On the West Nusa Tenggara island of Lombok, a local plant called moringa (Moringa oleifera) is frequently found. Due to its high nutritional value, this plant can be consumed in almost all of its components, particularly the leaves and seeds. With the help of Flamboyan Women Farmers Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani Flamboyan) partners, this service activity was carried out by lecturing the public on the uses of moringa plants and other local flora as antiseptic soap and providing instruction on how to make soap from moringa seed oil. The activity's external advantages include: (1) enhancing farmer group mothers' knowledge of the advantages and potential of nearby plants; (2) facilitating the need for antiseptic soap for families; (3) enhancing mothers' motivation and creativity to create independent jobs in an effort to improve the family economy; and (4) producing publications in scientific journals. According to the outcomes of the community service projects, this training activity can improve the knowledge and skills of the women of the Flamboyan Farmers Group in the production of antibacterial soap using moringa seed oil.

Pelatihan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Komik bagi Guru SD di Wilayah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya

With the government program related to the provision of IT facilities and infrastructure in schools in the Tasikmalaya Regency area, it is challenging for teachers to be able to use them optimally. However, their knowledge and skills regarding the use of interactive learning media are still limited. Thus, the service regarding training and mentoring of learning media is deemed necessary to improve the competence of elementary school teachers in the Tasikmalaya Regency area. The description of the implementation of training and assistance in the use of comic-based interactive learning media consists of: (1) training on the use of comics as a learning medium for elementary school-aged children that focuses on numeracy literacy and reading literacy; (2) assistance in designing comic-based learning media for elementary school-aged children using storyboardthat.com. (3) improving teacher skills in implementing learning for elementary school-aged children through comic-based learning. The output targets that will result from the implementation of this regional scheme service (PbM-KW), are publications in national journals, and online media/local newspapers.

Sosialisasi Penggunaan PLTS Sebagai Usaha Peningkatan Kesehatan dan Lingkungan pada Masyarakat Pesisir 利用PLTS进行社会化,以促进沿海社区的健康和环境

Pemanfaatan energi surya sebagai sumber energi listrik dalam dunia kelautan dan perikanan menjadi salah satu bentuk penerapan blue economy. Pemanfaatan ini diharapkan akan menjadi salah satu bentuk kepedulian masyarakat pesisir terhadap kondisi lingkungan dan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang teknologi PLTS yang dapat menggantikan pemanfaatan generator sebagai sumber energi listirk di atas kapal dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan dan lingkungan. 24 responden dari Desa Tablolong mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dengan metode focus group discussion. Hasil dari kegiatan ini kemudian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara serta dianalisis dengan analisis frekuensi. Hasil kegiatan sosialisasi menunjukan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat dalam penggunaan PLTS di bidang kesehatan sebesar 343,56% dan bidang lingkungan sebesar 308,33%. Diharapkan dengan pemberian sosialisasi ini dapat menambah wawasan dan menambah keinginan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan PLTS sebagai sumber energi listrik di atas kapal sebagai pengganti generator.

Kolaborasi Pengembangan Destinasi Wisata Pedesaan di Kelurahan Buraen Kecamatan Amarasi Selatan Kabupaten Kupang

Abstract Rural tourism is an alternative tourist destination because of its attractive potential, so that many rural areas are visited. Community service carried out by the community service team for the Master of Public Administration study program, Fisip Undana, aims to provide education to the community related to the development of rural tourism through collaboration. Based on the results of a situation analysis of the existence of collaboration in developing destinations in the Buraen sub-district, the problems encountered are; (a) still weak participatory planning in the development of tourist destinations; (b) Tourism destination infrastructure development policies have not been carried out systematically and continuously; (c) the pattern of collaboration is still limited to cooperation between governments, other sectors namely the private sector and the community have not been involved. The solution offered from partner problems is to carry out a community service activity through the form of education. The activities carried out are socializing and providing knowledge to the audience about; (a) the importance of participatory-based planning in the development of rural tourism destinations; (b) incremental policies in the development of rural tourism destinations; (c) collaborative development of rural tourism destinations. While the PkM program assessment method is through program evaluation and outcome evaluation. Based on the results of PkM activities, it is known that all participants understand the socialization material about; (a) participatory-based planning in the development of tourist destinations; (b) incremental policies in the development of tourist destinations; (c) collaborative development of rural tourism destinations. It is recommended that collaborative development of tourist destinations is not just an idea but should be implemented and also involve the community so that they can benefit from rural tourism activities.   Keywords: 1. Collaboration     Abstrak Pariwisata pedesaan merupakan salah satu alternatif destinasi wisata karena potensi daya tariknya, sehingga wilayah pedesaan banyak  dikunjungi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim PPM Prodi Magister Administrasi Publik Fisip Undana bertujuan memberikan Pendidikan kepada masyarakat berkaitan dengan pengembangan pariwisata pedesaan melalui kolaborasi antar berbagai pihak di kelurahan Buraen kecamatan Amarasi Selatan kabupaten Kupang. PKBM Tunas Harapan Surabaya, is one of the non-formal institutions in Surabaya, with one of its programs namely skills training and life skills. To support the program, the community service team (PkM) made observations regarding the implementation of activities in Tunas Harapan PKBM. This is intended to be a consideration for teachers to determine teaching materials and methods as well as the latest content to be used so that the information provided to students can be maximized. Canva's design training focuses on introducing, equipping, and implementing. In Tunas Harapan PKBM training participants. The activity contains the delivery of materials and practices for making Canva designs. The results obtained are the results of participants' designs and creativity. Elementary school teachers in Cluster II of the Gerung sub-district are very rare and some have never even used teaching aids in teaching mathematical concepts. That makes students have difficulty understanding abstract mathematics subject matter, while elementary school children are still in the stage of concrete or semi-abstract thinking. Therefore, this activity aims to empower elementary school teachers in Cluster II of the Gerung sub-district in implementing Kopermatik teaching aids (Math Game Box) by providing training to elementary school teachers on how to make and use Kopermatic props. Kopermatik is a set of elementary school mathematics teaching props that include teaching aids for learning algebra, geometry, and numbers. The training methods include (1) presentation of material, (2) demonstration, (3) making of teaching aids in groups, (4) presentation of group work results, and (5) evaluation and follow-up. The service activity was located at SDN 2 Dasan Geres, with 18 elementary school teachers as participants. all participants actively practice making props for number cards and fraction cards in groups of two. The results of this activity are : (1) all participants practice making props for number cards and fraction cards in groups of two, and (2) 95% of participants can demonstrate the props they made correctly. Literacy culture is very important to improve the quality of education in both rural and urban areas. Lamakkaraseng Village, Ulaweng District has a low literacy culture because there are residents who are not yet proficient in reading, writing or arithmetic. The Service Team conducted Calistung training activities (reading, writing, and arithmetic) for the villagers of Lamakkaraseng to improve their Literacy culture. The results obtained are that the participants' reading and writing skills as well as numeracy skills have improved, and some residents have started to get used to reading every day when they see the writings displayed around them. In addition, they are satisfied with the training activities carried out by the community service team

The class action research and scientific article writing activity was done to increase teachers’ professionalism. This training was carried out for the teachers of SDN 2 Sesela, West Lombok. The program was presented in SDN 2 Sesela in the form of workshop through discussion, question and answer session, and speech. The presentation covered class action research and its urgency for the teachers, teaching models that support free learning curriculum, making innovative instructing tools as teaching media in class. The importance of CAR scientific article writing for teachers and its publication in scientific journals. The high motivation and enthusiasm of the participants was obvious during the program. In addition, the participants’ response was positive with enthusiasm rate at 90 percent. The satisfaction rate of the teachers for this activity corresponds to the positive result of this project. Eventually, the teachers hope that further activities like in class CAR implementation will be held following this program.

The purpose of this community service activity aims to provide training and assistance to SMK teachers in Mataram City to compile and develop mathematics teaching modules, especially by implementing project-based learning and problem-based learning. Participants in this community service activity consisted of teachers at 8 State Vocational Schools in Mataram City, which are represented by 2 teachers in each partner school. These activities carried out are (1) Dissemination of research results on the development of mathematics teaching modules that have been developed by the team, (2) Training on how to compile mathematics teaching modules oriented to students' critical thinking skills, (3) Discussion, (4) Practice compiling teaching modules in groups and (5) Evaluation of the implementation of activities. At the end of the activity, a questionnaire was given to be filled in by the participants and then analyzed to find out the results of the service activities provided. The results of data analysis showed that all participants gave a positive response, 67% of participants had received training in module preparation, 73% had made mathematics teaching materials but only 27% had implemented them, especially those oriented to critical thinking skills. Analysis of the questionnaire also showed that all participants wanted similar training. One of the trainee teachers successfully implemented the teaching module they had developed by the team from the results of the training and gave a positive response from the students

Advances in technology and information today are the application of various sciences and the underlying science is mathematics. Mathematics is one of the basic provisions that are important to master in dealing with increasingly complex life problems. Through mastery of mathematics, it makes someone have good logical thinking in solving the problems at hand. In terms of responding to problems that arise, making decisions, and prioritizing appropriately, it is necessary to involve analytical skills and mathematical logic. However, many students do not know the application of mathematics in various disciplines. This community service activity is carried out in the form of an educational workshop with the theme Utilization of Mathematical Concepts in everyday life. The target of this community service activity is students from various study programs at the University of Qamarul Huda Badaruddin (UNIQHBA). Through this activity, it is hoped that it can contribute to the entire UNIQHBA academic community regarding the application of mathematics in various fields, especially culture, economics, and development, providing examples of skills related to mathematics so that they have more insight and are ready to compete in the world of work.
