1). How to apply the Demonstration Method in the online learning system for the fiqh subject of the call to prayer and iqomah Class IIMi Ma'arif Pempon. (2). What are the advantages and disadvantages of using the demonstration method in an online learning system? The type of research used is qualitative research. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that 1) Implementation of Fiqh Learning on Azan and Iqomah materials using the online learning system demonstration method, there are several steps taken by the teacher including, a) making lesson plans before carrying out learning. b) in the learning process, the teacher carries out several stages consisting of preliminary, core and closing activities. The advantages and disadvantages of implementing fiqh learning using the online system demonstration method on the call to prayer and iqomah material. The advantages of this process include learning that can be done anywhere without having to go to school, children become more active, a wide range of learning can be reached by students who live in the lowlands and highlands. Weaknesses in the learning process of applying the online system demonstration method include ineffective learning, the network sometimes errors, the quota costs incurred are expensive because all use the network

The leadership of the Madrasah Principal is one of the factors that influence teacher performance improvement. Madrasah heads through transformational leadership are expected to be able to improve teacher performance at MA Al-Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo. This study aims to determine the behavior of the madrasa head in improving the performance of MA Al-Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo teachers, especially transformative behavior in their leadership. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were school principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques from this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the head of MA Al Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo has implemented the four dimensions of transformational leadership. This is evidenced by the results of the study, namely: 1) the Madrasah Head provides ideal influence; 2) The Head of Madrasah provides motivation that inspires teachers in improving teacher performance at MA Al-Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo; 3) The head of the Madrasah provides scientific stimulation to the teacher so that the performance of the MA Al Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo teacher increases; 4) The head of the Madrasah as a leader pays close attention to individual teachers so that the performance of MA Al-Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo teachers is increasing.
