As an effort to develop the teaching profession, Lesson Study for Learning Community (LSLC) emphasizes the importance of collaborative and continuous learning assessment based on the principles of collegiality and mutual learning to build a learning community. Based on discussions with the head of Darussholihin Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes) NW Kalijaga, East Lombok, principals of MTs-SMP, MA-SMA, and Vocational Schools fostered by Ponpes Darussholihin NW Kalijaga, it was revealed that: mathematics is one of the subjects that most students are less interested in. MTs-SMP, MA-SMA, SMK fostered by Ponpes Darussholihin NW Kalijaga, as well as most mathematics teachers still have difficulty planning and implementing learning strategies that can guide students in finding mathematical concepts, principles, and problem solving. To solve these problems, assistance is needed, through LSLC activities for school mathematics teachers at Ponpes Darussholihin NW Kalijaga, in order to resolve problems related to the implementation of mathematics learning. This service activity is carried out by utilizing several methods, namely: lectures, questions and answers, discussions, and providing assistance when mathematics teachers carry out the LSLC steps, including Plan, Do, See, and Re-design activities. Through mentoring activities carried out from September 18 to October 2, 2021, it was concluded that mentoring activities could: i) improve the understanding and skills of Mathematics teachers in schools at Ponpes Darussholihin NW Kalijaga in designing (plan), implementing (do), reflecting (see), and re-design of learning as regulated in the 2013 curriculum; ii) increasing collegiality among mathematics teachers at the Darussholihin Islamic Boarding School's fostered schools, NW Kalijaga.

Reservoir is a container or place for storing raw water, which will later be used as a temporary water storage area, then used as a place for water treatment for the continued growth of rice plants. In addition to rice plants, reservoirs are also used to minimize drought disasters in the dry season. The construction of this reservoir will be used by the Kramat village community to improve the economy in two sectors, namely agriculture and village potential, Kramat village itself is one of the villages in Lamongan Regency which has an area of 194.80 hectares and is located in Lamongan sub-district which has a population of 2,012 people. Most of their livelihoods are farmers. Seeing such conditions, farmers need facilities to help meet the needs of raw water for their agricultural land which will be planned with the planning method carried out by the construction of the reservoir with various stages such as measuring with 2 methods, either surveying in the field or utilizing digital applications or software using fields area or Google earth, after finding the size, then we can determine the sketch of the image on the reservoir by drawing in AutoCAD software. The area of land used for the construction of the reservoir has an area of 1,452.03 m2, which is later estimated to be able to accommodate 8,507,190 L of water. The total volume of excavation work is 8,507.19 m3 with an estimated work period of 23 days. Excavator pc 200 heavy equipment operational cost : Rp. 101.200.000 per 23 days and for Dump truck capacity of 8 m3: Rp. 2,400,000 (2 dump trucks) per day.

In the 2019 survey, 82.2% of teachers never participated in media training, especially learning media based on geogebra technology. Meanwhile, 92.8% of teachers stated that mathematics requires learning media. The low quality of education in NTB requires special attention from both the government and the private sector, so it is important to conduct technology-based learning media training in order to improve the quality of education, especially improving the quality of teachers. The training was carried out using offline and online methods for two days, 19 and 20 August 2021 at SMPN 16 Mataram. The training was attended by 22 participants from junior high school mathematics teachers in the city of Mataram. In the implementation of the training, an evaluation was carried out using questionnaires and observations. The conclusions from the results of the service were as follows: Geogebra training as a medium for learning mathematics for SMP teachers in the city of Mataram in 2021 received a very good response and was well received by the teachers. The huge potential of solar energy and the increasing demand for electrical energy when fishing at night allow fishing boats in Tablolong Village to use solar power plants as a source of electrical energy. The purpose of this utilization can indirectly overcome the need for electrical energy on fishing boats and reduce the use of fossil energy to turn on generators. Service activities in the form of solar power plants installation and maintenance training are in line with the policies of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Republic of Indonesia and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Republic of Indonesia to preserve the environment, especially the sea. This activity was attended by 24 shipowners and the installation of 80 Wp solar power plants was carried out on two ships three GT. Based on the results of the activity assessment indicators from the questionnaire that was tested using the Wilcoxon test, it was found that the service activities showed an increase in understanding and skills by the community in the use of solar power plants. This increase is seen from knowledge of the ship's electrical system, knowledge of the ship's electrical operating system, and the ability to repair and maintain the ship's electrical system.

As one of the components of the national education system, teachers as the spearhead in achieving success in achieving national education goals play a very important role in the implementation of AKM. However, at the operational level of the policy, teachers do not fully understand and have sufficient competence regarding the implementation of AKM. Several problems as identified results show that the economy teachers in the district and city of Kediri: 1) do not understand the concept of AKM, both AKM AN and AKM Class; 2) does not have adequate skills in developing AKM which includes: literacy and numeracy AKM, character survey, and learning environment survey; and 3) do not have sufficient skills in developing HOTS questions for economic lessons. In order to improve the ability of teachers in AKM, training is carried out with the aim of increasing the ability of teachers to: 1) development of AKM materials; 2) development of Class AKM materials; 3) development of character survey instruments; 4) development of learning environment survey instruments; and 5) compilation of HOTS questions. The AKM training methods include: various tutorials / lectures, assignments, discussions, and evaluations. The results of the training show that teachers must have increased competency in the following aspects: AKM knowledge, literacy, numeracy, preparation of article-based AKM questions, and preparation of HOTS questions in economic subjects.
