The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) data link is composed of ground control station and airborne data terminal, all of which communicate in UART mode. In order to achieve multi-serials communication between UAV and ground control station, a method of multi-serials to Ethernet Gateway based on field programmable gate array (FPGA) +network interface chip is given. Firstly, this paper introduced the structure and working principle of system. Then the design of system's hardware and software programming were described, as well analyzed configuration of every module and communication of serial ports in detail. The modules of transfer and receiver were completed by state machine. Finally, the timing simulation of two serial ports was shown. Compared with traditional methods, it possesses the characters of high-integration, low-power, and flexibility. It has been proved in the real test that the design can communicate with computer and work well, and achieve the prospective purpose. It is of much great practical significance and operational benefits.

As entities in distributed environments lack sufficient global information, it is difficult to evaluate trust accurately. By considering characteristics of resources in distributed environments such as openness, dynamicity and uncertainty, we proposed a new dynamic trust evaluation model in this paper. The model describes factors that can affect trust evaluation based on a multi-dimensional view that include static attributes of entities, time-based behavior speculation, context awareness and communication conditions. Genetic algorithm (GA) is then introduced to do trust computation in the proposed model, which is important due to the lack of mathematical tools in traditional trust models for multi-dimensional data processing. Simulation results show that our proposed model is better compared to other trust evaluation models.

The hyperbolic approximation of P-wave reflection traveltimes in common-midpoint gathers plays an important role in conventional seismic data processing and interpretation. It is well known that the normal moveout formula is based upon homogeneous isotropic media. The familiar hyperbolic approximation of P-wave reflection moveout is exact for homogeneous isotropic or elliptically anisotropic media above a planar reflector. Any realistic combination of heterogeneity, anisotropic coefficient, and nonelliptic anisotropy will cause departures from hyperbolic moveout at large offsets. Therefore, nonhyperbolic moveout gives exact traveltimes for elliptically anisotropic media overlaying a plane dipping reflector. In this paper, we compare a theoretical description of P-wave reflection traveltimes and degree of nonhyperbolic moveout with different anisotropic parameters.

Traditional clustering algorithm usually adopt uniform granularity. It easily leads to too fine or too coarse in clustering process. The former may divides objects into different classes which should be in one. The latter group objects into one class which should be in different. Due to it, we introduce dynamic granularity into traditional clustering algorithm. Firstly, based on research, we present granular lattice matrix space model. Then we describe problem of clustering by the new model. Finally we provide new clustering algorithm based on the new model. To testify the new algorithm, we present tests to prove its efficiency.

In this paper, a new method is presented for stochastic multi-criteria decision making (SMCDM) problem with incomplete weight information based on the traditional idea of TOPSIS method. In this approach, the SMCDM problem can be converted into an interval multi-criteria decision making (IMCDM) problem by interval estimation. In order to avoid the rank reversal phenomenon, the modified TOPSIS method is proposed by the concept of absolute positive and negative ideal solutions. Meanwhile, the interval values of relative closeness are computed using the simple nonlinear programming. The average relative closeness is obtained to determine the ranking of alternatives. Finally a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and practicality of proposed method.

Through the analysis of the relevant power energy consumption factors of the large-scale public buildings, the integrated model based on multiple linear regression and self-regression methods is attained, of which the least square algorithm is chosen to make parameters estimation. -test and -test are applied to verify its availability. After power consumption data of large-scale public buildings acquired in Xi'an city, Simulation process is operated by Matlab software. The result reveals that the model above has high accuracy to describe and predict trend of power consumption in the large-scale public buildings quantitatively, meanwhile, it provides an essential part to future energy saving management system.

The establishment of confined concrete strength is an important issue in fiber reinforced polymer (FRP)-confined concrete column. This paper explores the use of Radial Basis Function Neural Network(RBFNN) in predicting the confinedment efficiency of FRP-confined concrete. Based on 362 experimental datas, the RBFNN model with highly non-linear reflection relationship was found and tested by the experimental data. A comparison study between the RBFNN model and four well-known models is carried out, it was found that the RBFNN model could reasonably capture the underlying behavior of FRP-confined concrete and provide better results than other models. The sensitivity analysis of the influential factor is also discussed, it shows that RBFNN-based modeling is a practical method for predicting the confinement efficiency of FRP-confined concrete.

Based on the niche idea and the catastrophe theory, a new particle swarm optimization algorithm is suggested in this paper, which can adaptively adjust the swarm grouping. This algorithm proposes that, after obtaining local optimal area, only parts of the particles are left to find local optimal point, while other particles are dealt with by catastrophe, and are restrained in the remaining regions for new search. In this way, the particle swarm can not only improve the convergence rate and precision, but also effectively enhance the ability of global optimization. Therefore, this new algorithm can be applied to predict the maximum power point (MPP) of the photovoltaic cell. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of this algorithm is demonstrated in the experimental findings.

With xPC Target we can convert a PC compatible computer into a real-time system and build a hardware in-loop test bench of ESP system based on CAN bus technology. It will be more convenient and faster than traditional way. Since there is not a drive module of CAN PCI-1680U which could be invoked directly in xPC Target, by using S-function, the article compiled a drive module which can be invoked in xPC Target and used in ESP hardware-in-loop test bench, and achieved the CAN telecommunication between ECU and sensors.
