Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is one of the goals to be achieved in the 2013 curriculum. One of the tools to measure students' ability in this skills is through HOTS questions. Based on the questionnaire given to mathematics and science teachers throughout Indonesia, the teachers felt the need to give HOTS questions in class and were interested in attending seminars related to this. Based on the results of the questionnaire, a community service program was to improve the ability of Mathematics and Science teachers in Indonesia to make HOTS questions. The purpose of this webinar is to provide intensive information on the design of HOTS-based learning, provide detailed examples of HOTS-based learning and tips for creating or selecting HOTS-based questions that are relevant to students and scientific developments. This activity was carried out virtually by involving 42 mathematics and science teachers in Indonesia. The evaluation data filled in by the participants at the end of the event showed that the activity was going well. Participants agreed that the material presented answered the participants' needs. Participants also felt an increase in their ability to make HOTS questions after attending this webinar.

The results of the 2018 PISA study, the scientific literacy of students in Indonesia are still low at rank 70 out of 79 countries and the low level of scientific literacy skills in elementary schools, this underlies the dedication to develop scientific literacy through educational games at one of the elementary schools in Bima city. namely the VI grade students of SDN 37 Kendo, Bima City. The activity was carried out using the action research method using a word game approach involving students as the subject of the activity. Before the start of the game, it begins with ice breaking and then an introduction is given in the form of an introduction to the scientific names of animals and plants that students often find in their daily environment. The activity was continued by giving a guessing game of animal names and plant names. At the end of the activity, an evaluation was carried out by asking questions about the material that had been studied and asking several students to provide responses or responses related to the activities on that day. The results showed that 11 out of 12 students had correctly guessed the names of animals and plants that were often found around them based on the keywords mentioned by us. It can be concluded that community service activities for elementary school students with the theme of strengthening scientific literacy through educational games have a positive impact on increasing students' scientific literacy.

Problems caused by indiscriminate and improperly disposed waste can cause big problems for the environment and society. This article specifically investigates waste in Batu Jangkih village, where there are still people littering and lack of knowledge about how to use waste properly. One solution to the waste problem in Batu Jangkih Village is to use household organic waste to be processed into compost. This activity is a service to the community in Batu Jangkih village. The purpose of this service activity is to provide information and additional knowledge to the community through socialization and training in order to increase public awareness of the environment and to utilize and process organic waste properly. The method of implementing service activities is carried out in 3 stages, namely identification of problems related to waste, preparation for implementation of activities, and implementation of activities. The result of this activity is the addition of knowledge and skills of the people of Batu Jangkih Village in the utilization and processing of household organic waste so that it can reduce waste that is littered outside the house and into illegal landfills that have the potential to pollute the environment.

As an effort to develop the teaching profession, Lesson Study for Learning Community (LSLC) emphasizes the importance of collaborative and continuous learning assessment based on the principles of collegiality and mutual learning to build a learning community. Based on discussions with the head of Darussholihin Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes) NW Kalijaga, East Lombok, principals of MTs-SMP, MA-SMA, and Vocational Schools fostered by Ponpes Darussholihin NW Kalijaga, it was revealed that: mathematics is one of the subjects that most students are less interested in. MTs-SMP, MA-SMA, SMK fostered by Ponpes Darussholihin NW Kalijaga, as well as most mathematics teachers still have difficulty planning and implementing learning strategies that can guide students in finding mathematical concepts, principles, and problem solving. To solve these problems, assistance is needed, through LSLC activities for school mathematics teachers at Ponpes Darussholihin NW Kalijaga, in order to resolve problems related to the implementation of mathematics learning. This service activity is carried out by utilizing several methods, namely: lectures, questions and answers, discussions, and providing assistance when mathematics teachers carry out the LSLC steps, including Plan, Do, See, and Re-design activities. Reservoir is a container or place for storing raw water, which will later be used as a temporary water storage area, then used as a place for water treatment for the continued growth of rice plants. In addition to rice plants, reservoirs are also used to minimize drought disasters in the dry season. The construction of this reservoir will be used by the Kramat village community to improve the economy in two sectors, namely agriculture and village potential, Kramat village itself is one of the villages in Lamongan Regency which has an area of 194.80 hectares and is located in Lamongan sub-district which has a population of 2,012 people. Most of their livelihoods are farmers. Seeing such conditions, farmers need facilities to help meet the needs of raw water for their agricultural land which will be planned with the planning method carried out by the construction of the reservoir with various stages such as measuring with 2 methods, either surveying in the field or utilizing digital applications or software using fields area or Google earth, after finding the size, then we can determine the sketch of the image on the reservoir by drawing in AutoCAD software. The area of land used for the construction of the reservoir has an area of 1,452.03 m2, which is later estimated to be able to accommodate 8,507,190 L of water. The total volume of excavation work is 8,507.19 m3 with an estimated work period of 23 days. Excavator pc 200 heavy equipment operational cost : Rp. 101.200.000 per 23 days and for Dump truck capacity of 8 m3: Rp. 2,400,000 (2 dump trucks) per day.

Covid-19 is a respiratory tract infection that is transmitted through coughing and sneezing. Covid-19 is characterized by the appearance of flu symptoms, cough, fever, respiratory problems and even death. The community in the Al-Ishlahul Ma'arif Islamic boarding school in Kediri, West Lombok, still looks unfamiliar with wearing masks when inside and outside the cottage environment. The purpose of this community service is to empower the community in using masks and implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle. The service method is in the form of donations of masks, vitamins and disinfectants as well as presentation on how to use them orally in addition to providing information related to clean and healthy living behavior in an effort to prevent COVID-19. The results obtained are that all residents of the cottage have received masks, vitamins, and disinfectants. In addition, all residents of the cottage get useful information related to clean and healthy living. Thus, the community in the Al-Ishlahul Ma'arif Islamic boarding school in Kediri, West Lombok, can finally consume vitamins, use masks, use disinfectants, and apply clean and healthy living behaviors

Agriculture is a sector of economic development considering its function and role in providing food for the population, as well as the place where the livelihoods of the residents of Jubelkidul Village depend. To increase food yields, irrigation network management was held in Jubelkidul Village. Irrigation is the most important thing in the food production process. The development of the Jubelkidul irrigation area is carried out with the aim of maintaining the sustainability of irrigation water supply in the Jubelkidul area. Efforts that can be made to maintain the sustainability of the function of the irrigation area of Jubelkidul Village in supporting increased agricultural yields are participatory management of irrigation areas through institutional empowerment of water-using farmers. agriculture in Jubelkidul Village. This research is descriptive qualitative research with survey method. The research location is the Jubelkidul irrigation area which includes 5 hamlets in the Sugio sub-district. The types of data used are primary and secondary data collected by field observations, and interviews. The results show that the irrigation management of Jubelkidul village on water use is influenced by the dimensions of location, time and certain qualities.

Efforts that can be made to maintain the sustainability of the function of the irrigation area of Jubelkidul Village in supporting increased agricultural yields are participatory management of irrigation areas through institutional empowerment of water-using farmers. agriculture in Jubelkidul Village. This research is descriptive qualitative research with survey method. The research location is the Jubelkidul irrigation area which includes 5 hamlets in the Sugio sub-district. The types of data used are primary and secondary data collected by field observations, and interviews. This community service activity aims to improve teachers’ abilities to create video lessons that could be used either on online learning or in person. The activity's strategy was a workshop that mainly focused on working and creating video lessons after giving a brief explanation on how to produce the video. The workshop also involves pre and post-test to assess the improvement of participants’ competence. This activity resulted in video lessons uploaded on the Youtube channel, and participants’ assessment scores improved from 65,8 to 76,9. Therefore, teachers involved in this social service admitted that they benefit from joining the workshop as they are now able to create exciting video lessons that might raise students’ enthusiasm and motivation in the learning process.

Abstract During the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesian, the number of the people infected with the covid-19 virus is increasing. This has an impact on many aspects of everyone’s life, whether in education, health, social, economic. In school children, learning is carried out boldly using mobile phones at home. This makes the mind saturated, the purpose of this community service is to eliminate boredom by increasing the productivity of children during the covid-19 pandemic through this positive service activity using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. In this community service activity, it is aimed at shool-age children in Bagor Kulon village. The application of various positive activities at school age children can make them more productive so that the mind is calmer and eliminates boredom. Activities that can be applied include fishing by reading and writing IQRA, learning to memorize letters, read a book, and small competitions including adhan competitions, poetry reading competitons, and short letter memorization competitions, and short letter memorization competitions. Activities are carried out with due observance of health protocols. As a result of community service through these positive activities, children have high enthusiasm to do positive activities and get positive benefits.
