Pendidikan Seks adalah memberikan pengajaran dan pengertian dan keterangan yang jelas kepada anak ketika dia sudah memahami hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan seks dan pernikahan. Pendidikan seks adalah upaya pengajaran, penyadaran, dan penerangan tentang masalah-masalah seksual yang diberikan kepada anak sejak ia mengerti masalah-masalah yang berkenaan dengan seks, naluri, dan perkawinan. Pendidikan mempunyai peranan yang sangat strategis dalam mengembangkan kepribadian Islami pada anak sesuai dengan tuntunan agama Islam. Alquran sebagai pedoman pembawa kebenaran yang banyak menyimpan kebaikan membimbing ke arah kedamaian. Oleh karena itu bila dikaji lebih mendalam banyak ayat Alquran yang menjelaskan tentang pentingnya pendidikan seks. The shifting of leadership pattern in pesantren from individual kiai leadership to collective leadership of the foundation brought a considerable change in pesantren. These changes, especially regarding the authority of the kiai and the participation of religious teachers and students. Through this collective leadership, the succession system is not based on genealogy but emphasized on professionalism. But if there is a cadre who has the ability, in addition to the founding kiai is also a potential cadre, will probably convince the foundation to lift him to be the successor of the leadership of the pesantren because he has prestigious requirements. Ideally, the existence of individual kiai leadership shifts toward the collective leadership of the foundation must bring new nuances to the emergence of democracy, but the problem is not that simple. The community is a community that interdependent (interdependence with each other). Generally, the term is used to refer to a group of community people who live together in one community that regularly. From birth to death human life as members of the community. When compared with other living things as animals, for example, human life would not be possible on its own. Humans without other human are sure to die, the man locked up alone in a closed room, would be disrupted on his personal development, so that eventually he will die. The culture of the school is the education system certain behavior patterns develop in accordance with what is expected by the community and the students. Life at school as well as the norms that apply in situ can be called with the Culture of the school. The school culture is habits, values, norms, rituals, myths, formed in the course of long held together by school principals, teachers, administrative staff, and students as their basis in understanding and solving a wide range of issues that arise in school.
