National education functions to develop the ability and shape of dignified national character and civilization in order to educate the life of the nation, aims to develop the potential of students to become faithful and fearful people of God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and become a democratic and responsible citizen. To achieve this goal, one of the fields of study that must be learned by students in madrasas is Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Jurisprudence education is one of the Islamic religious education that is applied in educational institutions, ranging from basic education to Islamic higher education as a means of realizing educational goals, forming people who understand the Islamic shari'ah. This article tries to analyze the subject matter of X-class fiqh material and its wisdom in Madrasah Aliyah from the aspect of conformity between material content and core competencies and basic competencies, between material and social development and children's intelligence, between learning materials and methods and also between material and evaluation. Until now, the discussion about humanity or human rights is still being discussed in national and international forums. Islam as a religion which is essentially a rahmat lil-‘alamin certainly has its own concept, especially with regard to human rights. The presence of Islam in its essence is to elevate human dignity, wherein pre-Islam human beings are treated unnaturally like 'slaves' who haphazardly employ without regard to human aspects. The concept of humanity in the Islamic tradition was proven when the Prophet Muhammad and Muslims migrated from the city of Mecca to the city of Medina, at that time the population of Medina was very heterogeneous and gave birth to the Constitution of Medina. Therefore, the author tries to trace the principles of human rights contained in the Constitution of Medina. The principles include brotherhood, freedom, and equality. The role of the principal is crucial in creating a religious culture in an educational institution. Religious culture in school can be created when the principal performs his function an administrator. The importance of building a religious culture in school is primarily concerned with achieving the goals of school education. The leadership of the principal is part of a very important management function to achieve educational goals in schools. Leadership can play a role in protecting some of the issues of inappropriate organizational setting, including in this case in creating a religious culture, such as; the distribution of power that blocks the effective course of action, the lack of resources, the perceived poor procedure and so on, the fundamental school problems. Religious culture can be known from the regularity of behaving like religious activities held school, the language used that contains religious cultural values, norms that contain the standards of behavior of school residents, the formation of student personality quality both in science and moral, besides that religious culture can also be seen from the school rules made by the principal. Islamic boarding schools have always been considered as a barrier to progress because they are considered educational institutions or religious social institutions that do not respond to change. Even so, there is no doubt that from the womb of the pesantren there have been many figures who have contributed to this country. Pesantren as a legacy of the past Indonesian Muslims grew up in the community to serve their various needs. He can serve the needs of education when people need it, especially when modern educational institutions that are generally formal, have not been able to penetrate into rural areas. The focus of this paper is on the effectiveness of applying the Indonesian language learning approach at STAI Al Falah Banjarbaru. The aim is to determine the effectiveness of the application of scientific approaches which include: observing, asking, trying, reasoning and communicating. The method used is descriptive qualitative, which functions to see, review, know and expose and express things according to what they are. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. As for the findings and discussions gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, about the effectiveness of the application of scientific approaches to Indonesian language courses in STAI Al Falah Banjarbaru, can be described as follows: (1) Application of scientific approaches to observing aspects, ask, try and communicate has been implemented optimally. The main problem of this research is to assess the concept of child character education according to Imam Al-Ghazali from the advice contained in the book of Ayyuha Al-Walad. While the formulation of the problem in this study is how the concept of child character education according to Imam Al-Ghazali and the factors that influence the formation of the character of children according to Al-Ghazali in the book Ayyuha Al-Walad. The data presented in this study surrendered from the book of Ayyuha Al-Walad. In addition, it is also supported by several works by Imam Al-Ghazali regarding the character education of children. Thus this research is commonly classified in the type of library research (library research). Faith Al-Ghazali argues that human character can be shaped in such a way. The purpose of writing this article is to describe how character education in Islamic perspective towards Professional Human Resources. Character education in Islamic perspective is education that shapes the character and character of human excellence in terms of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional (EQ), and spiritual (SQ). The totality of these three intelligences will make perfect human beings (insân kâmil) or Professional Human Resources. IQ forms a rational intelligence of mind. While emotionally intelligent is the emotional mind which is an impulsive and influential system of understanding, sometimes illogical. These two thoughts work in harmony, complementarity. SQ is the spiritual intelligence that shapes the human mind into shiddiq, istiqamah, amanah, fathanah, and tabliq.
