Pelatihan Desain Pembelajaran Kreatif dan Menyenangkan MI Miftahul Ulum 创意和趣味学习设计培训 MI Miftahul Ulum

The profession of SD/MI teachers as professional educators who act as facilitators in learning requires their creativity to explore the potential of learning resources and media in their environment in order to teach their students in a quality manner. In order to become a good facilitator, elementary school teachers are expected to be able to equip themselves with insight and skills in developing the design and creation of learning media so that teachers can carry out their role well. The reality shows that MI teachers in Jombok sub-district, Jombang Regency generally experience difficulties in improving the quality and effectiveness of learning in their respective elementary schools. This situation is caused by a lack of knowledge, creativity, knowledge possessed by teachers and the facilities and infrastructure in schools are unable to support students' activeness and enjoyment in learning. Teachers lack insight and skills in designing creative learning, and making students active and enjoyable in learning. Therefore, supervisors and school principals at MI Miftahul Ulum are holding creative and fun learning design training for MI teachers in Jombok District, Jombang Regency with the hope of increasing the effectiveness and quality of the learning process at MI Miftahul Ulum and ultimately supporting the achievement of educational goals.

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan salah satu upaya untuk membangun kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara mendorong, memotivasi, membangkitkan kesadaran akan potensi yang dimiliki dan berupaya untuk mengembangkan potensi itu menjadi tindakan nyata. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Kimia Universitas Mataram. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk: 1)meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam PKK Desa Segerongan Lombok Barat tentang manfaat dan potensi tanaman kelor yang banyak dijumpai disekitar lingkungan mereka, (2) memberikan alternatif kegiatan produktif bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang sekaligus dapat meningkatkan income rumah tangga mereka (3) meningkatkan motivasi dan kreativitas ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja mandiri sebagai usaha membantu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi tentang ekstraksi dan manfaat minyak biji kelor serta pelatihan pembuatan lilin aromaterapi dari minyak biji kelor. Selama kegiatan berlangsung peserta sangat antusias dan berharap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian dapat dilaksanakan secara rutin.

Workshop Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Audio-Visual untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru di Era Abad 21 以视听为基础的互动学习媒体提高 21 世纪教师能力研讨会

In the 21st century, the rapid development of technology requires teachers to employ a range of digital devices to assist the learning process. Nevertheless, there are still many teachers who lack proficiency in digital technology due to their ongoing struggle with its use. The objective of this community service activity is to enhance the proficiency of teachers at MAN 2 Mojokerto in creating and developing educational materials/media that align with the characteristics of today's students, through the use of diverse digital technologies. The activity comprises three distinct stages: the preparatory stage for problem identification, the hybrid workshops stage, and the evaluation phase involving the satisfaction survey questionnaire at the conclusion of each workshop session. According to the findings of the satisfaction survey, the majority of teachers expressed contentment with all instructional materials that were delivered during the workshop.   Furthermore, the pre-test and post-test scores of the workshop participants also showed the successful enhancement of instructors' comprehension and proficiency at MAN 2 Mojokerto in using audio-visual-based interactive learning media.

The use of media can help teachers to explain abstract mathematical concepts so students can more easily understand the material provided. However, teachers in elementary schools in Cluster IV, Sekarbela subdistrict, have difficulty using mathematics media or teaching aids and HOTS-based evaluation. This is because almost all teachers rarely use mathematics teaching aids in their classroom and they don't have props or they do but don't know how to use it. Therefore, teachers need to be empowered to implement HOTS-based teaching aids and evaluations by providing training. The training methods include discussions and demonstrations in using mathematics teaching aids as well as simulations in the use of HOTS-based teaching aids and evaluation in mathematics learning in the classroom. This service activity was carried out at an elementary school in Sekarbela District, with 18 elementary school teachers participating. Evaluation of activities is carried out by post-test. The results show that the teachers participating in the activity: (1) are enthusiastic and active in participating in the activity, (2) can practice using mathematics and GeoGebra teaching aids well, (3) give a positive response to the usefulness of teaching aids or learning media, and (4) able to describe at least 5 geometric shapes correctly on the post-test given

The utilization of digital technology in the era of Industry 4.0 provides significant benefits, especially in the tourism and culinary sectors. Digital branding, which creates product identity through technology, is crucial in promoting products and creating a positive perception in society. Training institutions such as Khiara Training Center play a role in imparting skills to the community. The use of digital marketing by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can expand their marketing reach nationally and internationally. Graphic design, including infographic design, involves arranging graphic elements for effective visual communication. The Canva application, a drag-and-drop-based design tool, is an effective solution for product branding and graphic design. The implementation methods of the outreach activities involve monologous methods for content delivery and dialogic methods through discussions. The preparation phase includes problem understanding, collecting reference materials, and scheduling. The execution phase involves a two-day training, with the presentation of Canva's features on the first day and hands-on practice on the second day. Evaluation and final reporting are used to assess participants' understanding and the outcomes of the activities. This initiative successfully trained 20 participants from various educational backgrounds in using the Canva application for product branding design

A professional teacher must demonstrate four good competencies in terms of personality, pedagogic, professional and social competencies. Some of these four competencies are also directly related to a teacher's career, which is a requirement for a teacher's promotion. This requirement is an obstacle because not all teachers do it for various reasons, including teachers lacking in producing scientific work such as published scientific articles. Teacher publications are very limited in existence. This Community Service activity aims to provide and apply knowledge related to techniques, compiling narratives and scientific arguments for the purposes of writing a scientific article. To achieve these objectives, the workshop method of journal article management is used, which is carried out by brainstorming to find and determine journal themes, exploring and downloading scientific journal articles, reviewing and analyzing journals, summarizing the results of the analysis and mapping them in the analysis results table, paraphrasing, synthesizing journals using the Mendeley application. The synthesis product will be developed independently by the participants but still monitored by the team to ensure the participants' work is smooth and successful. These abilities and skills become the basic capital of participants in compiling arguments, explanations or synthesis of articles, research proposals and other scientific works. Thus, the result of this service is that participants understand the concept of professional work development and the importance of improving the quality and quantity of professional work development work in the form of articles, research proposals, reporting research results and other scientific works

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman serta pengalaman untuk meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik tentang penulisan karya tulis ilmiah, karena selama ini di MTsN 1 Mataram hanya sekedar melakukan pendampingan pada saat kompetensi karya tulis ilmiah saja. Karya tulis ilmiah yang merupakan salah satu literasi menulis peserta didik merupakan keterampilan yang sangat penting diera saat ini, sehingga kampuan tersebut perlu dimiliki oleh peserta didik guna menunjang pendidikan di sekolah maupun ketika nanti melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini meliputi penjelasan materi tentang kaidah-kaidah penulisan karya tulis ilmiah, cara memunculkan ide kreatif kedalam sebuah tulisan serta cara mencari sumber tulisan yang baik untuk karya tulis ilmiah. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 45 peserta didik dari kelas VII, VIII, dan IX MTsN 1 Mataram. Metode kegiatan ini ada tiga yaitu pra pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan evaluasi pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan cukup memotivasi dan meningkatkan keterampilan siswa untuk menulis karya ilmiah.

Hydrometeorological disasters are disasters caused by damage to the system in the hydrological cycle, thereby affecting the stability of climate conditions and water reserves on the earth's surface. Hydrometeorological disasters include droughts, floods, storms, forest fires, landslides, cyclones, cold waves and heat waves. On December 6 2021 several areas in West Lombok Regency were affected by flooding caused by extreme weather. One of the areas affected is Lembah Sari Village, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency. From the geographical conditions of Lembah Sari Village, it has a high potential for hydrometeological disasters. For this reason, the Community Service Team for the Civil Engineering Study Program (Prodi) at Muhammadiyah University of Mataram carried out outreach related to hydrometeorological disaster mitigation in Lembah Sari Village, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency. The method used is counseling with material presentation sessions and question and answer discussions. The activity will be held on August 28 2023. The extension activity can run well and smoothly as seen from the enthusiasm of the people in listening to the presentation of the material which is then followed by a question and answer session.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. The main problem that MSMEs often face is how to carry out appropriate financial strategies in business management. One of them is the calculation of the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) which has quite a significant influence in terms of sales escalation. Gading Bersinar UMKM is an association of small and medium traders in the Curug area, Depok. These MSMEs come from various educational backgrounds, meaning that most business actors do not have sufficient knowledge and knowledge regarding good HPP recording. The products they sell are varied, including selling clothes, food, handicrafts and home-cooked food products. In this regard, the PKM activities carried out discuss the Cost of Goods Sold, starting from the definition, components, calculations and implementation of the Cost of Goods Sold in the MSME. From the results of community service activities regarding Techniques and Strategies for Calculating Cost of Goods Sold in the Context of Sales Escalation, it can be concluded that to increase MSME sales, the steps that need to be taken are to improve techniques and strategies in calculating COGS according to the situation, conditions and problems that arise. With careful HPP planning, this will help increase MSME sales.

Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Pengimplementasian Alat Peraga Kopermatik Bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar

Elementary school teachers in Cluster II Gerung District are still very rare in using visual aids in teaching mathematical concepts. As a result, students have difficulty understanding abstract mathematical material, while elementary school children are still at the concrete thinking stage. Therefore, this activity aims to train and assist elementary school teachers in Cluster II Gerung District in implementing Kopermatik teaching aids (Mathematics Game Boxes) for classroom learning. The training method includes discussions and demonstrations in making and using Kopermatik teaching aids as well as simulations in utilizing the Kopermatik teaching aids. This service activity was carried out at an elementary school in Gerung District, with 18 elementary school teachers participating. The results of the data analysis show that the teachers participating in the activity: (1) are enthusiastic and communicative in participating in the activity, (2) can practice making Kopermatik mathematics teaching aids with quite good and varied results, (3) give positive response to the usefulness of Kopermatik teaching aids, and (4) more than 65% of teachers were able to answer each evaluation question correctly
